운행선 궤도형식별 궤도열화에 미치는 매개변수 연구 (Parametric Study on Track Deterioration by Various Track Type of Serviced Line)

  • 본 연구는 현장조사 및 실내시험을 바탕으로 궤도형식별 열화에 영향을 미치는 핵심매개변수를 도출하였다. 기존 궤도 열화모델은 자갈궤도에 국한된 모델로서 콘크리트궤도의 열화평가는 연구된 것이 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 운행선 궤도형식별 다양한 궤도구조의 특성이 반영된 열화요인을 도출하고자 궤도구성품의 성능수준 및 상태평가를 위한 실내시험을 수행하였다. 또한 궤도유지관리 이력데이터에 대한 분석을 통해 궤도열화 및 유지관리에 영향을 미치는 매개변수를 도출하였다. 현장조사, 궤도유지관리 이력데이터 분석 및 현장시료를 이용한 궤도구성품의 성능시험을 통해 궤도성능기반의 궤도열화 매개변수는 궤도침하 및 궤도지지강성에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 도상자갈과 방진패드인 것으로 분석되었다.

  • The major objective of this study is to investigate the dynamic behaviors of track due to the deterioration characteristics of ballast for servicing tracks by the field test. The durability of ballast plays an important role in the track behaviour. To estimate the deterioration characteristics of ballast, several tests have been carried out by several shcolars. The deterioration characteristics of ballast is one of the most important factor in the dynamic behaviour of track and its life. In this paper abrasion/breakage characteristics of ballast is studied to predict the effect of physical ballast characteristics on ballast track. To reveal deterioration characteristics of ballast, the field test were carried out. The deterioration characteristics, studied in this paper, is applied to the dynamic behaviour of track in various conditions.

  • In the track geometry such as rails, sleepers, ballasts and fastener, track deterioration occurs by repetitive train weight and the high-speed railway takes a trend faster than normal. Track deterioration of over threshold value harms ride comfort and furthermore affect in trains safety seriously. An organic and systematic track maintenance system is very important because a trend of the track deterioration effects on track life-cycle and running safety. Also costs of the railway track permanent way and its maintenance are extremely large, forming a significant part of the total infrastructure expenditure. Therefor reasonable and efficient track maintenance has to be planed on a budget. It is required to carry out not only corrective maintenance but preventive maintenance for the track maintenance. In order to perform maintenance jobs in the boundary of the machines and resources given regarding the type and amount jobs, it is necessary to determine feasible or optimal scheduling considering the priority. In this study, the system organization and required functions for the development of track maintenance system supported track deterioration prediction and optimal scheduling are proposed.

  • Present maintenance of a high speed railway is after the fack maintenance that executes a task when measured value goes over threshold value except some planned maintenance. It is difficult from efficient management of maintenance human resource and equipment commitment because it is difficult to predict quantity of maintenance targets. Corrective maintenance is pushed back on the repair priority of other target to need repair and it is exceeded repair cost potentially. For safety and dependable track management because track deterioration prediction is linked directly with track's life and safety of train service, it is very important that track management be based on preventive maintenance. In this study, we propose statistics model of track quality to use track inspection data and forecast model for track deterioration prediction.

  • This paper establishes a scheme to estimate track quality using standard deviation and deterioration rate of track irregularities. To provide index of quality, standard deviation and deterioration rate of track irregularities are analyed. As an index, standard deviation and deterioration rate were applied to decision of corrective maintenance and replacement maintenance, respectively. Further, this paper proposes a basic scheme for a modernization of mechanize track maintenance that using MTT(Multiple Tie Tamper) and Ballast Cleaner.

  • Ballasted track is under the circumstance of repetition of deterioration and recovery. Track deterioration is presented as track irregularity or settlement, and dynamic force subjected to track is one of major cause of the deterioration. The dynamic force is determined from the dynamic interaction between track and vehicle. Rail-pad stiffness is one of the factor affects track dynamic property. In this study, the relationship between rail-pad stiffness and track settlement was investigated. Dynamic forces according to various rail-pad stiffness was obtained from the dynamic vehicle-track interaction analysis using DARTS-NL. Track settlement was calculated by substitution the dynamic forces into various formulas for track settlement. From the result of analysis, it was known that the track settlement is increased about 6% when the rail-pad stiffness rise about twice. And this result leads that there is only a little relationship between rail-pad stiffness and track settlement.

SVM을 이용한 고속철도 궤도틀림 식별에 관한 연구 (A Study on Identification of Track Irregularity of High Speed Railway Track Using an SVM)

  • There are two methods to make a distinction of deterioration of high-speed railway track. One is that an administrator checks for each attribute value of track induction data represented in graph and determines whether maintenance is needed or not. The other is that an administrator checks for monthly trend of attribute value of the corresponding section and determines whether maintenance is needed or not. But these methods have a weak point that it takes longer times to make decisions as the amount of track induction data increases. As a field of artificial intelligence, the method that a computer makes a distinction of deterioration of high-speed railway track automatically is based on machine learning. Types of machine learning algorism are classified into four type: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, semi-supervised learning, and reinforcement learning. This research uses supervised learning that analogizes a separating function form training data. The method suggested in this research uses SVM classifier which is a main type of supervised learning and shows higher efficiency binary classification problem. and it grasps the difference between two groups of data and makes a distinction of deterioration of high-speed railway track.
