퍼지제어기를 이용한 비행 자세제어 (Flight Attitude Control of using a Fuzzy Controller)

  • 본 논문에서는 비행물체의 운동에 기초한 지능제어 알고리즘을 사용하여 대기의 환경적 요인과 기체형태 및 추력의 인위적 요인들간의 복잡한 함수관계를 지식과 경험에 의한 제어규칙으로서 비행안정성 확보와 자율비행을 위한 비행 자세제어를 행하였다. 비행 자세제어를 위하여 사용한 지능제어기는 다변수 입력 및 출력이 가능하며 강인성을 지닌 퍼지제어기를 사용하였다. 실험을 위해 모형비행기와 자세 검출용 센서를 제작하고, 비행 전문가의 지식과 경험을 기초로 하여 작성한 제어규칙에 의하여 프로그램 된 퍼지제어기를 수 차례의 시험비행을 통해 제어규칙을 조정한 결과 안정된 자세제어를 행할 수 있었다

Study on variation in ship's forward speed under regular waves depending on rudder controller

  • The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze the advanced speed of ships with different rudder controller in wavy condition by using a simulation. The commercial simulation tool named AQWA is used to develop the simulation of ship which has 3 degree of freedom. The nonlinear hydrodynamic force acting on hull, the propeller thrust and the rudder force are calculated by the additional subroutine which interlock with the commercial simulation tool, and the regular wave is used as the source of the external force for the simulation. Rudder rotational velocity and autopilot coefficients vary to make the different rudder controller. An advanced speed of ships depending on the rudder controller is analyzed after the autopilot simulations.

  • 본 논문은 BLDC 서보모터 펌프를 사용하는 PBW(power-by-wire) 시스템을 위한 DSP(Digital Signal Processor) 제어기에 대한 연구를 제시한다. PBW 유압 엑츄에이터는 BLDC 서보모터에 의해 구동되는 유압펌프와 유압 실린더 그리고 제어기로 구현된다. 이 PBW 시스템은 유압 실린더의 선형 추진 동작을 위해 서보 모터의 속도 제어를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 벡터 제어 방법과 MIN-MAX PWM 기술을 활용하는 서보 제어기를 구현한다. 제어기로서, PWM 파형발생기, A/D변환기, SPI(직병렬인터페이스) 포트 그리고 많은 입/출력 포트 등을 가지고 있는 이유로 TMS320F2812 DSP가 채택되었다.

  • This paper addresses the performance of three different types of attitude control systems for the Quad-rotor UAV to perform the flip maneuver. For this purpose, Quad-rotor UAV's 6-DOF dynamic model is derived, and it was used for designing an attitude controller of the Quad-rotor UAV. Attitude controllers are designed by three different methods. One is the open-loop control system design, another is the PD control system design, and the last method is the sliding mode control system design. Performances of all controllers are tested by 6-DOF simulation. In case of the open-loop control system, control inputs are calculated by the quad-rotor dynamic model and thrust system model that are identified by the thrust test. The 6-DOF realtime simulation environment was constructed in order to verify the performances of attitude controllers.

  • The 2nd prototype LPM is designed as single side stator structure for improving the thrust force and acceleration time. Experimental results are shown that the static and dynamic characteristics are improved compared with the 1 st prototype. By the computer simulation, the permanent magnet design method is also clarified to desired thrust force. And microstep driver is adopted to the position controller to the designed LPM. The driver suppressed position errors within 1/10 pitch.

  • This paper deals with control parameters deduction and dynamic analysis of hybrid thrust magnetic bearing(HTMB). The flux density at air-gap is obtained from system modeling which considers permanent magnet and electro magnet. The vertical force is derived from flux density using maxwell's stress tensor. An accurate linear model is obtained by using linear approximations of the attraction force around the nominal equilibrium point. The dynamic simulation of the HTMB using the PD controller is conducted and control parameters are deducted.

  • This paper deals with a problem of decreasing the airspeed and the altitude of a transport aircraft using thrust only. Such a situation can occur, if the aircraft loses all hydraulic power that drives the control surfaces. A controller for flight path angle control is designed using the model following servo control method, which is a PI-type optimal regulator. For computer simulation, a simulation model that covers a range of flight envelope is made using given linear models and trim points at some flight conditions. Nondimensional aerodynamic coefficients, derivatives and trim points that are not at the given trim points are computed by linear interpolation.   • The brushless DC motor(BLDCM) is widely used in many applications. One of the application of the BLDCM is the stage which is one of process in the semiconductor manufacturing processes. Very high performance is required in the stage process. In this paper, the 1 degree of freedom positioning system for the basic technology of the stage is studied. The linearization method is proposed to make the controller design procedures easy by measuring the thrust force ripple using the strain gauge. And through the experiments, it is proved that the inner velocity control loop is necessary to make more precise positioning control system.

  • LPM(Linear pulse motor) was developed as a prototype. In this paper, the design results of prototype and its dynamic characteristics are shown. The prototype was designed by using permeance analysis and the thrust value was also confirmed by comparing with the analysis results of the finite element method. To verify the performance of LPM. dynamic characteristics were measured. In slewing characteristic of the LPM, the thrust value of prototype LPM is higher than commercial level. A X-Y table was structured as a application of the prototype LPM. A controller and user's interface was also developed. By using this control system, the position error of X-Y table was checked. The repeat position error in linear movement was under than ${\pm}$ 100 micron.

Barge 형 수상선의 DP(Dynamic Positioning) System 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Dynamic Positioning System for Barge Type Surface Vessels)

  • In this paper, the authors propose a new approach to control a barge type surface vessel. It is based on the Dynamic Positioning System(DPS) design. The main role of barge ship is to carry and supply the materials to the floating units and other places. To carry out this job, it should be positioned in the specified area. However sometimes the thrust systems are installed on it, and in general the rope control by mooring winch system is used. It may be difficult to compare the control performances of two types. If we consider this problem in point of usefulness, we can easily find out that the winch control system is more useful and applicable to the real field than the thrust control system except a special use. Therefore, in this paper we consider a DPS design problem which can be extended to the many application fields. The goal of this paper is twofold. First, the sliding mode controller (SMC) for positioning the our vessel is proposed. Especially, in this paper, a robust stability condition is given based on descriptor system representation. In the result, the sliding mode control law guarantees to keep the vessel in the defined area in the presence of environmental disturbances. And second, the thrust allocation problem is solved by using redistributed pseudo-inverse (RPI) algorithm to determine the thrust force and direction of each individual actuator. The proposed approach has been simulated with a supply vessel model and found work well.
