서해안 매립지 내 지하수유동과 조석에 관한 상관성 분석 (Analyses of Correlation Between Groundwater Movement and Tidal Effect in West Costal Landfill Area)

  • 조수 간만의 차가 큰 서해 해안 매립지역에서의 지하수 유동을 지층별로 표준관입시험을 통한 N값의 산출, 현장투수 시험을 통한 투수계수 측정, 인공위성 영상자료에 대한 선구조 분석 및 각 시험시추공에서 조석의 변화에 따른 지하수 유향유속을 측정하여 비교 분석하였다. 현장투수시험을 통하여 얻은 투수계수는 풍화대 구간이 해성퇴적토충보다 작은 값들을 보이지만 전반적으로 분포 경향이 비슷하게 나타났다. 지하수 유향유속은 해성퇴적토층에서 조석의 변화 방향인 동-서 방향인 반면, 풍화대 구간에서는 특정 지점에서 선구조와 일치하는 N45E 방향이 우세하였다. 24시간 동안의 관측에서 지하수 유향변화는 전반적으로 조석의 변화보다 약 2시간 정도 늦게 나타났으며, 이는 조석 효과에 의한 수리경사가 계속적으로 변동되며 나타나는 압력파의 전달에 소요되는 시간으로 판단된다.

천장형에어컨 기류가 화재감지기 작동에 미치는 영향 분석 (Study on Influence of Air Flow of Ceiling Type Air Conditioner on Fire Detector Response)

  • 이 논문은 천장형 에어컨의 기류가 화재감지기 작동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구이다. 천장형 에어컨의 기류를 형성시킨 가운데 화재감지기의 작동특성을 분석하기 위하여 ISO표준에서 규정한 방법으로 화재실험을 수행하였다. 실험은 10 m (가로) ${\times}$ 7 m (세로) ${\times}$ 4 m (높이) 크기의 화재실험장에서 수행하였다. 실험에 사용된 화재감지기는아날로그식 열감지기와 아날로그 연기감지기이다. 화원으로는 열감지기 작동을 위해 n-heptane을 사용하였고, 연기 감지기 작동을 위해 면심지(Cotton)를 사용하였다. 실험 결과, 화재감지기의 응답은 기류가 없을 때는 화원으로부터 거리가 멀어질수록 늦어지는 패턴을 보이나, 강한 기류에서는 그 패턴이 유지되지 못한 것을 확인하였다. 천장형 에어컨 기류가 없는 경우에 비해 기류가 강한 경우에 응답시간이 연기감지기는 121%, 열감지기는 39% 늦어졌다. 천장형 에어컨이 설치된 장소에서는 화재감지기 개수를 늘려 풍구 4방향에 모두 설치하거나 감도가 뛰어난 감지기를 설치하는 것이 화재의 조기감지를 위해 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

백서 두개부 결손부에 이식된 이종골 치유과정에 히알루론산이 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (THE EFFECT OF HYALURONIC ACID ON XENOGRAFT IN RAT CALVARIAL DEFECT)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tissue response in various bone grafting materials, especially xenogenous bone materials in vivo, compare of bone formation capacity of various bone grafting materials on rat skull defects and evaluate the effect of Hyaluronic acid on healing of human Demineralized Freezed Dried Bone allogenous graft (DFDBA) materials in rat calvarial defects. 30 Sprague-Dawly rats were divided into 4 groups. $7{\times}7mm$ size bony defect were artificially prepared in the calvaria (both parietal bone) of all 30 rats and follwed group grafting of autogenous bone graft on right side and allogenic DFDBA on left side bone graft (rat DFDB) in 15 control group, but in 15 experimental group, xenograft (human DFDB) on left side, hyaluronic acid treated with xenograft on right side. Sequential sacrifices was performed at 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks of experiment. These specimens were stained with H&E and MT stain, and then histologic analysis under light microscope was carried out. There were inflammatory reaction in all graft material during early stage. Autogenous and Allogenous DFDBA graft group observed inflammatory reaction at 1 week. Xenograft group persistant inflammatory reaction until 4 weeks, but in HA treated xenograft group inflammatory reaction was decreased at 2 weeks. Osteoblastic activity in control group was begun at 2 week, xenograft group was delayed at 6 weeks, however HA treated xenograft group was begun at 4 weeks. At 2 week, mild osteoclastic activity were observed in all xenograft group not in concerned to HA, but there was no difference each group after 4 weeks. There are most activated angiogenesis around graft mateirals in xenograft group at 2 weeks, but in HA treated xenograft group, decreased angiogenesis was observed at same time. Bone formation and bone maturation of xenograft group, there was no difference in HA treatment, was less than control group. Fibrosis around xenograft materials were observed until 6 weeks, there was no difference between xenograft and HA treated groups.

물 결합재비 변화에 따른 프리믹스 시멘트를 사용한 고강도 콘크리트의 기초적 특성 (The Fundamental Properties of High-Strength Concrete Using Pre-mixed Cement Corresponding to Water Binder Ratio)

  • 본 연구는 프리믹스 시멘트를 사용한 고강도 콘크리트의 참고배합 제안에 관련한 것으로서 W/B변화에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 기초적 특성을 분석하였다. 실험결과 목표 슬럼프 플로우 및 목표 공기량 확보를 위한 고성능감수제 및 AE제의 사용량은 W/B가 증가할수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, W/B 변화에 따른 응결시간은 W/B 20%를 제외한 여타의 배합의 경우 W/B가 커질 수록 지연되는 것으로 나타났다. W/B 변화에 따른 압축강도는 W/B가 증가할 수록 저하하였고, 목표 슬럼프플로우 변화에 따라서는 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, B/W와 압축강도의 관계를 회귀식으로 나타낸 결과 상관계수 0.9646으로 높게 나타나 실제 실무 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

지식경영의 동태적 가치사슬 모형 구축 (Dynamic Value Chain Modeling of Knowledge Management)

  • This study suggests the dynamic value chain model, that will be able to not only show changing processes to organization's significant capital by integrating an individual, implicit, and explicit knowledge which affect organizational decision making, but also distinguish the key driver for raising organizational competitive power because it makes possible to analyze sensitivity of performance along with decision making alternatives and policy changes from dynamic view by connecting knowledge management capability, knowledge management activity, and relations with organizational performance with specific strategic map. Recently, a lot of organizations show interest in measuring and evaluating their performance synthetically. In organizations taking knowledge management, they introduce effective value chain model like a dynamic balanced scorecard (DBSC), and therefore they can reflect their knowledge management condition as well as show their changes by checking performance of established vision and strategy periodically. Furthermore, they can ask for their inner members' understanding and participation by communicating with and inspiring their members with awareness that members are one of their group, present a base of benchmarking, and offer significant information for later decision making. The BSC has been a successful framework for measuring an organization's performance in various perspectives through translating an organization's vision and strategy into an interrelated set of key performance indicators and specific actions. The BSC, while having significant strengths over traditional performance measurement methods, however, has its own limitations, due to its static nature, such as overlooking two-way causation between performance indicators and neglecting the impact of delayed feedback flowing from the adoption of new strategies or policy changes. To overcome these limitations, this study employs SD, a methodology for understanding complex systems where dynamic feedback among the interrelated system components significantly impact on the system outcomes. The SD simulation model in the form of DBSC would serve as a useful strategic teaming tool for facilitating an organization's communication process through various scenario analyses as well as predicting the dynamic behavior pattern of their key performance measures over a future time frame. For the demonstration purpose, this study applied the DBSC model to Prototype of Korea manufacturing and service firm.

Virginiamycin 생산유도에 관여하는 Virginiae Butanolide C(VB-C) 및 Receptor의 기능 (Functions of Virginiae Butanolide C(VB-C) and Receptor in Virginiamycin Production)

  • Virginiamycin(VM) 생산 유도에 관여하는 virginiae butanolide C(VB-C)및 receptor의 기능을 명확히 규명하기 위해 S. virginiae로부터 NTG및 hydroxylamine 처리를 통해 두 개의 변이주를 분리하였으며, VM을 생산하는 균중에서 VB, receptor를 모두 생산하지 않는 S. ostreogriseus와, receptor는 생산하나 VB를 생산하지 않는 S. graminofaciens를 대상으로 하여 유도능의 관계를 검토하였다. 분리한 S. virginiae mutant N-25와 H-05는 VB가 receptor보다 먼저 생산되는 특성을 나타내었으며, VM 생산시기가 현저히 지연되었다. 이는 S. virginiae 모균주에서 receptor가 생사노디기 이전에 합성 VB-C를 첨가하였을 때 VM 생산이 억제되는 것과 같은 현상인것으로 판단되었다. 한편, VM 생산균인 S. ostreogriseus 및 S. graminofaciens는 모두 VB를 생산하지 않으며 합성 VB-C 첨가에 의한 유도능을 검토한 결과, receptor를 생산하지 않는 S. ostreogriseus의 경우 VM 생산이 억제되는 반면, receptor를 생산하는 S. graminofaciens의 경우에는 VM 생산이 촉진되었다. 이들 결과에서 볼 때, VM 생산 촉진에 VB가 필수적이며 VB의 신호전달에 따른 VM 생산 촉진 효과는 반드시 receptor의 존재하에서 일어난다고 사료되었다. S. graminofaciens의 경우 합성 VB-C 첨가에 의해 생산된 하생물질을 HPLC를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 항생물질 생산량이 증가하였으며, 새로운 항생물질 생상 유도도 가능한 것으로 시사되었다.

고로슬래그 미분말의 치환율 증가에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 분석 (Engineering Characteristics Analysis of High Strength Concrete Followed in replacement ratio increase in Blast Furnace Slag)

  • 본 연구는 BFS치환율 증가에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 제반 공학적 특성을 검토하였는데, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 굳지않은 콘크리트의 유동성은 BFS 치환율이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었고, 공기량은 다소 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 AE제 사용량 증가로 적정량의 공기량 확보는 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 응결시간은 BFS 치환율이 증가할수록 비례적으로 크게 지연되는 것으로 나타났다. 경화 콘크리트의 압축강도는 BFS의 잠재수경성 반응에 기인하여 BFS 치환율이 증가할수록 재령 28일 미만에서는 OPC에 비하여 저하하였으나, 그 이후 재령에서는 동등 이상의 수준을 발휘 하는 것으로 나타나 특히, 고강도 콘크리트의 활용에 탁월한 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 건조수축길이 변화율은 W/B가 클수록 수화반응시 콘크리트 내부에 존재하는 자유수의 양이 증가함에 기인하여 다소 크게 나타났고, BFS 치환율이 증가할수록 건조수축량은 증가하는 경향이 나타났으나, 모든 배합에서 $-500{\times}10^{-6}$이하로 비교적 양호하였다.

디지털변전소 통합 IED 용 Process Bus 네트워크 통신지연 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study on Simulation Analysis for the Transmission Delay on the Process bus network in IEC 61850 Digital Substation)

  • Digitalization of the substation in Korea has been in progress so far with focusing on Station Bus. However, its application to Process Bus has been delayed due to some technical issues. IEDs based on Process Bus use the data values of SV and GOOSE. As the size of communication data on Process Bus is comparatively bigger than that of Station Bus, it is very important for the evaluating the performance of Process Bus to analyze the transferring speed and quality of data from the first equipment, which is located on process level, to station level. According to the results of related studies, it is said that the most important factor for the design and operation of Process Bus network is the communication delay with consideration of the volume of packets. In the paper, the results of performance test for the network with and without application of VLAN on Process Bus system that uses integrated IEDs are presented. Additionally, the paper proposes the optimal method to analyze the communication delays of network systems through evaluating the maximum delay time, link process ratio and the amount of lost packets by using a simulation tool.

뇌졸중후 진전의 임상적, 전기생리학적 특성 (Clinical and Electrophysiological Characteristics of Post-stroke Tremor)

  • Background : Tremor is uncommon manifestation of stroke. Therefore a few cases have been reported until now. There is still uncertainty about the characteristics of post-stroke tremor. Furthermore the pathogenesis and responsible structures of post-stroke tremor are not precisely known. We have recently experienced 34 cases of post-stroke tremor for the past 6 years. We analysed the clinical features and electrophysiologic findings of post-stroke tremor to evaluate the general characteristics and to analogize the possible pathogenetic mechanisms of post-stroke tremor. Methods : The clinical characteristics of post-stroke tremor were summarized in according to the onset time, involved body parts, types, tremor frequencies, neuroradiologic findings, and associated symptoms. The tremor frequencies were recorded by using a gyroscope. The spectral analysis of tremor frequencies were done automatically with Motus I soft ware. Results : Tremor onset were remarkably varied. Some patients showed a tremor appearing at the onset of a stroke and other patients showed delayed-onset tremor 10 years after a stroke. Tremor frequencies were also much varied. The range of hand tremor frequencies were from 1.5 to 12 Hz. Lesions were found in 31 cases(infarction 27, hemorrhage 4) on neuroimaging. In the cases of cerebral infarctions, 7 cases showed multiple small vessel diseases and 20 cases showed cerebral vessel lesions. The most commonly involved cerebral vessel lesion was the middle cerebral artery territory Several different clinical patterns of post-stroke tremor were identified. Conclusions : There are some evidences from the data summarized here to suggest that several pathogenetic mechanisms including central oscillators could be involved for the development of tremors and that tremor generating neural circuits could be more complex than previously suggested neural circuits.

반응성 밀링에 의해 제조된 Cr2O3 분산강화형 Cu 합금의 미세조직과 입자조대화 (The Microstructure and Coarsening Behavior of Cr2O3 Dispersoid in ODS Cu Produced by Reactive Milling)

  • Copper powder dispersed with 4 vol.% of $Cr_2O_3$ was successfully produced by a simple milling at 210 K with a mixture of $Cu_2O$, Cu and Cr elemental powders, followed by Hot Pressing (HP) at 1123 K and 50 MPa for 2h to consolidate the milled powder. The microstructure of the HPed material was characterized by standard metallographic techniques such as XRD (X-ray Diffraction), TEM and STEM-EDS. The results of STEMEDS analysis showed that the HPed materials comprised a mixture of nanocrystalline Cu matrix and $Cr_2O_3$ dispersoid with a homogeneous bimodal size distribution. The mechanical properties of the HPed materials were characterized by micro Vickers hardness test at room temperature. The thermodynamic considerations on the heat of formation, the incubation time to ignite MSR (Mechanically induced Self-sustaining Reaction), and the adiabatic temperature for the heat of displacement reaction between the oxide-metal are made for the delayed formation of $Cr_2O_3$ dispersoid in terms of MSR suppression. The results of TEM observation and hardness test indicated that the relatively large dispersoids in the HPed materials are attributed to the significant coarsening for the high temperature consolidation; this leads to the low Vickers hardness value. Based on the thermodynamic calculation for the operating processes with a limited number of parameters, the formation kinetics and coarsening of the $Cr_2O_3$ dispersoid are discussed.
