동적 베이스망 기반의 걸음걸이 분석 (Dynamic Bayesian Network-Based Gait Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 동적 베이스 망을 이용하여, 사람의 보행 동작을 보행 방향과 보행 자세로 분리하여 계층적으로 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. DBN의 일종인 FHMM을 기본 바탕으로 하여, 걸음걸이 동작 특성을 고려하여 순환 고리형 상태 공간 구조로 '보행 동작 디코더'(Gait Motion Decoder, GMD)를 설계한다. 기존 연구에는 보행자의 식별에만 치중을 하고 보행 방향의 변화, 관찰 각도에 제한적이거나 보행 동작에 대한 분석이 없었다. 반면에 본 연구에서는 동작과 자세를 적극적으로 표현하여 임의 방향의 보행, 방향의 변화, 보행 자세까지 인식할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험 결과 동작과 자세의 관점에서 걸음걸이 방향을 분석한 결과 96.5%의 방향 인식률을 기록하였다. 본 연구는 보행 동작을 방향과 보행 자세로 계층적으로 분석하는 최초의 방법 및 시도이며 향후 상황별 휴먼 동작 분석에 크게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The hand coordinate systems for measuring vibration exposures and biodynamic responses have been standardized, but they are not actually used in many studies. This contradicts the purpose of the standardization. The objectives of this study were to identify the major sources of this problem, and to help define or identify better coordinate systems for the standardization. This study systematically reviewed the principles and definition methods, and evaluated typical hand coordinate systems. This study confirms that, as accelerometers remain the major technology for vibration measurement, it is reasonable to standardize two types of coordinate systems: a tool-based basicentric (BC) system and an anatomically based biodynamic (BD) system. However, these coordinate systems are not well defined in the current standard. Definition of the standard BC system is confusing, and it can be interpreted differently; as a result, it has been inconsistently applied in various standards and studies. The standard hand BD system is defined using the orientation of the third metacarpal bone. It is neither convenient nor defined based on important biological or biodynamic features. This explains why it is rarely used in practice. To resolve these inconsistencies and deficiencies, we proposed a revised method for defining the realistic handle BC system and an alternative method for defining the hand BD system. A fingertip-based BD system for measuring the principal grip force is also proposed based on an important feature of the grip force confirmed in this study.

  • 성공적이고 효과적인 학교 성교육을 위하여 참여형 기법의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 가운데, 지역사회 참여형 연구 기법이 주목받고 있다. 지역사회 참여형 기법은 피교육자가 교육프로그램의 기획, 수행, 평가 전 과정에 동등한 협력자로서 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 여건을 구비하고 제공하는 것이 그 목적이자 방법이다. 사회생태학 모델은 이러한 참여형 기법을 적용할 때 유용한 도구로서, 사전조사 및 교육 프로그램 기획 뿐 아니라 평가도구로서의 가능성도 가지고 있다. 학교 성교육의 과제 중 하나인 교육요구와 실제 간의 간극 해소를 위한 시도의 일환으로, 본 논문은 지역사회 참여형 연구의 주요 개념과 원칙, 사회생태학 모델의 원리를 설명하고, 실제 학교 성교육 평가 사례에 입각한 사회생태학 모델의 용례를 제시하였다. 아울러, 학교 성교육 현장에서 프로그램 기획 및 평가에 참여형 기법을 통하여 사회생태학 모델을 적용하는 방안을 논의하였다.

이공계 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도 진단 및 요인분석 - 한국기술교육대학교 재학생을 중심으로 (Factor Analysis & SDLRS Assessment in Science and Engineering Fields' Students; In Case of KUT's Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 이공계 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도에 대한 진단 및 요인분석을 실시하였다. 측정도구로는 Guglielmino(1977)의 자기주도학습준비도 검사도구(SDLRS)의 우리말 설문지를 이용하였고, 연구 대상은 한국기술교육대학교 공학관련학부학생으로서 재학생 519명에게 설문지를 배포하여 유효한 답변을 한 496명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 총 58개 문항에 대한 7차례의 요인분석 결과, 총 26개 문항, 7개 요인((1)학습에 대한 개방성, (2)주도성과 탐구성, (3)독립성과 기본학습기능, (4)창의성, (5)학습에 대한 책임수용, (6)학습사랑, (7)미래지향성(${\alpha}=.831$, 총 변량설명력=55.78%)을 추출하였고, 타당도가 확인되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학생들의 '학습에 대한 개방성'과 '학습사랑' 요인은 전체 평균보다 높았으나 '독립성과 기본학습기능', '학습에 대한 책임'은 낮았다. 둘째, 학생 개인배경에 따라 차이는 있었고, 7개 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

자동 연마 시스템의 사용자 지향형 통합 프로그램 및 자동 교시 시스템 개발 (Development of An User-Friendly Integrated Program and Teaching System for Automatic Polishing Robot System)

  • Polishing a die that has free-form surfaces is a time-consuming and tedious job, and requires a considerable amount of high-precision skill. Some workers tend to gradually avoid the polishing work because of the poor environment caused by dust and noise. In order to reduce the polishing time and cope with the shortage of skilled workers, a user-friendly automatic polishing system was developed in this research. The polishing system with five degrees of freedom is able to keep the polishing tool normal to the die surface. The polishing system is controlled by a PC-NC controller. To easily operate the developed polishing robot system, this study developed an integrated program in the Windows environment. This program consists of four modules: the polishing module, the graphic simulator, the polishing data generation module, and the teaching module. Also, the automatic teaching system was developed to easily obtain teaching data and it consists of a three dimensional joystick and a proximity sensor. The joystick is used to simultaneously drive the polishing system to an arbitrary orientation and the proximity sensor is used to obtain teaching points precisely. Also, to evaluate the stability of the driving program and the teaching system, polishing experiments of a die of saddle shape were carried out.

한국과 미국 여대생의 가치관과 의복선택행동에 관한 비교연구 (A comparative study of general values and clothing behavior of college female students in Korea and America.)

  • It is generallybelieved that the values of female students are different depending on the cultural enviromment of society. The purpose of this paper is to discern the value orientation of female students in Korea and America, and how they are related to the clothing behavior. 300 female students were selected as sample from the Univ. of Minnesota and 158 students filled out the questionnair. 420 female students were selected from five unversities in Jinju, Taegy and Pusan. RESULTS : 1) Korean students had highly evaluated theaethetic, political, religious and social values, and American students had higher evaluation on the economic and American students had higher evaluation on the economic and theoretical values. 2) Korean students tended to regard modesty, conformity and management as important factors when they chose new clothes, and for American students, appearance and tool were important. 3) The impact of values on clothing vehavior was as follows. a) Korean students who emphasized theoretical values did not use clothes as an instrument of status symbol and modesty. b) American students who emphasized the economic values tended to have an interest in purchase and wearing of clothes on purpose. c) Korean students who had positive attitudes on the aethetic values tended to be conservative, but they wanted to use the clothes as a demonstration of self exaggeraton. d) Korean students who regarded social values important tended to have a higher interest in the management of clothes. e) Korean students who had highly evaluated the religious values tended to be conservative when the selected new clothes. American students did not want to conform to the group norm when they chose new clothes. On the whole, American students did not put on clothes to achieve a specific goal. In short, it can be concluded that Korean students and American students have different values and they have a great impact on their clothing behavior.

간호단위문화와 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관계 (A Study on Nursing Unit Culture, Efficiency on Nursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this descriptive, correlational study was to identify, describe the patterns of nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the hospital setting, and to analyze the relationships between nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the characteristic of the subjects The subject consisted of 223 nurses who were employed in medical & surgical units of 3 different University hospitals in Seoul. Data collection was done in November, 1996 by means of questionnaire. The instruments used for this study were the questionnaire based on the Nursing unit cultural assessment tool developed by Coeling(1993), Nursing performance scale used by Yoon(1991), Job satisfaction scale developed by Slavitt, et al.(1978) and Turnover intention scale used by Lee(1995). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA. The summarized results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the nursing unit culture between individual cultural behavior and group cultural behavior. 2. There was positive correlation between nursing unit culture, nursing performance and job satisfaction. 3. There was negative correlation between nursing unit culture and turnover intention. 4. There was significant difference in nursing performance efficiency according to the age, educational level, professional carrier in the nursing unit, in the hospital. 5. There was significant difference in turnover intention according to the age, educational level. According to these results, the following implications can be made ; 1. It needs to study on the nursing unit culture in other size hospitals and compare them to these results. 2. It is necessary to assess nursing unit culture and endeaveor good climate for the nursing organizational outcomes and prepare the training course of leadership of nurse manager. 3. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on assessment of staff nurses' cultural behavior in case of nurses' orientation, allocation, recruitment, continuning education, so that staff nurses' performance and job satisfaction will be increased and trunover intention will be decreased.

TEM 정밀 시편 제작용 몰리브덴 합금 미세 고정 부품의 제작을 위한 절삭 가공 방법에 관한 연구 (A study on machining method about molybdenum alloy micro fixing part for TEM precision specimen.)

  • In these days, increase requirement of TEM (Transmission Electro Microscope) in not only scientific field but also industrial field. Because TEM can measure inner-structure of specimen a variety of materials like metal, bio. etc. When use TEM, specimen should be thin about 50nm. So making for thin specimen, use Ion milling device that include specimen holder. The holder generally made of Aluminium Aluminium holder is worn away easily. For this reason, using time of ion milling with aluminum holder is too short. To solve the problem, we replace aluminium holer to molybdenum alloy holder. In this paper, we design molybdenum alloy holer for CAM and modify CAD modeling for effective machining process. So we array a specimen 3 by 4 and setup orientation for one-shot machining process. Next we make a CAM program for machining. we making a decision two machining strategy that chose condition of tool-path method, step-down, step-over. etc. And then conduct machining using CNC milling machining center. To make clear difference between case.1 and case.2, we fixed machining conditions like feed-rate, main spindle rpm, etc. After machining, we confirm the condition of workpiece and analysis the problems case by case. Finally, case.2 work piece that superior than case.1 cutting with WEDM because that method can not ant mechanical effect on workpiece.

신규간호사의 실무적응지원 교육 만족도 및 역할 이행 경험에 관한 조사 (New Graduate Nurses' Satisfaction with Transition Programs and Experiences in Role Transition)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of newly graduated nurses with educational programs and their experiences in role transition. Methods: Data were collected from November 1 to December 15, 2018 and 483 new graduate nurses working at 15 tertiary hospitals and 10 general hospitals participated. For data collection, self-report questionnaires including the Casey-Fink Graduate Nurse Experience Survey tool and satisfaction with education were used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Results: Satisfaction with education ranged from 3.09 to 3.27, and satisfaction with preceptors was 3.45(maximum 4). The skill that new nurses ranked as most difficult during the first 3 months was charting/documentation, and throughout a whole year, the top 4 difficult skills were cardiopulmonary resuscitation/emergency response, ventilator care, end-of-life care, and prioritization/time management. In comfort/confidence, new graduates felt most comfortable with support and least comfortable with patient safety. More than 50 percent of new graduates experienced stress during role transition, and the most frequently experienced stressors were related to job performance and personal life. Levels of satisfaction with education and comfort/confidence differed according to the hospital type and number of preceptors for new nurses. Conclusion: In order to facilitate the transition of new graduate nurses to professional nurse, an extended period of education, systematic and standardized transition programs, and continuous support during the first year of practice are required.

Z세대의 특성을 고려한 대학의 미용교육 (Beauty Education of University Considering the Characteristics of Generation Z)

  • 관련 산업의 발전으로 미용 전문 인력 양성 수요가 점차 커지고 있다. 미용에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 시점에서, 기능위주의 미용 교육에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 1995년 이후 태어난 Z세대는 '디지털 원주민(Digital Native)'의 특성을 지녔으며, 향후 소비의 주된 주체가 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 학령인구가 감소하는 시대에 디지털 세대인 Z세대의 특성을 고려한 대학 미용 교육의 방향성을 제안하고자 하였다. 선행연구와 문헌연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, Z세대가 바라보는 미용은 자아실현을 위한 즐거운 도구라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 대학 미용 교육은 전문적인 기술 습득은 물론이고 심리학, 철학, 미학 등과 결합된 창의적인 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 셋째, 모바일 동영상 콘텐츠를 활용한 학습자 중심의 주도적 미용 교육방법이 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. Z세대에 대한 특성을 고려한 미용교육에 대한 논의는 아직 초기 단계이므로, 향후 보다 구체적인 교육의 방향성에 대한 연구가 필요하다.
