  • Knowledge is fundamental asset for firms in the contemporary economy. Organizations are attempting to leverage their knowledge resources by employing knowledge management. However, a large number of KM initiatives fail due to the ignoring of human factors. We adopt theoretical framework and augment it with extrinsic variables, individual, organizational, and systematic factors that are believed to influence knowledge sharing and outcome of travel agency.

Tourism Service Quality and Tourism Product Availability on the Loyalty of International Tourists

  • Tourist loyalty is created through good tourism service quality and the availability of tourism products. This study discussed the various attributes of tourism service quality, namely, tour agents, efficient personnel, accessible transportation, and information service quality. Whereas for tourism product availability attributes were varieties of product availability, wide selection of tour agents and tourist products, and wide variety of amenity services. As a general rule, the minimum is to have at least five times as many observations as the number of variables to be analyzed, and the more acceptable sample size would have a 10:1 ratio. A total of 424 questionnaires were returned, with 35 removed due to errors. Finally, 389 questionnaires respondents were used via accidental sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires to foreign tourists at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. In addition, AMOS 7.0 software is used to test models in confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) as well as hypothetical testing using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, except for the effect of tourism service quality on tourist loyalty in Indonesia. This research aims to contribute significantly to the existing knowledge of tourism, specifically from a foreign tourist perspective in Indonesia.

국립과천과학관의 지역순회프로그램 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on how to activate the Gwacheon National Science Museum's regional tour program)

  • 본 연구는 과학을 주제로 한 공공서비스 기관들 중, 상대적으로 가장 넓은 지역을 관할하고 있는 국립과천과학관의 지역순회프로그램 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 시작되었다. 국립과천과학관은 상설전시 프로그램 이외에도 지리적, 환경적 이유로 과학관을 직접 방문하기 어려운 소외지역 주민들을 위해 2018년부터 경기, 강원도 지역에서 순회프로그램을 시행하고 있으나 문화, 노인복지, 교육 등 타 분야에 비해 인지도와 효과가 미비한 실정이며 관련 연구도 전무한 실정이다. 연구 방법으로는 최근 3년 이내에 1회 이상 국립과천과학관의 지역순회프로그램 현장을 직접 방문한 경험이 있는 문화기획자 및 스텝, 과학&문화콘텐츠 전문가, 관련학과 교수 등 총 12명을 대상으로 3차에 걸쳐 FGI를 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째 매우 특별한 체험의 기회 둘째 소수의 기쁨 셋째는 재미는 없지만 학습형 공연 등 총 3가지 상위 의미 단위와 5가지 하위 의미 단위로 도출되었다. 이는 과학에 대한 흥미성 제고, 직접 체험의 기회 확대 등 긍정적 효과는 돋보이나 체계적 홍보계획 필요, 전문예술인을 통한 콘텐츠의 질적 수준 보완 등 개선이 시급한 요소들이 도출되었다.

관광객의 축제 참여동기가 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 백제문화제를 대상으로 - (The Effect of Tourists' Participative Motivation of a Festival on Satisfaction and Behavior Intention : Case of Baekjae Cultural Festival)

  • 본 연구는 백제문화제를 중심으로 관광객의 축제 참여동기가 만족도 및 행동의도(재방문 의도 및 추천의도)에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명함에 목적이 있었다. 설문조사표본 287부을 대상으로 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 요인분석(factor analysis) 및 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실행하였으며, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 요인분석결과 5개 요인(신경험 탈일탈성, 가족화합성, 유희 신기성, 백제문화관광성, 사교성)이 추출되었다. 축체 참여동기 요인 중 유희 신기성, 신경험 탈일탈성 및 백제문화관광성 요인이 축제 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 백제문화관광성, 유희 신기성, 가족화합성 및 신경험 탈일탈성 요인의 순위로 재방문의도에 영향을 미치며, 백제문화관광성, 사교성, 유희 신기성 및 가족화합성의 순위로 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

비대면 상황에서 신입생 대학생활적응을 위한 3차원 가상현실 캠퍼스 투어시스템 개발연구 - 시야초점의 움직임을 활용한 캠퍼스주변 환경의 자유로운 이동과 대학정보안내화면 GUI설계 - (A Study on the Development of 3D Virtual Reality Campus Tour System for the Adaptation of University Life to Freshmen in Non-face-to-face Situation - Autonomous Operation of Campus Surrounding Environment and University Information Guide Screen Design Using Visual Focus Movement -)

  • This study aims to establish a foundation for autonomous driving on campus and communication of abundant university information in the HCI environment in a VR environment where college freshmen can freely travel around campus facilities. The purpose of this study is to develop a three-dimensional VR-style campus tour system to establish a media environment to provide abundant university information guidance services to freshmen in non-face-to-face situations. This study designed a three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system to solve the problem of discontinuity in which VR360 filming space does not lead to space like reality, and to solve many problems of expertise in VR technology by constructing an integrated production environment of tour system. We aim to solve the problem of inefficiency, which requires a large amount of momentum in virtual space, by constructing a GUI that utilizes the motion of the field of view focus. The campus environment was designed as a three-dimensional virtual reality using a three-dimensional graphic design. In non-face-to-face situations, college freshmen freely transformed the HMD VR device, smartphone, FPS operation mode of the gyroscope sensor. The design elements of the three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system were classified as ①Visualization of factual experiences, ②Continuity of space movement, ③Operation, automatic operation mode, ④Natural landscape animation, ⑤Animation according to wind direction, ⑥Actual space movement mode, ⑦Informatization of spatial understanding, ⑧GUI by experience environment, ⑨Text GUI by building, ⑩VR360, 3D360 Studio Environment, ⑪Three-dimensional virtual space coupling block module, ⑫3D360-3D Virtual Space Transmedia Zone, ⑬Transformable GUI(VR Device Dual Viewer-Gyro Sensor Full Viewer-FPS Operation Viewer) and an integrated production environment was established with each element. It is launched online (http://vautu.com/u1) by constructing a GUI for free driving mode and college information screens to adapt to college life for freshmen, and designing an environment that can be used simultaneously by current media such as PCs, Android, and iPads. Therefore, it conducted user research, held a development presentation, a forum on excellence in university innovation support projects, and applied it as a system on the website of a particular university. College freshmen will be able to experience university information directly from the web and app to the virtual reality campus environment.

김치축제 행사에 관한 평가 연구 (The Appraisal of the Kimchi Festival)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the satisfaction of visitors of Kimchi food festival in 1999, 2000, and 2003. This is the longitudinal study on the cultural festival which used Kimchi as the main resource. This study also investigated the possibility of Kimchi festival as a foreign tour product. This study has several important findings including as follows; First, the satisfaction of residents was higher than domestic visitors in most programs. Second, there were many foreign visitors to the festival and the satisfaction of foreign tourists was higher than residents and domestic tourists. More programs for the foreign visitors are recommended to be an international food festival. Third, experience based food tour events were popular. Introducing more experience oriented programs are recommended for this festival Fourth, There should be more improvement on food price and parking.

외판원문제(TSP)를 위한 실용적인 근사해법 (A Practical Approximation Method for TSP)

  • 외판원문제(TSP)는 아직까지도 쉽게 풀리지 않는 NP-complete군에 속하는 어려운 문제이다. TSP의 결정적인 난점은 {0,1}의 정수해를 보장하면서 동시에 부분순환(sub-tour)을 피해야 한다는 점이다. 우리는 TSP를 두 단계로 나누어 탐색한다. 첫째, 초기해는 2개의 마디로 이루어진 최소단위의 부분순환에 가장 적은 비용의 마디를 하나씩 추가적으로 더하여 모든 마디가 포함될 때까지 반복하여 만든다. 둘째, 선택된 초기해의 마디를 임의의 단위로 잘라내어 그 개선비용이 음수인 경우 다른 마디 자리에 삽입함으로서 새로운 전체순환(grand tour)을 만들어 해를 개선한다. 우리는 최적해가 알려진 TSPLIB에 적용하여 그 결과를 비교하고 또한 랜덤하게 생성된 마디 200개까지의 TSP문제에 대하여 실험을 하였다. 대부분의 해는 최적해로부터 1% 이내의 결과로서 30분 이내에 얻을 수 있었다. 우리의 방법은 실용적인 문제에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The effectiveness of HMD-based virtual environments through 3D camera for hotel room tour

  • Many of hotel customers obtain information from hotel websites to find the best alternative. One of the crucial information for the choice is spatial/visual information of hotel rooms. However, hotel website provides photographs only showing representative room features that may not be sufficient to give a full understanding of hotel room to customers. HMD-based 3D virtual environments (HVE) created by 3D camera could improve customers' experiences of hotel rooms by providing full virtual tours of hotel rooms. However, to the best of our knowledge, whether HVE can adequately provide similar customers' perception on spatial/visual information remains unproven as physical hotel rooms. The present study thus aims to verify how similar and reliable information on physical hotel room HVE provides to hotel customers in comparison with hotel website with 2D photograph and display-based 3D virtual environment. For this purpose, this study conducted a comparative experiment to investigate perception of three environments. As a result, the study found that HVE is more effective to provide spatial/visual information as similar as an actual hotel room. In addition, HVE increases customers' perceptions towards the reliability of information, the quality of hotel room and intention to book.

도보여행객의 여행동기와 만족의 영향관계연구 (The Effect of Travel Motivation on Satisfaction for the Walking Tourist)

  • This study is an investigative study into the effects that the 'travel motivations' of participants on walking tourism has on their 'degree of satisfaction' by identifying tourist motivations for selecting walking tour among many types of tourism and their effects on hikers' degree of satisfaction. This study was conducted with hikers affiliated with 'walking on beautiful roads '-one of Busan's preliminary social enterprises- with a total of 176 copies used for a final effective sample. Data collected was analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 to conduct a frequency analysis of the sample. Along with exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient was used as an estimate of the validity and reliability of each factor. Multiple regression analysis was done for an analysis of travel motivations and their effects on satisfaction. The scale rates items in the questionnaire in the following categories: 'Motivations' for walking tours consist of 5 factors- vacation, soul-searching, social get-togethers, nature tour, community experience-with a total of 20 items. 'The degree of satisfaction' is made up of a factor with a total of 4 items. The results of the study are as follows: with respect to the hypothesis that motivations for walking tour would have a positive effect on the degree of satisfaction, test results show that 'motivations' have significant partial effects on the 'degree of satisfaction'. Motivations affect the degree of satisfaction in the order of nature tour and soul-searching except for experience and social get-togethers- an indication that participants on walking tours tend to travel for the attractiveness of nature, wanting time for reflection and meditation. As the first investigative study into participants in walking tours products offered by travel agencies, the study has the following implications for marketers: First, travel agencies selling walking tour products and government institutions concerned about the development of hiking trails need to discuss ways to make the most of natural resources as they are- rather than using development-oriented approaches. The study has its own limitation: it is that with the lack of domestic and international studies on walking tours, the study has not gained access to precedent studies on the subject so it has not established a systemic approach to the emerging type of tourism. Hopefully, this study will make a small contribution to its development.

익산 무왕길 탐방프로그램 이용자의 인식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Awareness of Visitors to King Mu Trekking Course Program of Iksan)

  • '무왕길을 찾아 떠나는 여행' 프로그램 참여자를 중심으로 탐방 인식과 만족도에 관한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 본 프로그램에 참여하게 된 동기는 대부분 자녀교육이 단초가 된 것으로 나타났다. 탐방시설 이용에 따른 지원 및 개선사항으로 걷는 길에 대한 안전성 확보와 안내시설물 보강 및 재정비에 대한 요구가 많았다. 탐방로 프로그램 운영관리에 대한 항목에서는 프로그램 내용이 충실하게 된 점을 높이 샀다. 그러나 최근 발굴된 정원 유적 등의 결과를 담지 못한 점에 대해 아쉽다는 의견이 많았다. 따라서 백제 정원유적으로 확실히 되는 왕궁리 산 80-1번지를 중심으로 내부 프로그램을 보강할 필요성이 있다. 그리고 백제문화권이 보유하고 있는 역사문화 및 환경의 가치를 보존하여 지역역사와 정원문화를 체험하는 교육을 진행해야 한다. 일상에 지친 사람들에게 여유를 찾게 하는 무왕길 탐방 프로그램은 짧은 도보여행을 통해 자아성찰과 자연과의 접촉 그리고 건강관리 측면에 있어 그 중요성을 재인식시키는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.
