  • The development of information and communication technology and the improvement of the development and dissemination of smart devices have caused changes in the form of tourism, and the concept of smart tourism has since emerged. In this regard, researches related to smart tourism has been conducted in various fields such as policy implementation and surveys, but there is a lack of research on application reviews. This study collects Trip Advisor application review data in the Google Play Store to identify usage of the application and user satisfaction through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling. The analysis results in four topics, two of which are positive and the other two are negative. We found that users were satisfied with the application's recommendation system, but were dissatisfied when the filters they set during search were not applied or that reviews were not published after updates of the application. We suggest more categories can be added to the application to provide users with different experiences. In addition, it is expected that user satisfaction can be improved by identifying problems within the application, including the filter function, and checking the application environment and resolving the error occurring during the application usage.

  • Many fractal objects observed in reality are characterized by some irregularities or complexities in their features. These properties can be measured and analyzed by means of fractal dimension. However, in many cases, the calculation of this value may not be so easy to utilize in applications. In this respect, we have treated a formal method to estimate the dimension of fractal curves.

  • As the interest in rural tourism has been increasing since the late 1990s, the research associated with rural tourism has increased, including research on the classification of rural tourism resources. The research classifying these resources has proved useful to many other studies. Although such studies have been conducted for a long time, they have expressed only experts' perspectives and been supported by statistics, without reflecting on users' opinions. Given this background, this study aims to classify rural tourism resources by focusing on the rural activities for tourists who use those tourism resources. To achieve this, each study participant proceeded to collect tourism resources by using a rural amenity resources database, and a card sorting test was conducted. Thirty-two people who had previously gone sightseeing in the rural areas were chosen as participants in the card sorting test. After the card sorting test was complete, the results were reviewed by experts. These results yielded six categories: doing nature activities, eating and cooking local dishes, putting up (overnight stays), going sightseeing/appreciating the landscape, enjoying leisure activities, and doing artistic activities. In the doing nature activities category, there were four subcategories: experiencing local resources, experiencing nature, experiencing tradition, and harvesting. This study was conducted to improve the satisfaction and understanding of the tourists who visit rural areas. Thus, the classification of rural tourism resources developed by this study will be widely used to establish the framework or contents of websites, applications, and so on, for promoting rural tourism resources and local resources.

  • We present a device model for organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) which includes charge injection, transport, recombination, and space charge effects in the organic materials. The model can describe both injection limited and space charge limited current flow and the transition between them. Calculated device current, light output, and quantum and power efficiency are presented for different cases of material and device parameters and demonstrate the improvements in device performance in bilayer devices. These results are interpreted using the calculated spatial variation of the electric field, charge density and recombination rate density in the device. We find that efficient OLEDs are possible for a proper choice of organic materials and contact parameters.

  • Exponential distribution plays a key role in engineering reliability and its applications. The exponential failure model has been studied for years. This article introduces two new preliminary test estimators for the reliability function (R(t)) in complete and censored samples from the exponential model with the use of a prior estimation (${\theta}_0$) of the mean (${\theta}$). The proposed preliminary test estimators are studied and compared numerically with the existing estimators. Computer-intensive calculations for bias and relative efficiency show that for, different values of levels of significance and for varying constants involved in the proposed estimators, the proposed estimators are far better than classical and existing estimators.

  • Food tourism has grown exponentially every year and food is now considered a vital component of the tourism experience. In recent years, smartphone applications have emerged as a new tool helping travelers create experiences, which allow a number of users to access easily informations about foods while traveling abroad. This study propose a new developing model of food cultural contents for smartphone application for international travelers, 'menu guide for international travelers'. It was created by a group of experts in food culture, who had been lived or are living in 10 different countries, and the collective intelligence enabled to create extensive and reliable food cultural contents. Therefore, it is considered that this developing model of food cultural contents will be a good example for the development of mobile contents for smartphone applications.

  • Websites in the Internet are uncontrollable domain and various contents in websites lead people's activities and thoughts and new business paradigms for the future. These phenomena are from expanding the social network based on the endless growth of information technology. Websites are composed with many of links and communicating and expanding their virtual area by links, inbound, outbound, onsite, and of offsite links. Research and practice in digital information on the web have focused on finding and measuring artifacts, factors and attributes of web structure and contents from the perspective that information is a resource and property of products and services. Websites links is one of the core artifacts for understanding the virtual area. This study identifies the role of web link structure and webpage keyword as artifacts and examines their relationships by webpage rank by a minimal hub as performance in the business websites that are serving tourism information. Discovering relationships of links provides managerial insights on organizations virtual activities and systematic understandings about digitalized organizational information in the information use environment.

  • The development of the 4th industry has increased social media, and the rise of COVID-19 has stimulated non-face-to-face services. People's consumption patterns are also changing a lot due to non-face-to-face services. In this paper, food content keywords are derived through social network-based semantic network analysis, emotions are analyzed, and keywords applied to food recommendation platforms are input. We collected food, influencer, and corona keyword analysis data through Textom. A lot of research has been done through online reviews of existing influencer content. However, there is a lack of research on keyword sentiment analysis provided by influencers rather than consumers and research perspectives. This paper uploads language and topics derived through online reviews of existing publications and subscribers, and goes beyond the limits used in marketing methods. By analyzing keywords that influencers suggest when uploading content, you can apply data that applies them to food recommendation platforms and applications.

  • Digital tourism is the digital support of the tourist experience before, during and after the tourist activity[1]. The GPS-enabled mobile phones provide location-based mobile applications such as tour guide and storytelling services. In this paper, we propose the smart tour guide service platform based on GIS and develop the mobile application to provide the smart tour guide service. The proposed smart tour guide service platform consists of CMS, the multi-modal navigation system, the tour attraction content creation and management system, the tour commodity creation and management system, the smart search system, and the user terminal. The smart tour guide application supports digital tourism in the pre-tour, during tour, and post-tour using the proposed smart tour guide service platform in the popular tourist attractions in Jeju.

  • People have tendency to remember only the last good memories in result. It was similar that main singer or event has often at end of the program. Psychologist of Kahneman found that we remember about the pleasurable quality of our past experience is almost entirely determined by the strongest experience(Peak) and the last experience(End). This study examined Peak-End Rule available to the three different group of foreigner package tourists visited Ha-Dong Wild tea cultural festival. Results that all group's End experience have influence to satisfaction of festival. Also Peak experience has influenced significant to satisfaction of festival except of third group. First and Second group satisfaction were influenced both of Peak experience and End experience.
