한국·미국·대만의 유아대상 TV광고 비교 (A Comparison of Korean, American, Taiwanese Television Commercials for Young Children)

  • In this cross-national analysis of commercials for young children, 58 commercials were from KBS 2 in S. Korea, 51 from Nickelodeon, USA, and 69 from CTV, Taiwan, totaling 178 commercials. Differences between countries were that foods and beverages were mainly advertised in S. Korean and Taiwanese while a full range of items were evenly displayed in American commercials, and American commercials used more ordinary people in casting. Fantastic and realistic atmospheres were typical of S. Korean, realistic and explanatory of American, and explanatory of Taiwanese commercials. The commercials rarely showed an aesthetic sense or creative thinking, and the use of abusive language and aggression was ubiquitous, while some deviant behavior was also portrayed. The commercials often failed to provide useful information, and they stimulated customers to have unrealistic expectations.

(SKEW) FILTERS IN RESIDUATED SKEW LATTICES: PART II

  • In this paper, some kinds of (skew) filters are defined and are studied in residuated skew lattices. Some relations are got between these filters and quotient algebras constructed via these filters. The Green filter is defined which establishes a connection between residuated lattices and residuated skew lattices. It is investigated that relationships between Green filter and other types of filters in residuated skew lattices and the relationship between residuated skew lattice and other skew structures are studied. It is proved that for a residuated skew lattice, skew Hilbert algebra and skew G-algebra are equivalent too.

환상그림책의 등장인물에 대한 유아들의 반응 (Children's Responses to the Characters of Fantasy Picture Books)

  • 본 연구는 개별적으로 환상그림책을 읽어주는 동안 그림책에 대한 반응의 주체자인 유아가 그림책의 등장인물에 대해 어떻게 반응하고 있는지를 유아들의 질문과 코멘트에 대한 분석을 통해 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 만 5세 유아 54명이며, 연구 도구로는 환상그림책 9권이 사용되었다. 분석 내용은 환상그림책의 등장인물에 대한 유아들의 질문과 코멘트의 빈도 및 각각의 반응유형, 등장인물에 대한 선호 근거를 분석한 것이다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 환상그림책의 등장인물에 대해 유아들은 질문하기 보다는 코멘트 하는 빈도가 3배 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환상그림책의 등장인물에 대해 유아들은 '평가적 질문'을 가장 많이 하였고, 다음이 '상상적 질문'을 많이 한 것으로 나타났다. 이 두 가지 질문 유형에 비해 '몰입적 질문'과 '개인적 질문' 빈도는 매우 낮았다. 셋째, 환상그림책의 등장인물에 대해 유아들은 '평가적 코멘트'를 가장 많이 하였고, 다음이 '상상적 코멘트', '몰입적 코멘트', '개인적 코멘트' 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 환상그림책의 등장인물 선호 근거로 '등장인물의 외형'을 제시한 경우가 가장 많았고, 다음이 '등장인물에 대한 주관적 느낌', '등장인물의 역할', '등장인물의 특성'의 순으로 나타났으며, '등장인물의 성'을 제시한 경우는 한 명 밖에 없었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 향후 유아교육현장 교사들의 그림책 읽어주기 전략의 계획 실행과 그림책에 대한 유아들의 반응 증진을 위한 전략 연구에 도움을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

유시진 만화의 환상성 변이 연구 (A Study on the modification of fantastique mode in You, Sijin's comic strips)

  • 환상은 역사적인 측면과 공시적 측면을 살펴 볼 때, 크게 경이와 기괴의 두 가지 계열성을 가지며 다양한 의미체계를 가진다. 경이는 고전적인 형이상학체계와 마법담의 전통을 한 축으로 하는 조화롭고 풍부한 환상의 세계이고, 기괴는 근현대의 문제적 의식으로부터 출발하여 부조리와 부정적 진실을 발견하고자 하는 전복적인 환상 세계이다. 만화에서는 매체적 특징상 리얼리티보다 환상을 사용하기가 유리하다. 그러나 환상과 만화의 연관관계가 구체적으로 논의된 바는 드물다. 본 논문은 환상에 대해 기괴와 경이의 계열성으로 이해하는 데서부터 출발하여 기괴와 경이의 다양한 조합을 드러낸 만화작가 유시진의 작품들의 경향을 살펴봄으로써 각 계열의 환상이 만화의 개별 작품의 스타일과 주제의식에 어떻게 영향력을 주고받는지 알아보았다. 작가 유시진은 현대 작가답게 기괴 계열의 감성으로 작품을 시작하였으나 자의식과 관련된 주제를 발전시켜가면서 동시에 견고한 2차세계의 경이계열 환상세계를 구축하고자 노력했다. 그러나 "신명기"에서 환상세계가 작품의 주제를 압도하는 양상을 겪었다. 이후 작품인 "폐쇄자"와 "온"에서는 자의식을 붕괴하고, 새롭게 만들어가는 과정을 혼합된 환상양식을 통해 이루었고, 이러한 터닝 포인트 이후 유시진의 작품은 주제의식과 환상양식에 있어서 보다 일관되게 기괴 계열의 성향을 드러내고 있다.

패션 컬렉션에 나타난 하이브리드 헤어디자인의 표현 특성 분석 (An Analysis of the Characteristic of Hybrid Hair Design in Fashion Collection)

  • This study aimed to analyze the expression of Hybrid in Contemporary Hair Design that is one kind of total fashion. In this research, by background of the hybrid characteristics of the messes culture art, the hybrid characteristics of the hair design has been defined as characters which is the mixture of timeless spaces, styles, sexes, unsuitable elements and cultures. The results of analysis by the expression of the hybrid hair design after 2000 is like this. As the researching, the hybrid characteristics of the hair design by the mixture of unsuitable elements and styles have been presented the highest. The result of the frequency of the apparition in the hair design molding elements according to the expression of the hybrid hair design, the hybrid characteristics of the unsuitable elements and style has been presented ideological form and the artificial form was the highest. The case of the hybrid of the activated texture, the unsuitable elements, style and timeless space has been presented excellently one after another. In the color tone, the mixture of the style, the unsuitable elements and timeless space has been presented one by one. The case of the hybrid of the image, the unsuitable elements that is the highest the frequency of the apparition was presented the image of the avant-garde, the fantastic and humor one after another.

모더니즘 건축에 나타난 유기적 중세주의 전통에 관한 연구 (A Study on the tradition of Organic Medievalism expressed in Modern Architecture)

  • This Study is about the tradition of Organic Medievalism expressed in Modern Architecture. The concept of Medievalism is an attitude to revive the social and physical settings on the Middle Ages. The Organic Medievalism in Modern Architecture was to be explained as the two tendencies; one was toward the rational structural logic of the medieval architecture being re-interpreted into the Modern Architecture and the other was toward the organic and fantastic shape of the Modern Architecture, closely connected with nature-friendly and organic shape of medieval city and buildings. The structural logic of the medieval architecture became systematized by the French architects, Viollet-le-Duc and Auguste Choisy. The principle has been applied to the design of the Art Nouveau, Louis Kahn and so-called the High-Tech Architecture creating the aesthetics of its own by exposing the building structure. The other was used as the elements to represent the characteristics of the Art Nouveau architects, and then served as the background of the creation of the avant-garde architecture of Germany. The ideal has been serving as the great idealistic fundamentals by the so-called Archigram and Deconstruction at the late half of the 20th century.

의상디자인 발상 및 전개 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Methodology for Fashion Design through the Source of Inspiration and its Application)

  • The inspiration and its application in fashion design is considered as one of the important factors in boosting the fashion arena. Many inspirations are adapted in fashion de-sign and they make the fashion design unique and characteristic. In this study many fashion designs are analyzed to find what kind of inspirations were adapted and utilized for the fashion design in reality. The nature historic costumes ethcin costumes arts sciences literature music sports were revealed as the sources of fashion inspiration.l The concerns on the environments movies and dramas could provide inspirations in fashion as well. Several contents or steps were studied to provide the one of the example of appli-cations as follows: 1. The works of Marc Chagall were analized to figure out and several plastic characteristics from his works were revealed such as fantastic strong colors unreal animal pattern or their details his wife and friends various divisions of the surface and so on. These attributes had been favored in depiction of his works to ex-press his home town or nostalgia. 2. '90s fashion designs inspired by the works of Chagall were analized to find out the meth-odology or the process of designs. The same Chagall colors were used in design and similar pattern were expressed through beaded work or printing jobs. The surface designs such as printing were the most prefered method in adapting the inspirations. 3. The plastic characteristics of the work of Chagall were attempted in clothing design and construction. The color combination patterns which remind the animals the surface divisions were used in design ot practive the methodologies.

구스타브 클림트[Gustav Klimt]의 개혁의상에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Reformative Costume of Gustav Klimt)

  • This paper is a perspectiveon the reformative costume expressed by Gustav Klimt who led the Secession Movement as a great master in Vienna. Klimt actively expressed a new costume style in his paintings, which influenced heavily on the modern costume design. This paper may contribute to reestablish the constructive direction for the 21st century fashion design based on Klimt's pursuing holistic art concept. The reformative costume in Klimt's paintings has two characteristics; ornamentism, eroticism, and reformativeness. Ornamentism is expressed with fantastic colors, various motives, exotic features, simple style clothes, and so on. Klimt used independent ornaments to express carnal desires metaphorically, which set ornaments free to lead spectators to the dreamy or elusive state and even have spectators indulged in ecstasy. As the Secession Movement focused on reforming all areas of life artistically, the costumes of Klimt's paintings symbolically express the reformativeness; he portrayed the woman in the early 20th century and sought to reform its contemporary value as a visual sensuality. Klimt tried to disrupt from the former era by over-emphasizing eroticism. The erotic expression with the colors and the style of ornaments substitute naturally for suggestive eroticism of the feminine body. With has creativity, Klimt has spectators extract the various senses from the female image in his paintings. Klimt's creative spirit on the holistic art concept could be helpful to develop a unique design as a catalyst foreseeing over the present.

파코 라반 복식의 조형적 특성에 영향을 미친 요인 (Some Factors of Influence on Paco Rabanne`s Fashion Design)

  • Paco Rabanne, who has created experimental and prophetic avant-garde fashion by cutting edge techniques and revolutionary new materials, is known as one of the most influential fashion designer of modern times. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various factors, including some major artistic movements, which influenced on the formative characteristics of Paco Rabanne\`s fashion design. First, Paco Rabanne\`s fantastic new materials is also influenced by his study in architecture and his own fantasies -which other people can hardly imagine- during his early childhood. Second, light one of the most important element in Paco Ranbanne\`s fashion design, shows some influence of medieval symbols of love and salvation. Third, the artistic trends which influenced on Paco Rabanne\`s fashion include surrealism, opart, and kinetic art. His use of new materials and avant -garde style represents the influence of surrealism. his experimental use of waving plastics and glittering metal during his early period is especially related with opart and kinetic art in the early 1960s which emphasize the artistic effect of light and movement. Fourth, the geometrical figures like triangles, rectangles, and circles represent the influence of Egyptian architecture like pyramids and the geometrical characteristics of Eguptian art. Fifth, Paco Rabanne\`s distinctive use of metal chains in his fashion shows the influence of the chain mail hauberk, the medieval knightly armour. By using the medieval material Paco Rabanne properly expressed the modern person\`s pain and suffering. Sixth, the ethnic elements of Egypt, Africa, Spain, and Japan reflect the experience in his former lives he insists he lived. The ethnic elements of his dresses emphasize the natural vitality and inheritance from the past.
