청소년의 시간관리능력과 자기생활관리에 영향을 미치는 제변인들의 인과관계분석 (Causal Relationships between Time Management Ability, Self Management and Its Related Factors among Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of individual variables, mother related variables, and timemanagement ability on self-management of adolescents. In addition, the direct and indirect effects of these variables on self-management were also assessed. The subjects of this study were 496 students who were selected at random from middle schools in Daegu. The questionnaire was used for this survey, consisted of a self-management, a timemanagement, a self-efficacy, an internal locus of control, mother’s home management, and mother’s support scale. Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were employed for data analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, mother’s home management planning ability had the most affect on adolescent time-management ability in terms of planning and implementing, while self-efficacy had the most affect on time-management evaluating ability. Second, adolescent’ time-management planning ability had the most affect on lifestyle and money management, time-management implementing ability on studies management, self-efficacy on health management, and internal locus of control on interpersonal relation management of adolescents. Third, among adolescent self-management, lifestyle management, studies management and money management can be achieved through the mediation of adolescent time management ability. They exhibit indirect influence through adolescent self-efficacy, internal locus of control, mother’s home-management planning ability, and mother’s home-management implementing ability. Furthermore, time-management ability is also influenced through the mediation of health management and interpersonal relation management, but is not indirectly affected by selfefficacy, internal locus of control, time planning ability, and time implementing ability.

어머니의 가정관리능력이 자녀의 자기관리에 미치는 영향: 자녀의 자기조절능력을 매개로 (The Effects of Mothers' Home Management Ability on the School-Aged Children's Self Management Skills: via the Mediation of Self-Regulation of Children)

  • The aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' home management ability on school-aged children's time and life management skills through the mediation effect of children's self-regulation. Study subjects were 317 5- and 6-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and their 317 mothers. The findings were as follows. First, in the SEM model of predicting children's time management skill, greater mothers' home management ability significantly predicted better time management skills among their children. Second, mothers' home management ability also indirectly affected children's time management skill through its significant effects on children's self-regulation. The test yielded a significantly mediation effect of self-regulation. Children's self-regualtion was strongly related to time management skills. Third, in the SEM model predicting children's life management skills, maternal ability of home management again directly predicted greater life management skills of their children. However, mediation of self-regulation was not statistically significant. The findings suggested the important role of mothers' home management ability in instilling and modeling self-regulation and self-management skills of school-aged children.

청소년들의 시간관리능력이 대면 및 비대면 학습몰입에 미치는 영향: 부모 학습관여의 조절효과 (Influence of Time-Management Ability on Face-to-face and Non-face-to-face Learning Flow in Adolescent: Moderating Effect of Parental Learning Involvement)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 시간관리능력이 대면 및 비대면 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 부모 학습관여의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 중·고등학교 청소년 363명이었고, 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 주요 통계 분석 방법은 분산분석, 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석이었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 비대면 수업보다 대면 수업에서 학습몰입이 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 시간관리능력, 부모 학습관여 및 학습몰입 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 시간관리능력이 대면 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 부모 학습관여의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 시간관리능력이 비대면 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 부모 학습관여의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 즉, 부모의 긍정적 학습관여가 높아질수록 청소년들의 시간관리능력이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 더욱 강하게 하였다. 마지막으로 청소년들의 학습몰입의 증진을 위한 부모의 긍정적 관여의 중요성과 시간관리능력 증진 방법을 논의하였다.

이공계 대학생의 직업교육에서 숙달목적지향성과 시간관리능력이 직업탐색효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mastery Goal Orientation and Time Management Ability on Job Search Self-Efficacy in the Vocational Education of Engineering College Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 직업교육에서 이공계 대학생이 가지는 숙달목적지향과 시간관리가 직업탐색효능감에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 지역 이공계 남녀 대학생 52명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 이들을 대상으로 직업탐색효능감, 숙달목적지향, 시간관리를 검사하였다. 회귀분석 결과 첫째, 숙달목적지향성은 직업역량효능감과 진로목표선택효능감을 모두 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시간관리능력은 진로목표선택효능감만 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이공계 전문대학생의 성별 및 거주지역에 따른 숙달목적지향성, 시간관리능력, 직업역량효능감과 진로목표선택효능감의 집단 간 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이공계 전문대학생의 숙달목적지향성의 평균은 높은 편이나, 시간관리능력의 평균은 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

초등학교 저학년 아동의 성별과 생활시간이 자기조절학습능력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Gender and Time-Use on Elementary School Children's Self-Regulated Learning Ability)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether elementary children's time-use and self-regulated learning ability was different according to gender and whether children's gender and time-use effects self-regulated learning ability. Participants were 2,122 children who participated in KCYPS longitudinal study from their first grade to third grade. Time-use was reported by children's parents. Children's self-regulated learning is invented by Yang(2000). Components of self-regulated learning scale was achievement value, mastery goal orientation, action control, academic time management. The major findings were as follows. First, children's self-regulated learning was different according to chidren's gender. Girls' achievement value, mastery goal orientation, academic time management scores were higher than the boys'. Second, children's daily time was different according to their gender. Third, children's daily time-use affected their self-regulated leaning, however children's gender didn't.

독거노인과 가족동거 노인의 시간관리능력과 일상생활활동의 비교 (Comparison of Time-Management Ability and ADL between Elderly People Living Alone and Living with Family)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 대전광역시에 거주하는 독거노인과 가족동거 노인들을 대상으로 시간관리능력과 일상생활 활동을 비교하고, 집단 간의 관계를 파악함으로써 노인의 건강관리 방안을 찾는 기초자료를 제공하고자한다. 연구방법 : 연구대상은 65세 이상의 독거노인과 가족동거 노인을 MMSE-K로 선별한 후 각 40명씩 총 80명을 선정하였다. 시간관리능력은 설문지를 사용하였고, 일상생활활동은 FIM을 사용해 평가하였다. 연구기간은 2013년 5월부터 6월까지 진행되었다. 본 연구의 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 결과 : 독거노인과 가족동거 노인의 시간관리능력 및 FIM에 대한 총점의 점수비교는 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 집단 간 세부항목 점수의 비교에서는 FIM의 세부항목 중 사회적 인지항목에서 사회적 상호작용, 문제해결능력, 기억력 모두 두 집단 간에 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 가족동거 노인에 비해 상호작용의 기회가 부족한 독거노인이 사회적 인지기능에 저하가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 지역사회 작업치료 안에서 노인의 인구 사회학적인 특성을 고려한 다양한 프로그램 개발과 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

가정정보화와 이로 인한 가정자원관리의 변화에 대한 연구 - 인터넷사용을 중심으로 - (A Study of Home Informatization and it′s Effect on the Family Resource Management - focused on the Internet Use-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of home informatization on the family resource management. For this purpose we analyze the level of home informatization focused on the Internet use and it's effects on the family resource management through time management and financial management. Data were collected from 582 housewives who use the Internet at home. The results show that home informatization through the Internet use has changed family resource management totally. It contributes to improve planning and efficiency of resource management, but simultaneously it causes the imbalance of resource management. And the Internet use of housewives also affects time allocation and household expenditure. These changes depend on socio-demographics variables, home informatization related variables, and personal resource variables. The results show that the ability to manage time and finance have much more importance to improve the level of planning and efficiency and to decrease the level of imbalance in managerial subsystem. The results of this research suggest several implications for public policy.

산업보건관리자의 직무능력에 관한 연구 - 서울$\cdot$경기 지역의 산업보건센타를 중심으로 (A Study on the Job Ability of Industrial Health Service Agency Members - with the Focus on the Industrial Health Service Agency in Seoul and Kyungki -)

  • To analyze the roles by abilities between manpower through the analysis of industrial health service agency personnel, 115 industrial health service agency personnel in 19 Industrial Health Service Agency personnel scattered in Seoul and Kyungki areas have been investigated according to the questionnaires formulated in line with the Likert 5-point scale from September 1 through October 30, 1995 and the following significant result has been obtained: 1. The job abilities by fields. 1) In the field of health care, the level of medical personnel's job ability was 3.30 on average and that of industrial hygienists' was 2.54 on average, which showed that the level of medical personnel's job ability was higher. 2) In the field of health management, there was a difference between the level of medical personnel's job ability and that of industrial hygienists' only in the health education but there was not so much difference between manpower' which showed that it was 3.00 on average. 3) In the field of working environment management. the level of industrial hygienists' job ability was 4.03 on average and that of medical personnel's was 2.62, which showed that the level of industrial hygienists' job ability was higher than that of medical personnel's. 2. The job abilities by manpower. As for the job ability by manpower. on the health care the medical personnel's ability was more excellent than the industrial hygienists' and on the working environment management the latter's{industrial hygienists') ability was more excellent than the former's(the medical personnel's). However. the field that a difference between both manpower as mentioned above was not recognized was the health management. 3. As for the difference of potential factors between manpower. in Factor '1' the industrial hygienists' 80.7 points by percentage was higher than the medical personnel's 52.5 points and in Factor '2' the latter's(medical personnels's) 72.6 points by percentage was higher than the former's{industrial hygienists') 50.6 points in the level of job abilities. The above result shows that the industrial health service agency personnel can be classified into the job with a difference between manpower and that without any difference manpower. Therefore, the following issues: First: The field of health care shall be defined as the medical personnel's exclusive job. Second: The field of working environment management shall be defined as the industrial hygienists' exclusive job. Third: The field of health management shall be defined as a common job to lead the limits of time and space in the collective group occupational health management to be controlled effectively.

병원의 미래 현금흐름 정보예측 (A Study on the Predictability of Hospital's Future Cash Flow Information)

  • The Objective of this study was to design the model which predict the future cash flow of hospitals and on the basis of designed model to support sound hospital management by the prediction of future cash flow. The five cash flow measurement variables discussed in financial accrual part were used as variables and these variables were defined as NI, NIDPR, CFO, CFAI, CC. To measure the cash flow B/S related variables, P/L related variables and financial ratio related variables were utilized in this study. To measure cash flow models were designed and to estimate the prediction ability of five cash flow models, the martingale model and the market model were utilized. To estimate relative prediction outcome of cash flow prediction model and simple market model, MAE and MER were used to compare and analyze relative prediction ability of the cash flow model and the market model and to prove superiority of the model of the cash flow prediction model, 32 Regional Public Hospital's cross-section data and 4 year time series data were combined and pooled cross-sectional time series regression model was used for GLS-analysis. To analyze this data, Firstly, each cash flow prediction model, martingale model and market model were made and MAE and MER were estimated. Secondly difference-test was conducted to find the difference between MAE and MER of cash flow prediction model. Thirdly after ranking by size the prediction of cash flow model, martingale model and market model, Friedman-test was evaluated to find prediction ability. The results of this study were as follows: when t-test was conducted to find prediction ability among each model, the error of prediction of cash flow model was smaller than that of martingale and market model, and the difference of prediction error cash flow was significant, so cash flow model was analyzed as excellent compare with other models. This research results can be considered conductive in that present the suitable prediction model of future cash flow to the hospital. This research can provide valuable information in policy-making of hospital's policy decision. This research provide effects as follows; (1) the research is useful to estimate the benefit of hospital, solvency and capital supply ability for substitution of fixed equipment. (2) the research is useful to estimate hospital's liqudity, solvency and financial ability. (3) the research is useful to estimate evaluation ability in hospital management. Furthermore, the research should be continued by sampling all hospitals and constructed advanced cash flow model in dimension, established type and continued by studying unified model which is related each cash flow model.

NCS(국가직무능력표준) 도입에 따른 스포츠계열 공공기관의 채용 중요도 및 우선순위 분석 (An Analysis of Recruitment Importance and Priority of According to the introduction of NCS(National Competency Standards) in Sports Public Institution)

  • 스포츠계열 공공기관 채용에 대한 중요도 우선순위를 알아봄으로써 체육계열 학생들의 공공기관 취업에 대한 가능성을 높이는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 스포츠계열 교수 4명, 스포츠분야 NCS 전문위원 3명, 스포츠 공공기관 심사위원 2명, 공공기관 채용 담당자 2명 등 총 11명을 유목적 표집(purposeful sampling)하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 2020년 1월 3일부터 3월 12일까지 NCS 직업기초능력 주요 항목 요인을 사용하여 계층구조분석을 이용해 중요도 우선순위를 분석하였다. 모든 자료는 통계처리를 하기 위해 Window 용 SPSS/PC (ver. 21.0)을 이용하여 빈도분석과 EC-2000을 이용하여 계층구조분석 하였다. 첫째, 스포츠계열 공공기관 채용 대영역에서 의사소통능력(.231), 조직이해능력(.177), 자원관리능력(.128), 대인관계능력(.110), 직업윤리(.082), 문제해결능력(.061), 정보능력(.056), 수리능력(.054), 자기개발능력(.052), 기술능력(.049) 순으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 평가항목에 있어서는 의사소통은 의사표현능력(.442), 수리능력은 기초연산능력(.512), 문제해결능력은 사고력(.722), 자기개발능력은 자기관리능력(.587), 자원관리능력은 시간관리능력(.531), 대인관계능력은 팀웍크능력(.382), 정보능력에서는 컴퓨터 활용능력(.677), 기술능력에서는 기술이해능력(.599) 순으로 분석되었다.
