전하중첩법에 의한 2매질장의 전계계산 (A Charge simulation method for the calculation of electric field in two-dielectric media)

  • Anumerical method for the calculation of electric fields with two-dielectric media is described. The basis of the method is the use of fictitious charges as a particular solution of Laplace's (and Poisson's) equations. Simple examples were chosen for the explanation of the method and the close agreement between calculated and analytical values was obtained. It has been shown that the charge simulation method is better in calculation time and accuracy.

  • Recently, the phenomena of voltage instability have become major concern in power system. These phenomena are closely related to what are called multiple load flow solutions and calculation methods on these solutions have developed. But conventional methods require much run time. In this paper, by using sign of |J| and weighting factor considering system configuration, fast calculation method on the multiple load flow solutions is presented.

  • This paper presents the new algorithm for fault analysis and this algorithm obtains requisite term for fault analysis by the two-port network technique. Therefore, the fault calculation time is composed of only few fundamental arithmetic calculation. The graphic user environment for fault analysis is implemented in mouse-oriented user interface with window and pull-down menu. The result of the algorithm proved to be identical with the sample system in Ref.[8]. this package can be a useful tool for fault analysis.

국내 공공 공사 공기연장 간접비 산정 기준 개선방안 - 국가계약법 및 지방계약법 산정기준의 비교 고찰 - (Improvement of the Calculation Standard for Prolongation cost of Domestic Public Construction Project)

  • 공기연장에 따른 간접비 산정에 관한 연구가 최근 정량적인 부분에 집중되어 제시되고 있으며, 최근 제도개선에 관한 연구가 계속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 국내 공공 공사의 경우 발주자가 국가인 경우에는 국가계약법을, 지방자치단체인 경우에는 지방계약법을 적용받게 되는데 이러한 산정기준의 문제점에 대해 명확하게 개선방안의 요구가 있음에도 개선방안이 제시되고 있지 않아 개별 문제점에 대한 면밀한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 '국가계약법'에 따른 산정기준과 '지방계약법'에 따른 산정기준의 각 산정결과를 비교하고, 문제점을 고찰 후 현장사례를 분석하여 적정한 기준을 제시하였다. 각 규정을 고찰한 결과 기타경비 산정방식이 다르게 규정되어 있었으며 이에 따라 실제 비용이 적게는 12.37%부터 24.95%까지 차이가 발생하고 있다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 문제점은 실비가 아닌 계약당시 요율을 그대로 기타경비요율로 적용하는 국가계약법에 따른산정방식의 문제점에 따른 것이며, 이에 따라 실제 비용보다 적은 공기연장 비용이 산정되는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 현장자료를 기반으로 적정한 기타경비 산정요율을 총공사비 대비 1일당 기타경비 요율과 간접비 대비 요율방식으로 제시하였다.

  • This paper proposes a simple compensation scheme for the time delay caused by measurement, calculation and selection of voltage vector in Direct Torque Control (DTC) of an induction motor. In general scheme, it is difficult to know the exact delay time, furthermore the delay time can be varied by program routines for calculation and processing of measured data. In this proposed scheme, by applying voltage vector at the beginning of next sampling period, a fixed delay time is achieved and its compensation becomes much simpler. Furthermore, with the simple compensation algorithm, an improved performance can be achieved by shortening sampling period. Experimental results prove the feasibility of the proposed scheme in induction motor control.

다물체 동역학 해석을 위한 기어 강성 모듈 개발 (Development of Gear Stiffness Module for Multi-Body Dynamic Analysis on Gears)

  • Dynamic as well as static and geometric design parameters such as inertia, tooth profile, backlash and clearance can be directly considered via multi-body dynamic analysis along with contact analysis. However, it is time consuming to use finite elements for the consideration of the tooth flexibility in the multi-body dynamic analysis of gears. A computationally efficient procedure, so called, Gear Stiffness Module, is suggested to resolve this calculation time issue. The characteristics of gear tooth compliance are discussed and rotational stiffness element concept for the Gear Stiffness Module is presented. Transmission error analyses for a spur gear system are carried out to validate the reliability and efficiency of the module. Compared with the finite element model, the Gear Stiffness Module yields considerably similar results and takes only 3% of calculation time.

PREDICTION OF THE DETECTION LIMIT IN A NEW COUNTING EXPERIMENT

  • When a new counting experiment is proposed, it is crucial to predict whether the desired source signal will be detected, or how much observation time is required in order to detect the signal at a certain significance level. The concept of the a priori prediction of the detection limit in a newly proposed experiment should be distinguished from the a posteriori claim or decision whether a source signal was detected in an experiment already performed, and the calculation of statistical significance of a measured source signal. We formulate precise definitions of these concepts based on the statistical theory of hypothesis testing, and derive an approximate formula to estimate quickly the a priori detection limit of expected Poissonian source signals. A more accurate algorithm for calculating the detection limits in a counting experiment is also proposed. The formula and the proposed algorithm may be used for the estimation of required integration or observation time in proposals of new experiments. Applications include the calculation of integration time required for the detection of faint emission lines in a newly proposed spectroscopic observation, and the detection of faint sources in a new imaging observation. We apply the results to the calculation of observation time required to claim the detection of the surface thermal emission from neutron stars with two virtual instruments.

On a Multiple Data Handling Method under Online Parameter Estimation

  • In the field of plant maintenance, data that are gathered by sensors on multiple machines are handled and analyzed. Online or pseudo online data handling is required on such fields. When the data occurrence speed exceeds the data handling speed, multiple data should be handled at a time (batch data handling or pseudo online data handling). If l amount of data are received at one time following N amount of data, how to estimate the new parameters effectively is a great concern. A new simplified calculation method, which calculates the N data's weights, is introduced. Numerical examples show that this new method has a fairly god estimation accuracy and the calculation time is less than 1/10 compared with the case when the whole data are re-calculated. Even under the restriction calculation ability in the apparatus is limited, this proposed method makes the failure detection of equipments possible in early stages with a few new coming data. This method would be applicable in many data handling fields.

  • 동적 하중을 받는 암반의 역학적 거동은, 같은 크기의 최대 하중이라도 정적으로 가해지는 경우와는 다른 특성을 보인다. 동적 하중 하에서의 거동 특성을 규명하기 위한 실험적 접근 방법은 동적 하중의 제어와 계측 및 해석에 있어서 정적 조건에서의 실험 방법보다 더 많은 어려움이 있다. 수치해석적 방법은 물리적 실험이 아니라 수치해석적으로 실험을 실시함으로써 물리적 제약을 덜 받으므로 설계 단계에서 매우 유력한 해석 도구가 될 수 있다. 그러나 수치해석방법은 해석방법의 알고리즘이 적정하더라도, 입력 자료와 경계조건의 설정에 따라 계산 결과가 많이 달라질 수 있으므로 해석 시 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 동적 하중을 받는 암반 구조물의 거동을 수치해석적으로 검토할 때, 경계 조건, 동적 하중과 계산 시간 간격, 동적 하중 특성이 계산 결과에 미치는 영향을 검토하여, 동적 해석 시 경계조건과 계산 시간 간격의 설정 지침을 제공하고자 하였다.
