This research presents research trends of records and archives management in korea and future development plan by analyzing the distribution of the thesis of the records and archives management journals in Korea according to subjects, issue periods, journals and researchers. The summary of the research is as follows. First, the core subjects of records and archives management research in Korea have been identified as law, establishment/policy, preservation and electronic records management, and it has been identified that the subject fields have come diverse thanks to the establishment of Public Records Management Act. Second, it has been proved that the productivity of research thesis of records and archives management in Korea increases as time goes by, and, especially, it improved by a big margin during 1997-2001. Third, the subjects of records and archives management are generally comprehensive, although there are differences in the subject fields among the thesis that have been researched.

Recently, unmanned aerial vehicle, also known as drone is being used in variety of areas. Previously drones are used as military purposes. After unmanned technology went abroad to civil, drones are used as multipurpose such as hobby, business and other more. Even though drones are very useful in many areas, problems such as safety and personal privacy infringement raised new social issues. In this thesis it will analyze and suggest solutions to the social problems of personal privacy infringement which occurred by drone filming. This thesis will also suggest that new law of drone safety must legislate quickly. Drone is exploration of new filed. Varies of new technology help to grow drone industries. Drone is able to complete tasks which are impossible or very difficult to do. To constantly grow drone industries, people must have solutions for problems of drone. If people can figure out solutions problem of drone which introduced by this thesis, value of drone will grow even more.

Recently, spread of Smartphones caused activation of mobile services, because of that Big Data such as clouding service able to proceed with large amount of data which are hard to collect, save, search and analyze. Many companies collected variety of private and personal information without users' agreement for their business strategy and marketing. This situation raised social issues. As companies use Big Data, numbers of damage cases are growing. In this Thesis, when Big Data process, methods of analyze and research of data are very important. This thesis will suggest that choices of security levels and algorithms are important for security of private informations. To use Big Data, it has to encrypt the personal data to emphasize the importance of security level and selection of algorithm. Thesis will also suggest that research of utilization of Big Data and protection of private informations and making guidelines for users are require for security of private information and activation of Big Data industries.

The purpose of this thesis addresses a development of an expert system to support a decision making of the vender selection. The researches related to the vender selection problems have been studied and they provide 23 criteria to select proper venders. In this thesis, 8 criteria have been used to construct a knowledge base of the expert system. The system in this thesis consists of 6 steps in its procedure. Step 1 decides a specification that satisfies customer's needs and Step 2 chooses a part supplied by a vender. The type of an outside order is decided in Step 3 and some venders satisfying the customer's needs are selected in Step 4. Some of the venders chosen from step 4 which do not satisfy the fatal cirteria(that is Quality, Delivery, Price) can be deleted in Step 5. In the last step, 8 cirteria is used to select 3 venders according to their ranking. Consequently, this program provides for a man, who does not have the experiances, an efficient way to select appropriate venders in the vender selection problems.

How to manage manhole is to estimate the part without observation and maintain the sewer. To get the information about current flow rate, visiting and measuring specific manhole is positively necessary. Also, there are some problems that accurate measurement of flow rate is difficult and obtaining the information about real-time whole flow rate is impossible. This thesis will easily grasp the accurate location and type of manhole to solve the problems, and provide the manhole system conveying information through direct radio communication with a manhole cover to renewal information of manhole properly. Besides, it intends to save the information about management of waterworks, maintenance of facilities, data for flow rate, and structure of manhole. Using these, it is supposed to offer how to handle manhole. Thus, this thesis delivers the information to manhole and into central servers directly without wire and provides the system and management method for effective maintenance of manhole.

To invigorate and develop marketing strategies in public performance, this thesis reviewed the literatures such as papers, academic materials and internet information on marketing in public performance. We performed surveys for specialists and non-specialists of public performance from on-line or off-line for questionnaire which is classified as demographic characteristics, tendency for seeing public performance and for knowledge of NFC and LBS, and analyzed the questionnaires for knowing the effects of NFC and LBS marketing in public performance. This thesis revealed generally a higher level of satisfaction with NFC than LBS, especially for specialists as compared with non-specilists. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with LBS than NFC is that LBS technique has privacy problem about personal information by exposing the user location information. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with NFC to non-specialists is that there are insufficiency of promotion for NFC technique and contents utilizing NFC. A total average score for a level of satisfaction of NFC and LBS service was revealed high as more than 3.50 out of 5.00. Through this thesis we suggest the public performance marketing strategies.

The strategic aims of six sigma in the aspect of business is directly related with the result of the business by the creation of profit. So based on the reformatory strategy of management performed by each organization echelon, the improvement of management by objectives is proceeded actively. This thesis recognizes the need of educational Programme needful in performance of reformatory strategy of six sigma, and concludes the strategic values as the criteria. In audition this thesis presents the strategic tool fundamental to analyse the skills and methods practiced in the designing step of improving programme of results through the research.

According to enhancement of roles and functions of enterprises' distribution centers, recent trend of distribution centers are specialization and diversification which have generated lots of new distribution center building or expansion of the existing ones and led attention on stock transfer importance in case of distribution center relocation. This thesis is a study for how to reduce stock transfer leadtime in order to minimize business risk and how to increase inventory accuracy when stock ownership is transferred in case of distribution center relocation, and to provide inventory accuracy management methods and inventory in/out management types, detailed definition to evaluate level for inventory accuracy management and pros/cons by inventory in/out management type assuming 'the higher inventory accuracy before stock transfer, the shorter stock transfer leadtime when distribution center is relocated'. This thesis provides detailed procedure to secure an absolute stock transfer leadtime and process to confirm hugh inventory accuracy by stakeholders which should be sloved by Task Force Team for stock transfer in case of distribution center relocation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of research system and contents of thesis which was published with a theme of child tea ceremony education. Under this purpose we have searched the thesis related to the child tea ceremony education which was in the data base of the National Assembly Library, the National Library of Korea, Korea Education & Research Information Service and we have collected total of 22 analyzing subject data. The major results of this study are as followings: First, after analyzing the research system, the release year of child tea ceremony education study which was published from year 2000 to 2009 are shown as followings, 1 unit in year 2000, 2 units in year 2001, 2002 & 2003, 4 units in year 2004, 5 units in year 2005, 2 units in year 2006, 1 unit in year 2007, 2 units in year 2008, 1 unit in year 2009. The publishing type were 14 units of master's degree thesis, 6 units of academic journal, 2 units of doctor's degree thesis. The academic area of researchers are 8 units of propriety and tea culture, 5 units of early childhood education, 5 units of child welfare, 2 units of family culture and consumer, 1 each unit of counseling psychology and korean culture. As per the research method there were 15 units of experimental study, 6 units of reference research, and 1 unit of thesis which adopts both interview and case study. Second, as a result of analyzing the research contents, the goal of child tea ceremony education was shown to be a holistic child growth and development, a formation of basic living habit, a development of pride on traditional culture and an establishment of national identity. The contents of child tea ceremony education has been classified into 57 items. The activity of child tea ceremony education has been classified into 34 items. The vitalizations of child tea ceremony education is shown to be a education for parents and teachers, a development of systematic educational program, durability of child tea ceremony education, and a verification of effectiveness of child tea ceremony education.

The Professional Engineers Act (PE Act) of Korea reduces the competitiveness of PE, because of the lack of articles regarding guarantee of business scope and regarding continuous education. In foreign countries, after one passes the PE exam, he/she should register at the concerned government agency; in this way, a practical and systematic continuous professional development (CPD), along with management of work experience of PE, is carried out. In this thesis, the Professional Engineers Acts of different countries have been compared and analyzed in order to consolidate international competitiveness of Korean professional engineers. Also, the author of this thesis presented measures to solve the problems of the Korean PE Act.
