군 현장에서 국내의 여러 주제도를 활용하고자 하는 시도들이 있었지만, 군 지형분석지도의 속성데이터 타입은 DIGEST의 FACC를 사용하고 있어 다른 타입의 속성코드를 가진 국내 주제도를 활용하는 것에 한계가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미군의 MIL-PRF-89040 문서에 기반을 둔 데이터 속성인 FACC를 분석 하였고 우리나라에서 제작하여 사용되고 있는 국내 주제도의 속성코드를 FACC에 맞게 변경하여 VITD를 생성하였다. 이 결과를 실제 활용 할 수 있는지 검증하기 위해 FM 5-33에 정의된 야지기동로 분석에 적용해 보았다. 적용 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 방법이 야지기동로 확보에 유용함을 확인하였고, 이는 향후 국내 주제도를 이용한 군 지형분석지도 제작뿐만 아니라, 긴급 수송을 위한 임도 확보 등에 활용이 가능하다는 것을 의미한다.

본 논문에서는 문서의 내용을 대표할 수 있는 주제어를 추출하는데 있어 다변량 통계 분석 기법 중의 하나인 주성분 분석을 이용하는 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 고유값과 고유벡터를 이용하여 문서 자체내의 단어의 흐름을 파악한 후 주제어를 추출하는 방법이다. 제안한 모델을 문서 요약에 적용하여 그 성능을 평가하였다. 신문기사를 대상으로 실험한 결과 제안한 모델이 단어의 출현 빈도를 고려하는 방법, 시소러스를 이용하는 방법 모두에 비해 더 좋은 성능을 보였다. 제안한 모델은 정보검색, 정보추출, 문서요약 등에 이용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

We design level 1 traffic thematic map for common data structure. Level 1 means the road that can passing cars. If public office and private company use this form, they can save amount of money from overlapping update. And widely use of traffic analysis, navigation and traffic information system. For design common data structure we compared several data structure(traffic thematic map, ITS standard node/link, Car navigation map), and generalization these characteristic data. After generalization we considered about application parts. It can use of public part(traffic analysis, road management, accident management) and private part(car navigation, map product, marketing by variable analysis) etc.

In this paper, we propose a automatic document summarization method based on Principal Component Analysis(PCA) which is one of the multivariate statistical methods. After extracting thematic words using PCA, we select the statements containing the respective extracted thematic words, and make the document summary with them. Experimental results using newspaper articles show that the proposed method is superior to the method using either word frequency or information retrieval thesaurus.

Using the Sunflower movement as a case study, this article seeks to articulate a theoretical framework to evaluate online "free spaces" as tools for political mobilization. To this end, this article conducts a thematic and content analysis of 151 posts on the official Facebook page of the Sunflower movement. Key results uncover four thematic functions among posts - expressive, informative, informative-support, and promotional - that overlap, in which the expressive theme prevails, and two thematic topics discussed by posts - damages by protesters and their ideology of freedom. I conclude that: (1) combining the logistic and thematic dimensions of posts enables a specific understanding of an online free space's political viability and anticipates the campaigns it will connect itself to; (2) the networked nature of the Sunflower movement page prompts the reconceptualization of (i) online free spaces as nodes through which various political campaigns and struggles are thematically connected by a political ideology; (ii) inactivity as a strategy where protest capital and followers accumulate to prepare and empower future mobilizations.

본 논문은 한국어정보처리 과정에서 구문 관계를 의미역으로 사상시키기 위한 규칙을 효과적으로 구축하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 의미역의 결정은 의미 분석의 핵심 작업 중 하나이며 자연어처리에서 해결해야 하는 매우 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 일반적인 언어학 지식과 경험만 가지고 의미역 결정 규칙을 기술하는 것은 작업자의 주관에 따라 결과가 많이 달라질 수 있으며, 또 모든 경우를 다룰 수 있는 규칙의 구축은 불가능하다. 하지만 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법은 대량의 원시 말뭉치를 분석하여 실제 언어의 다양한 사용례를 반영하며, 또 수십 명의 한국어 학자들이 심도 있게 구축하고 있는 세종전자사전의 격틀 정보도 함께 고려하기 때문에 보다 객관적이고 효율적인 방법이라 할 수 있다. 의미역을 보다 정확하게 결정하기 위해 구문관계, 의미부류, 형태소 정보, 이중주어의 위치정보 등의 자질 정보를 사용하였으며, 특히 의미부류의 사용으로 인해 규칙의 적용률이 향상되는 효과를 가져올 수 있었다.

This study aimed to discover the affective ability of students by applying a thematic project model concerning the marine field unit of science for third grade middle school students from among diverse methods of realizing STEAM education. Also, based on this, STEAM education is a new type of learning including the process of exploring by oneself, presenting, discussing and mutually evaluating by becoming an independent person in learning As the results of the study are as follows: First, the STEAM class applied with a thematic project model was discovered to promote a learning attitude toward science by learners. Second, the STEAM class applied with a thematic project model was shown to be effective in improving the self-directed learning characteristics of learners. Third, STEAM education applied with a thematic project model was found to promote learners' motivation for learning science. This may be an effective method for learners who have felt difficulty in the science curriculum or have not been interested in the curriculum by triggering voluntary motivation.

The Government confirmed the action planning of digital mapping project for major thematic maps based on ‘Revised Plan for The Development of the National Geographic Information System’(NGIS). Mapping for major thematic maps was begun in 1998 when digital mapping project for topographic maps finished due to the delay of the action planning, and will selectively have produced the essential digital thematic maps according to the frequency of usage. The models of topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps around Suwon were produced in accordance with the presented draft. We presented specification for production of the most appropriate topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps through the analysis of the process of production, discussion and error check, and correction of the produced topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps. And we could make it easier to develop digital mapping project of topographic-cadastral maps and administrative boundary maps effectively by presenting the strategy for data input and maintenance, the cost model for carrying out the digital thematic map production, digital topographic maps, and the supplement of data model and data format. Topographic-cadastral maps has a wide range of usage but a lot of difficulties in the process of production and map update under use. So it seems that the study on users, university, private sector and municipal self-government must follow for promoting the use of topographic-cadastral maps.

$\boxDr$국가지리정보체계(NGIS) 구축 기본계획$\boxUl$의 공통주제도 수치지도화 사업의 세부 추진계획에 따라 2000년까지 공통주제도 중에서 활용빈도가 높은 주제도 6종을 먼저 제작할 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 설문조사 및 선행사례 분석을 통하여 지형ㆍ지번도의 활용범위 및 세부제작공정을 도출하고 수원시 일대를 대상으로 지형ㆍ지번도를 시범 제작하였다. 시범 제작된 지형ㆍ지번도의 제작과정 분석 및 검수, 사용자의 요구사항 등을 반영하여 세부제작공정을 수정ㆍ보완하여 지형ㆍ지번도 제작방안(안)을 제시하였다. 또한, 데이터 구축 및 유지ㆍ관리방안과 소요예산 산정에 필요한 비용모델, 수치지형도 보완사항 등도 제시하여 지형ㆍ지번도 전산화사업이 효율적으로 추진될 수 있도록 하였다.
