We developed a method for improving the antioxidant activities of Citrus extracts through cyclic low pressure drying(CLPD) and a high hydrostatic pressure extraction (HPE) process. Citrus fruits were prepared for water extraction at $60^{\circ}C$ and 300 MPa for 5 min (high hydrostatic pressure extraction, HPE5) and 15 min (high hydrostatic pressure extraction, HPE15) after cyclic low pressure drying method. Extraction yields obtained by cyclic low pressure drying and high hydrostatic pressure extraction process were 20.41, 23.47, and 28.19%, respectively. Total polyphenol contents were increased by combined process. Generally, CLPD and HPE resulted in higher yields than the conventional extraction process. Further, HPE15 showed 48.21% DPPH radical scavenging activity (EDA, %) at $1,000{\mu}g/mL$. In general, antioxidant activities of Citrus increased by CLPD and HPE. Therfore, CLPD and HPE of Citrus resulted in higher antioxidant activity than conventional water extraction.
In order to apply oriental medicine materials, which are applicable to the LOHAS concept demanded recently in society, to sauces, this study added different amounts of Omija, which has been proved to have various efficacies, effects and functions, to Bulgogi sauce with soy sauce as its main ingredient and analyzed the functionality of the prepared sauce through physical and sensory tests. General component analysis showed that, with increase in the Omija content, water content, crude ash and crude protein decreased, and crude fat was not detected As to color, L-value gradually increased with Omija content increased, and a-value indicating redness also increased as Omija extract added increased The higher the Omija content was, the lower pH and salinity were and the higher viscosity was. In the quantitative descriptive analysis of Omija Bulgogi sauce, with increase in the Omija content, color, flavor, taste and aftertaste grew stronger, and in the results of palatability test, the sauce containing Omija 5% was preferred most in all the evaluated items. In the quantitative descriptive analysis of Omija Bulgogi, with increase in the amount of Onija extract added, the strength of color, the flavor of sauce, and the taste of Omija grew stronger and the unpleasant smell, saltiness, sweetness and unpleasant taste grew weaker. Summing up the result of this study, when we tested five specimens of different Omija contents including a control, the specimen of 5% content was preferred most This result suggests that other kinds of fruit juice may be usable in soy sauce Bulgogi sauce and continuous efforts should be made to develop new types of Bulgogi sauce.
This study evaluated in vitro antioxidant activity, antioxidant content, and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase inhibitory activities of ethanol extracts of samnamul (shoot of Aruncus dioicus), miyeokchwi (Solidago virgaurea), daraesoon (shoot of Actinidia arguta Planchon), and bangpungnamul (leaves of Ledebouriella seseloides), as muknamul, and fresh chamnamul (Pimpinella brachycarpa). Tocopherol content (4.8-78.3 mg/100 g) of sanchae was lower than polyphenols (4.4-12.2 g/100 g). Daraesoon with high tocopherol contents showed high antioxidant activity and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase inhibitory activities. Samnamul had the highest levels of polyphenols and flavonoids, the highest antioxidant activity, and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibition. Antioxidant activity was correlated with flavonoid content ($r^2=0.8895$), but was not correlated with the levels of other antioxidants tested, suggesting that polyphenol content in samnamul, miyeokchwi, daraesoon, bangpung, and chamnamul might not be critical determinant of antioxidant activity. Our results strongly suggest that samnamul and daraesoon could be useful in the treatment of diabetes and obesity.

This paper aims to link the development strategy of a local government(Guri-si, Kyunggi-do) to a spatial decision support system that is in the early stages of implementation and testing. Spatial Decision for a local governmental authority typically involves multiple stakeholders. To any specific regional problem, stakeholders often have various levels of knowledge and experiences about it, that yield conflicting views. In this point of view, the enhanced access to information can bring the decision process to solve the problem throughout more public participation. Recently, Urban development study was required to improve the decision making of public participation form. This study aim to investigate an analysis local government of Guri-si, can be supported as the suggestion of decision making system. Guri-si has been argued that it would improve citizen's life quality intent theme 'by historical tourism in general dimension' promote region identity, environment friendly and transportational strength, by reflecting various plan of urban development and it executed strategy. There are increasing interest in citizen participation and practical using of policy decision making to respond to uncertain environment and systematic exploration of local government. Focused on the contents of public participation decision making, it is important to investigate how to analysis urban development strategy and geographic information relationship for useful. The paper concludes with a discussion of current issues encountered during development and implementation of spatial decision making(or support) system for the local administrative authority.

This study evaluated the effect of nutritional improvement of 0~5 year children of financially poor families after nutrition supplement of children and nutrition education in parents/guardians. The subject selected among applicants for low-income family financing of the government included 198 children (0~12 months:92, 1~5 years:106), and the average ages were 5.3 months and 2.4 years respectively. Food that includes each nutrient factor was provided to the subject for six months. Nutrition education was performed in two ways, through class and private education, once a month for both. Nutritional improvement was evaluated by body measurement and anemia prevalence rate. As to the survey on breast-feeding, complete breast-feeding accounted for 58.7%, weaning food 27.3%, and combined feeding 14.1% respectively, which shows that breast-feeding accounted for the largest percentage. The education program improved knowledge and attitude of the parents/guardians, which brings in positive effects on growth of children as well. The nutrition knowledge score was improved after nutrition education in 0~12 month children $(8.5\pm1.75\;to\;8.9\pm1.69)$ and 1~5 year children $(7.3\pm1.39\;to\;7.8\pm1.30)$. The nutrition attitude score was significantly improved in 0~12month children $(52.0\pm6.99$ to $53.5\pm5.21$, p < 0.001) and 1~5year children ($45.1\pm7.30$ to $49.0\pm5.96$, p < 0.001). In evaluation on nutritional improvement based on body measurements, it turned out that the wasting was reduced as for children in consideration of the height and weight according to the subject's age. The concentration of hemoglobin after the nutrient treatment for six months was significantly improved, and the anemia prevalence rate as well was reduced from 40.6% to 13.5%, which indicates the significant improvement. Based on the findings above, it turned out that providing quality food to children and nutrition education to the parents/guardians poorly fed in low-income families improved knowledge and attitude of the guardians and prevents anemia and improves growth, which brings in positive effects on growth of children. In the results regarding attitude and knowledge on nutrient/dietary life; however, the improvement level was relatively low when the extent before the education was too small, which indicates the need to revise and complement the contents and methods. In addition, as shown in the result of body measurement, long-term and consistent investigation is necessary since it is difficult to judge the effect on growth only based on short-term nutrient supplement.

The present study was designed to examine how sea tangle intake contributes to the content of bone calcium and breaking force of femur with growing female rats. Weaned rats were fed on experimental diets consisting in four levels of sea tangle powder; $0\%$ (control), $0.5\%$, $1.0\%$ and $1.5\%$ for 4 and 8 weeks. Body weight gain and feed intake were not significantly affected by added amount of sea tangle. Bone breaking strength, ash content and calcium levels of the femur of rats fed on diets with sea tangle were higher than those of control groups (p<0.05). But moisture content weight and length of femur did not show any significant difference among groups. TP, ALB, TC, TG, AIP, osteocalcin, GOT and GPT levels in serum did not show any significant difference through the total feeding period but calcium and phosphorus contents of serum increased with increase in feeding period, significantly in $0.05\%$ level by added amounts of sea tangle. Calcium levels in feces increased significantly (P<0.05), but ash levels were not changed significantly by added amount of sea tangle. We could expect from this results that the ingestion of sea tangle (Kjellemaniella crassifolia) could be helpfull to increase bone calcium content and calcium absorption as well as to intensify the femur stength and to increase the calcium content of rats.

To consider geomorphological and geological characteristics to Gatbawi(the 500th natural monument), it was investigated with the aspect of scale, form, mineralogy, chemistry and weathered state. Showing typically erosional features, micro-terrains as sea cliffs, sea notches, marine plateaus and tafoni developed well on coastal areas near the monument. Sea cliffs are vertical and form sea notches in their bases. Coastal terraces are 3.5m in width and 20m in trace. Tafoni are honey combed. The monument is mainly composed of quartz, plagioclase, microcline, biotite, sericite in mineral and corresponded to crystalline tuff dominated in quartz and plagioclase. It has 23.60~28.27 wt.% of $Al_2O_3$, 3.27~5.80 wt.% of $Na_2O$, and 0.11~0.20 wt.% of Cl in chemical contents, leveling higher than those of earth crust standards. It is considerably weathered on the basis of CAI(77.42~83.93%). The monument is very useful for natural perspective tourism and education. Therefore, it is necessary that several ideas as guide plates, observing telescope, explaining guider, education programs connected with related services, touring goods, picture for books on utilization on the monument must establish.
This study aims to present a plan to develop the funeral culture industry based on the results of a survey on the contents of funeral culture awareness, funeral culture industry development, and funeral culture education according to age groups. The survey in this study was researched by Gallup Korea, and the survey method was an online research using a structured questionnaire. The survey was conducted twice, from February 5, 2021 to February 8, 2021, and from February 18, 2021 to February 19, 2021. The effective subjects are 316, and the sampling method is allocated by sex and age. As a result of the study, cremation was preferred by all age groups, and the places where cremated remains were placed were high in the natural burials and ossuary hall. Although there are some differences by age groups, it was surveyed that generally, the elderly than the younger were less reluctant to sign up for condolence products, funerals in life, farewell trips, purchase farewell travel products, funeral insurance, and counsel with death-related experts. The results of this study are expected to contribute to interdisciplinary convergence research on the recognition and development of the funeral culture industry.
This paper proposed the validity and necessity of establishing the Jungwon Historical and Cultural Area by reviewing the historical characteristics of the name Jungwon and its temporal and spatial range. We also explored ways to utilize the Jungwon historical and cultural Area under the Special Act on the Maintenance of Historical and Cultural Areas. Jungwon, which means the center of the country, has strategic value as a key area connecting the Korean Peninsula to the north and south through the Geripryeong and Jukryeong. It also includes Chungju, which connects the Namhan and Bukhan Rivers . From the Mahan period, the areas of Cheongju and Jincheon, the Miho Stream basin to the west, and Chungju to the east were closely connected to each other. Afterwards, Baekje, Koguryo, and Silla engaged in a fierce battle to occupy the Jungwon area. Jungwon culture was born through the negotiation and fusion of the cultures of the three kingdoms. In particular, Silla continued to value the Jungwon area, demonstrated by the installation of Seowongyeong in Cheongju and Bukwongyeong in Wonju, centering on the Jungwongyeong. Since we have a historical view with a focus on ancient kingdoms, we have overlooked the full value of the history and culture of Jungwon. We need to recognize the importance of Jungwon area and think about how to utilize it. Therefore, we suggested in this paper that there be more public information services on the cultural heritage of Jungwon, the historical heritage experience, and the education programs for local residents. The development and operation of Jungwon's history, culture, and tourism contents, as well as the various academic research papers should be used to reveal the identity of the Jungwon historical and cultural area.
As it recently became a non-face-to-face society because of the COVID-19 Pandemics, attempts have been made to experience heritage based on virtual reality (VR). Despite the satisfaction of VR contents, however, questions are being raised about whether the VR experience leads to visit a heritage tour or reduces to visit a heritage tour. This study examined how VR-based heritage experiences affect the visit intention of heritage sites. In addition, this study investigated how VR-based experiences differently affect the visit intention compared to web-based experiences. To this end, based on the information success model proposed by DeLone and McLean, this study examined how the perception for system quality and information quality through VR (vs. web) experience affects the intention of visiting the historical site. The results demonstrated that satisfaction was positively influenced by the convenience of system quality and the presence and usefulness of information quality and that the presence and satisfaction positively affected continuance intention. In addition, continuous intention to use positively affected the visit intention of heritage sites. Lastly, it has been shown that the usefulness of information quality in groups experiencing content through the Web (vs. VR) has a greater impact on the intent of continuous use. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to organize tourism content to increase the intention of visiting heritage sites.
