Scores of boys were higher than girls for self-esteem, justification. Self-reported jealousy level was affected by situation evaluation(justification and intention) and attachment. The study investigates peer rating, one of the most commonly used sources of performance rating other than those of supervisors. On the whole, both field and laboratory studies indicate that peer assessment is a valid and reliable evaluation procedure, but on average, peer rating is not usually accurate. The aim of the investigation is to explore the relationship of beliefs and attitude about the performance appraisal system as well as a dispositional characteristic as self-monitoring with rating behavior. In particular, the study tests whether the relationship between rating context variables-appraisal self efficacy and appraisal validity- and rating behavior depends in part on the personality of the rater. Data from 445 undergraduate students are analyzed for hypotheses testing. The study finds evidences that the high on appraisal self efficacy and appraisal validity are more likely to affect discriminating rating tendency and to reduce rating level. Results also show that self-monitoring make the moderating effects between contextual factors and rating behaviors. Some implications, future research directions, and limitations are discussed.
This study analyzed the mediating effects of self-esteem and peer relationship in the effects between physical satisfaction and academic adaptation of multicultural youth. The subjects of the study were 1,064 first-year high school students at the time of the survey using the 8th Multicultural Youth Panel (MAPS) data. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlations, and path analysis of measurement variables were carried out using SPSS 25.0. According to the analysis, first, multicultural youth's body satisfaction has a positive effect on academic adaptation, and second, self-esteem is completely mediated in the relationship between body satisfaction and academic adaptation. Third, the relationship between multicultural youth's body satisfaction and academic adaptation has been partially mediated. The results will be used to develop basic data and programs to support healthy growth of multicultural youth. These results can be used to develop basic data and programs to devise support measures for healthy growth of multicultural youth.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and difference of hotel chef's peer pressure on self-efficacy and collective efficacy, and to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. For the study, questionnaires were distributed to 6 hotels in Seoul and Busan, and 285 valid copies were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. In the relationship between variables, collective efficacy was found to have a greater effect on peer pressure among collective efficacy and self-efficacy. And it was found that among self-efficacy, self-efficacy had a greater effect on job satisfaction, and this was collective efficacy due to peer pressure. It is judged that this is due to the professional characteristics and characteristics of the chef, where individual work and skills are important. Also, job satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on job performance. In conclusion, we suggested that these two dimensions of efficacy should be studied together and used in human care programs.
This study was performed to know the relationship between neurologic soft signs (NSS) and clinical variables such as psychopathology. history of illness, and premorbid social adjustment in patients with schizophrenia. The authors evaluated NSS in 31 patients with schizophrenia using the structured tool for measuring neurologic abnormalities, Neurological Evaluation Scale- Korean Version(NES-K). Relationships between NSS and clinical variables such as duration of illness, intensity of precipitating stressors, duration of outpatient treatment, schooling, peer relationship, total duration of unemployment, total days of psychiatric admission, age, total days of being medicated, age at the first psychiatric admission, frequency of admissions, content of treatment, social adjustment, and severity of symptoms were analyzed. Differences between paranoid and non-paranoid schizophrenics were examined. In addition, Differences between patients with schizophrenia who have predominant positive symptoms and who have predominant negative symptoms were examined too. Total scores of NES-K were correlated with lower schooling (${\gamma}$=0.44, p<0.01). Scores of motor coordination subcategory were correlated with poor peer relationship(${\gamma}$=0.67, p<0.001). Other clinical variables were not correlated with any scores of NES-K. Paranoid and non-paranoid schizophrenics were not different in scores of NES-K. Also positive and negative schizophrenics were not different in scores of NES-K. Most clinical variables except schooling and peer relationship were not related with NSS. This results indicated that the meaning of these signs was not fully be understood. Introduction of the new classification concepts such as deficit or non-deficit syndrome will be helpful to elucidate the meaning of NSS in patients with schizophrenia.
The purpose of the present study was to estimate the effect of adolescents' depression on cell phone dependency and to identify mediating effects of parenting style and peer isolation. The study used data from the $6^{th}$ waves of 2015 KCYPS(Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey). Structural Equation Model(SEM) was conducted to examine the mediating effects of parenting style and peer isolation. The results showed that adolescents' depression had positive effects on cell phone dependency. In addition, the relationship between adolescents' depression and cell phone dependency was partially mediated by parenting style, not mediated by peer relationships. Based on these findings, further suggestions are provided to reduce adolescents' cell phone dependency by decreasing parent's over-involvement and improve adolescents' self control opportunities.

For this study, questionnaires on moral cognitive distortion and peer bullying were administered to 678 students in the 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th and 11th grades in elementary, middle and high schools located in the metropolitan area of Seoul. The data were analyzed through frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, t-test, two-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS Win 12.0. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1) While grade had a significant influence on the moral cognitive distortion of children and adolescents, gender did not. On bullying perpetration and bullying victimization, both gender and grade had a significant influence. 2) Moral cognitive distortion had a significant influence on peer bullying. More specifically, for elementary school students, the variables affecting bullying victimization and bullying perpetration were found to be worst-case-scenario thinking and other-blame thinking, respectively. For middle school students, victimization was affected most significantly by worst-case-scenario thinking, followed by gender; perpetration was most significantly affected by worst-case-scenario thinking. For high school students, victimization was affected most significantly by other-blame thinking, followed by gender; perpetration was most significantly affected by other-blame thinking.

Means, standard deviations, Independent t-test and Paired t-test were conducted. Firstly, the change in self-esteem of both experiment group and control group is investigated before and after their taking group art therapy program. There are statistically meaningful enhancements in self-esteem of experimental group. But there are no statistically meaningful enhancements in self-esteem of control group. Secondly, peer-relationships in both experimental group and control group do not change between before and after taking group art therapy program.
