The Objective of this research was to construct the multimedia database system that was necessary for the education of the practitioners and the students. To establish this system, there were technical problems as follows 1) The processing of the images, 2) The rapid processing of the information with the computer network, 3) The development of diagnosis tools, 4) The technique to establish the database system, 5) The link between the database system and the internet, and 6) The method to educate through many cases. The analysis for diagnosis and treatment planning were provided as two parts : model analysis and cephalometric analysis. As a model analysis, arch length discrepancy and Bolton tooth ratio were provided for the part of patient information. Cephalometric analyses were provided in the part of initial diagnosis. The Cephalometric analysis ver 2.0 and the PowerCeph pro 3.3.5 were used to show Tweed, Steiner and Jarabak analysis. In the main part, Kim's analysis and some measurements were added. 딥러닝에서 층을 공유하여 작업에 따라 변하지 않는 정보를 사용하는 multi-task learning이 다양한 자연어 처리 문제에 훌륭하게 사용되었다. 그렇지만 우리가 아는 한 공유 공간의 상태와 성능과의 관계를 조사한 연구는 없었다. 본 연구에서는 공유 공간과 task 의존 공간의 자질의 수와 오염 정도가 성능에 미치는 영향도 조사하여 공유 공간과 성능 관계에 대해서 탐구한다. 이 결과는 multi-task를 진행하는 실험에서 공유 공간의 역할과 성능의 관계를 밝혀서 시스템의 성능 향상에 도움이 될 것이다.

After its decision of 'constitutional nonconformity' about a night assembly on September 24th, 2009, then the Korean Constitutional Court decided the 'limited violation of constitution' saying, 'Even a night demonstration should be allowed to be held up to the midnight' on March 27th, 20104. Since such a decision, the revision of Assembly and Demonstration Act has not been done, and the revised act is currently pending on the National Assembly on October, 2016. Amid the controversy about the 'Legislative Deficiency', some articles of the Assembly and Demonstration Act are revised and created like the imposition of the fine about a ghost assembly and the notice duty of fact to hold an assembly, the police superintendent's recommendation about the assembly place and partitioned assembly holding by time in order to protect the people's basic rights and convenience. However, this revised bill of Assembly & Demonstration Act limits the duty of assembly withdrawal report only to overlapping assemblies and a police superintendent can only recommend about the partition of assembly place and time, but has not a certain authority to forcibly enforce, so it is expected that the recommendation will be eventually ended to a formal procedure. And as this revised act has no punishment article concerning the violation of the notice duty within 1 hour before holding an assembly in this revised act, so there is a problem that the police can't force an assembly to follow the article. This study proposed some political suggestions concerning the articles to be supplemented and corrected in the Assembly & Demonstration Act after analyzing its articles around its 2016 revised Act. The Assembly & Demonstration Act has several problems to be continually corrected and supplemented further including the matter of 'Night Assembly & Demonstration' which is in the condition of 'Legislative Deficiency' since 2009.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the changes in the pattern of crimes caused by the spread and slowdown of coronavirus infections and to devise preventive and countermeasures against various crimes in the future. Method: In order to find out the characteristics of each crime in the non-face-to-face and face-to-face environment, the results of previous prior research and data officially released by the National Police Agency and the prosecution office were compared and analyzed. Result: In the early epidemic of infectious diseases, overall crime has decreased, and civil life-related crimes and crimes targeting the socially disadvantaged are increasing. In the second half of the infectious disease, unlike the first half, the prolonged corona caused the economic recession and unemployment, deepening the damage from illegal private finance and significantly increasing illegal gambling game crimes. Conclusion: According to the time of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the quarterly crime characteristics showed that there was a difference in crime type and crime increase and decrease rate, and that crime response measures should be changed accordingly.

The purpose of this study is to introduce United States Coast Guard (USCG) in order to suggest a direction to advance the system of Korea Coast Guard. After the effect of United Nations on the Law of the Sea in 1994, the world is facing with new era of maritime age with emergence of new maritime border 'Exclusive Economic Zone(EEZ)'. Along with new maritime era, Korea also has been facing with the conflicts caused from EEZ. Also, there is a increasing concern about maritime safety and security since people looking for maritime tourism and leisure sports are dramatically increasing in Korea. Moreover, national security matters are a big issue in Korea due to the several incidents occurred in the sea such as the attack on Yeon-Pyung Island and the sinking of Cheonan naval vessel. Arising concern on these issues in maritime space requires Korea Coast Guard to handle these effectively. However, the systematical and structural limitation of Korea Coast Guard limits the effective management of recent issues. The United States Coast Guard which is considered as one of the military force in the United States has continuously reformed and developed its system and structure to better handle the maritime safety and security issues through developing project such as the Integrated Deep Water system. Also, maritime police system and structure in the United States is different with in Korea. This study expects to suggest a way to advance the system and structure of Korea Coast Guard through examination of United States Coast Guard and comparing maritime police system and structure between Korea and the United States in order to properly deal with the maritime safety and security issues arising recently.

In order to achieve this purpose, president security service and the seoul police agency personnel working in the field for 45 people who were interviewed, recently developed by utilizing Nvivo 8 program to improve working conditions in the analysis of organizational culture 51(78.46%), Image 7(10.93%), physical and mental 6(9.37%) were categorized, educational institutions in the direction of a police constable 56(76.71%), educational psychology 12(16.43%), theory of education 5(6.84%) were categorized as high. We look at the research results suggest that the authority of the president security service president security service officials in tissue culture officials were struggling to belong to an organization, you need to induce a change in culture has been raised, the current president of the Security Service, as well as specialized police constable training within the organization establish the necessary institutions respectively.

Due to the rapid developments of South Korea, local communities have faced various social pathologies which generated more violent crimes and criminalized younger students. Several horrendous violences, such as a Kangneung Girl assassination assault case in July 2017 and a Busan Girls assault case in September 2017, happened only between young students. This ignited a public uproar and people were more interested in related national policies and voiced for stronger penalties in ways that punish student offenders and abolish the juvenile law. In this respect, various effective policies are needed to prevent the school violence and to eliminate the students' fear of crime. These are expected to create an environment where students could enthusiastically study in a safe environment. Focusing on elementary school students, this study seeks to empirically analyse the effects of their perception of local crime control governance on their fear of crime and, subsequently, to suggest policy implications which could prevent future school violence and juvenile crimes and reduce the students' fear of crime. The results of this study are as follows: First, the analysis of the general fear of local crime control governance and the fear of crime showed that elementary school students' trust in police officers had a significant effect on the general fear. Second, the analysis of the local fear of crime control governance and the fear of crime highlighted that their trust in the police, social ties, intimacy between the police and residents had a significant effect on the specific fear. Therefore, this study is applicable in reality in that it can contribute to the prevention of school violence and reduction of fear of crime by constructing local crime control governance.

This study conducted preliminary study to identify effective ways to use ChatGPT in traffic policing by analyzing ChatGPT's responses to the driver's license test and the road traffic accident appraiser test. I collected ChatGPT responses for the driver's license test item pool and the road traffic accident appraiser test using the OpenAI API with Python code for 30 iterative experiments, and analyzed the percentage of correct answers by test, year, section, and consistency. First, the average correct answer rate for the driver's license test and the for road traffic accident appraisers test was 44.60% and 35.45%, respectively, which was lower than the pass criteria, and the correct answer rate after 2022 was lower than the average correct answer rate. Second, the percentage of correct answers by section ranged from 29.69% to 56.80%, showing a significant difference. Third, it consistently produced the same response more than 95% of the time when the answer was correct. To effectively utilize ChatGPT, it is necessary to have user expertise, evaluation data and analysis methods, design a quality traffic law corpus and periodic learning.

Each country has recently established and operated so called Aids to Navigation(AtoN) AIS system collecting and transferring information on the sea state and AtoN's position. Korea has also decided to introduce the system and been establishing it. And it has already installed and operated this system in Incheon and Daesan. For the purpose of giving the national standards of AtoN AIS, this paper is to investigate the present states of AtoN AIS systems in the above two area and to suggest the improvement to the operation of AtoN AIS system. To make it, the paper deals with the international regulations of related AtoN AIS and the cases of foreign's AtoN AIS system installed and also investigates the operation states of the system, in five modules such as system management, system composition, information, function and cooperation. The followings are concluded; improving the inconsistency of system management, reducing operator's confusion caused by excessive display of AtoN AIS system, improving the problem of receiving unnecessary information, improving the functional problems caused by AIS communication inability and improving AtoN AIS information which is presently not used on board.

By the statistics of traffic safety public corporation as of Feb. 2009 year, in domestic 16,861,965 cars were registered and in this Gwangju is registered by 476,149 cars. Except Ulsan, compare to other metropolitan city, vehicles numbers are fewer. Then, as of 2009. 4. 9. by the announcement of National land and marine ministry, the operation distance of passenger cars of Gwangju metropolitan city is 40.9 km per 1 day and the most highest in the whole country. On the one hand, by the materials of traffic safety public corporation, from 2007. 1. 1 to 2007. 12. 31 for a year, traffic accidents of Korea were 211,662. By this, 6,166 people were death, 335,906 people were wounded. This mean about 17 people death and 920 people wounded per day. In Gwangju metropolitan city, last year 8,231 traffic accidents took place and 138 people were death and 13,533 people were wounded. This while government did various traffic policy to reduce traffic accidents and some degree were progressive. But still the actual circumstances is that disgrace of traffic undevelopment country can't take off. Moreover, the concern for the traffic safety of feeling of general people is very deficient. In this research, with the help of Gwangju province police station. analysed traffic accidents reality of 2009 year March and this is going to look around spring season traffic accidents prevention activities and spring season means from March to June.
