초등학교 교육정보화의 현주소 (Current Status of the Use of Information Technology in Elementary Schools)

  • Due to the rapid change in society and technology, educators are paying more attention to the use of Information Technology(IT). This paper attempts to analyze the current status of the use of IT in elementary schools, focusing on two issues. First, the present status of the infrastructure for the use of IT is analyzed. Concerning the issue, this paper examines the national plan promoted by the Ministry of Education and school curriculum on computer education. Second, the current situation and hindering factors in the school use of IT are analyzed. Concerning this second issue, the results of a, survey which was conducted in December, 1997 are reported.

패션한복시대의 한복 전문교육 현황 연구 (A Study on the Current Status of Hanbok Education in the Era of Fashion Hanbok)

  • This study aims to derive suggestions to help develop Hanbok education in the future by examining its current status in domestic educational institutions in light of rising social demand for Hanbok in the era of fashion Hanbok. We assessed the Hanbok curriculum in educational institutions nationwide, including universities and specialized institutes, and conducted in-depth interviews to understand the operational status of Hanbok-specialized education. We found that the demand for education on production functions is decreasing, while the demand for in-depth education on the history of Korean costume and education integrating Hanbok with design and marketing is increasing. We also found that, in the case of universities, which play an important role in Hanbok research and education, professional research and training are shrinking in graduate schools, whereas Hanbok subjects are being maintained and new subjects are being taught in undergraduate courses. In the fashion Hanbok era, it has been suggested that Hanbok education needs to converge with design and marketing education, beyond teaching only Hanbok. In addition, the necessity of expanding liberal arts education within universities to meet social demand was proposed, and online education was expected to help spread knowledge.

  • Currently, school computer education has turned to multimedia education, and the related policies are run by each regional authority of education. School principals and parents show strong interest on computer education and the movement into multimedia education as well. In current school education it also seems that computer use is being integrated into all subjects.

세계적 동향에 비추어 본 우리나라 대학의 비교교육학 교육현황과 과제 (Current Status and Developments of Comparative Education at Universities in Korea and World Wide)

  • 이 연구는 비교교육학의 개념과 중요성을 살펴보고, 우리나라 비교교육학의 역사와 발전과정, 그리고 현재 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 비교교육학의 현황과 실태를 연구하고자 하였다. 우리나라의 비교교육학은 다른 교육학의 세부전공들과 비교하여 나름대로 독자적인 학문분야로서의 정체성을 확립한지 그리 오래되지 않았기 때문에 아직도 대학에서 독립적인 전공분야로 자리매김하고 있지는 않으나, 최근 국제화 추세와 더불어 외국교육과 관련된 다양한 분야, 예컨대 외국의 교육제도, 교육정책, 교육개혁 동향 등에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 비교교육학의 학문적 중요성과 그 활용이 강조되고 있다. 이에 동 연구는 우리나라 대학에서의 비교교육학 교육현황에 대한 전반적 실태를 알아보기 위하여 첫째, 한국대학에서의 비교교육학 발전과정을 살펴보고, 둘째, 한국 대학에서의 비교교육학 교육현황을 조사하였다. 현황 조사는 다음과 같은 다섯 항목 1) 4년제 대학 중 비교교육 관련 강좌를 제공하는 대학(수), 2) 비교교육 관련 강좌의 수업목표, 3) 커리큘럼 및 강좌명, 4) 강의 방법과 교재현황, 5) 한국대학의 비교교육 강좌와 관련된 문제점 및 제언 등으로 나누어, 전국 4년제 대학을 대상으로 설문과 인터뷰 조사를 실시하였다. 이와 더불어, 한국 비교교육학의 실태에 대한 외국과의 비교분석을 위하여 외국 대학들의 비교교육학 발전과정과 교육동향을 문헌연구를 통해 알아보았다. 동연구는 우리나라 대학 비교교육학 교육현황에 대한 첫 조사연구로서, 대학에서의 비교교육학 강좌의 필요성과 중요성에 대한 재확인과 함께 외국 대학의 비교교육학 발전현황에 대한 탐색을 통하여 우리나라 비교교육학의 발전 방향에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다.

고등교육에서의 이러닝 환경 및 콘텐츠 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on e-Learning environment and contents in higher education)

  • The purpose of this study supports the establishment of national e-learning policy by analyzing e-learning status and current status of higher education. Enhance the competitiveness of higher education through sharing information between universities. And to improve e-learning quality management. We surveyed the current status of e-learning in 341 universities and questionnaires about e-learning content, e-learning application form, e-learning platform status was surveyed through each school's learning management system. As a result, the infrastructure of e-learning, the rate of platforms secured, and the contents are increasing gradually each year; however, still, not all students can receive the services equally. Dedicated servers and learning management systems were secured by more than 70% of general universities. In the current development status of e-learning content, multimedia, animation, and text forms are gradually decreasing, but video contents are increasing every year. Most of the online contents were used in the e-learning contents by application type, and blended learning, flipped learning, and mooc is not yet actively used since they are still in the beginning stage. Learning analysis techniques should be supported in order to easily use online learning contents such as flipped learning and mooc. We suggest that the effectiveness of e-learning should be measured and the current state of learning analysis for customized learning should be done. This study aims to contribute to the improvement of competitiveness of higher education by sharing information about e-learning among universities as a basis for improvement of e-learning policy. Future tasks are to improve the customized learning environment by adding whether the system environment for learning analysis is provided at the time of the survey.

초등정보영재 교육과정의 현황 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Current Status and Improvement Plans of Gifted Elementary Information Education Curriculum)

  • 현대는 지식 정보화 사회이며 한 나라를 이끌어 갈수 있는 원동력은 지식기반의 산업의 육성에 달려 있다. 또한, 개인의 경쟁력 측면에서도 정보화 능력 및 정보통신기술의 사용은 매우 중요하다. 이런 측면에서 지식 정보화 사회를 이끌어 갈 정보영재의 발굴과 교육은 더욱 중요하다. 현재 정보영재교육은 사교육과 공교육 현장에서 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 본 원고에서는 초등학교 정보영재교육과정의 현황을 대학부설 영재교육원 중심으로 분석하고, 정보영재 교육과정의 개선방안을 다양한 관점에서 제안한다.

  • This research aims analyze the current situation and problems of cultural heritage education, and propose the methodology of cultural heritage education and the model of the curriculum for each education subject. This study consists of three parts. First, the current status of education related to cultural heritage was examined separately by general public, university and graduate students, and practitioners. Second, we reviewed the National Competency Standard(NCS) and the UNESCO World Heritage Competency Framework(CF) as a way to solve the problem of cultural heritage education for each education subject. By examining the methodology and curriculum model of cultural heritage education, we tried to find the future direction of cultural heritage education. Third, the education model of the cultural heritage curriculum for each educational subject was proposed by reflecting the direction and the cyclical education model of sustainable cultural heritage education. In future studies, we intend to use the education model presented in this study to specifically propose basic guidelines for the cultural heritage convergence curriculum.

공학교육에서의 팀 학습 운영 실태 분석 (Analysis of Current Status of Team Learning in Engineering Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of team learning in engineering education. For this, literature review and survey were used. The survey was conducted with 16 professors and 627 students in engineering college. Based on the results, team should be organized in consideration of various characteristics and competencies for effective team learning activities in engineering education. And in the team learning operations, it is necessary to make the conditions for students to immerse in team learning through the activation of communication of team members, tightening management of free riding in team learning, and optimizing team learning period. It is necessary to use the team learning evaluation method in harmony with the team, individual and peer evaluation.

  • 본 논문에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 SW교육을 전면 시행함에 따라 공교육 및 최근 늘어나고 있는 전국의 학원 및 교습소 현황을 살펴보았다. 학생 수 규모가 큰 서울과 경기 지역에 학원 및 교습소가 많이 분포되어 있었으며 코딩교육시간 역시 서울과 경기지역이 지방에 비해 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 코딩교육열지수를 살펴보면 제주와 세종이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4차 산업 시대에 꼭 필요한 정보 컴퓨터 교육분야의 코딩교육은 컴퓨터 과학의 기초 원리나 핵심 개념, 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상 등을 위한 교육으로의 방향전환이 필요하며 창의력을 높이기 위한 교육, 융합교육을 위한 코딩 교육 등 다양한 연구가 필요하다.
