We give pressure stimulation into organic thin films and then manufacture a device under the accumulation condition that the state surface pressure is 10[mN/m]. In processing of a device manufacture, we can see the process is good from the change of a surface pressure for organic thin films and transfer ratio of area per molecule. The structure of manufactured device is Au/Poly-$\gamma$ Benzyl $_D$-Glutamate/Al; the number of accumulated layers is 1, 3, 5 and 7. Also, we then examined of the MIM device by means of I-V. The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from 0 to +2[V]. We determined electrochemical measurement by using cyclic voltammetry with a three-electrode system. LB film accumulated by monolayer on an ITO. In the cyclicvoltammetry, An Ag/AgCl reference electrode, a platinum wire counter electrode and LB film-coated ITO working electrode measured in $LiBF_4$ solution, stable up to 0.9V vs. Ag/AgCl.
$WO_3/Ag/WO_3$ multilayer was researched by using RF magnetron sputtering with transparent electrode. Process gas flow ratio with $Ar/O_2$ were selected the optimum conditions at 70sccm/2sccm and $WO_3$ thin film at its conditions was appeared at transmittance about 80% in the visible light region to the average. $WO_3/Ag/WO_3$ multilayer thin films were fabricated from the same process condition which was the same gas flow ratio of Ar and $O_2$$WO_3/Ag/WO_3$ thin films were appeared transmittance about 93% and sheet resistance about $6.41{\Omega}/{\square}$. From the SEM images, each thin films were appeared when $WO_3$ is 40nm and $O_2$ is 10nm.
Recent advances in technology using ultra-thin noble metal film in oxide/metal/oxide structures have attracted attention because this material is a promising alternative to meet the needs of transparent conduction electrodes (TCE). AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer films are prepared by magnetron sputtering for Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) of kesterite solar cells. It is shown that the electrical and optical properties of the AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer films can be improved by the very low resistivity and surface plasmon effects due to the deposition of different thicknesses of Ag layer between oxide layers fixed at AZO 30 nm. The AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer films of Ag 15 nm show high mobility of 26.4 ㎠/Vs and low resistivity and sheet resistance of 3.58⁎10-5 Ωcm and 5.0 Ω/sq. Also, the AZO/Ag (15 nm)/AZO multilayer film shows relatively high transmittance of more than 65 % in the visible region. Through this, we fabricated CZTSSe thin film solar cells with 7.51 % efficiency by improving the short-circuit current density and fill factor to 27.7 mV/㎠ and 62 %, respectively.

We fabricated an a-IGZO thin film transistor (TFT) with AZO/Ag/AZO transparent multilayer source/drain contacts by rf magnetron sputtering. a-IGZO TFT with AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer S/D electrodes (W/L = 400/50 ${\mu}m$) showed a subs-threshold swing of 3.78 V/dec, a minimum off-current of $10^{-12}$ A, a threshold voltage of 0.41 V, a field effect mobility of $10.86cm^2/Vs$, and an on/off ratio of $9{\times}10^9$. From the ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy, it was revealed that the enhanced electrical performance resulted from the lowering of the Schottky barrier between a-IGZO and Ag due to the insertion of an AZO layer and thus the AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer would be very appropriate for a promising S/D contact material for the fabrication of high performance TFTs.
AZO/Ag/AZO multi-layer films deposited on glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering and thermal evaporator have a much better electrical properties than Al-doped ZnO thin films. The multi-layer structure consisted of three layers, AZO/Ag/AZO, the electrical and optical properties of AZO/Ag/AZO were changed mainly by thickness of Ag layers. The optimum thickness of Ag layers was determined to be $90{\AA}$ for high optical transmittance and good electrical conductivity. The Ag layers thickness $90{\AA}$ is an optical transmittance greater than 80% of visible light and the obtained multilayer thin film with the low resistivity of $8.05{\times}10-3{\Omega}cm$ and the low sheet resistance $5.331{\Omega}/sq$. Applying to TCO and Solar electrode will improve efficiency.
We fabricated a-IGZO TFT with AZO/Ag/AZO transparent multilayer source/drain contacts by rf magnetron sputtering. Enhanced electrical device performance of a-IGZO TFT with AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer S/D electrodes (W/L = = 400/50 mm) was achieved with a subs-threshold swing of 3.78 V/dec, a minimum off-current of 10-12 A, a threshold voltage of 1.80 V, a field effect mobility of 10.86 cm2/Vs, and an on/off ration of 9x109. It demonstrated the potential application of the AZO/Ag/AZO film as a promising S/D contact material for the fabrication of the high performance TFTs.
Indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films show a low sheet resistance and high transmittance in the visible range of the spectrum. Therefore, they play an important role as transparent electrodes for flat panel displays. However, their resistivity is rather high for use as a transparent electrode in large displays. One way to improve electrical and optical properties in large displays is to use ITO/Ag/ITO multilayer films. ITO/Ag/ITO multilayer films have lower sheet resistance than single layer ITO films with the same thickness. Prior to the ITO/Ag/ITO multilayer experiments, optimal condition for thickness change are necessary. Their thicknesses were deposited differently in order to analyze electrical and optical properties. However, when optimal single film characteristics are applied to ITO/Ag/ITO multilayer films, other phenomena appeared. After analyzing the electrical and optical properties by changing ITO and Ag film thickness, ITO/Ag/ITO multilayer films were optimized. By combining ITO film at $586\;{\AA}$ and Ag film at 10 nm, the ITO/Ag/ITO multilayer films showed optimized high optical transmittance of 87.65%, and the low sheet resistance of $5.5{\Omega}/sq$.
A thin film of silver ferricyanide (Ag$_3$Fe(CN)$_6$) on a platinum or gold substrates can be reduced electrochemically to the salt of silver ferrocyanide in potassium nitrate solution. The color of these films are orange and these films are shown to be electrochromic. The voltammogram is shown the asymmetry of the oxidation compared to the reduction wave under various supporting electrolytes. The standard heterogeneous electron-transfer rate for these films and bare Pt electrode were 0.49 ${\times}$ l0$^{-2}$ and 1.30 ${\times}$ l0$^{-2}$ cm/s, respectively, obtained using a rotating disc electrode. Rough D$_0$ values, evaluated from the Levich equation, for Fe(CN)$_6^{3-/4-}$ at both SF thin film and a bare Pt disc electrode were shown as 1.2l ${\times}$ l0-6 and 0.94 ${\times}$ l0$^{-6}$ cm$^2$/s, respectively. The conductivities, as determined from the slops of the i-V curves for a ca. 1 mm sample for dried SF potassium rich and deficient bulk samples pressed between graphite electrodes, were 9.34 ${\times}$ l0$^{-9}$ and 5.80 ${\times}$ l0$^{-9}$ (${\Omega}$${\cdot}$cm)$^{-1}$, respectively.
We investigate the transparent TFTs using a transparent ZnSnO3 (ZTO)/Ag/ZTO multilayer electrode as S/D electrodes with low resistivity of $3.24{\times}10^{-5}$ ohm-cm, and high transparency of 86.29% in ZTO based TFTs. The Transparent TFTs (TTFTs) are prepared on glass substrate coated 100 nm of ITO thin film. On atomic layer deposited $Al_2\;O_3$, 50 nm ZTO layer is deposited by RF magnetron sputtering through a shadow mask for channel layer using ZTO target with 1 : 1 molar ratio of ZnO : $SnO_2$. The power of 100W, the working pressure of 2mTorr, and the gas flow of Ar 20 sccm during the ZTO deposition. After channel layer deposition, a ZTO (35 nm)/Ag (12 nm)/ZTO(35 nm) multilayer is deposited by DC/RF magnetron sputtering to form transparent S/D electrodes which are patterned through the shadow mask. Devices are annealed in air at 300$^{\circ}C$ for 30 min following ZTO deposition. Using UV/Visible spectrometer, the optical transmittances of the TTFT using ZTO/Ag/ ZTO multilayer electrodes are compared with TFT using Mo electrode. The structural properties of ZTO based TTFT with ZTO/Ag/ZTO multilayer electrodes are analyzed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HREM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The transfer and output characterization of ZTO TTFTs are examined by a customized probe station with HP4145B system in are.
MLS capacitor with lipid ultra thin films were deposited by Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method on the silicon wafer. The current versus voltage and capacitance versus voltage relationships are depend on the applied voltage, electrode area and electrode materials. LB films deposited were made of L-$\alhpa$-DLPC, the 1 layer’s thickness of 35${\AA}$ was measured by ellipsometer. And MLS capacitor with different electrode materials, the work function of these materials was investigated to increase the leakage current. The result indicated the lower leakage current and very high saturation value of capacitance was reached within 700-800 pF when the two electrode was Ag. And $\varepsilon$1, $\varepsilon$2 versus photon energy showed good film formation.
