모듈타입 충격흡수장치를 위한 재료실험 (Material Tests for Module Type Crash Cushion)

  • 형상이 일정하지 않은 구조에 충돌하는 차량의 탑승자 안전을 확보하기 위해서 그 구조물의 앞에 공간이 허용하는 한도의 깊이만큼 충격을 흡수하는 재료로 만든 모듈을 쌓아두는 방법을 생각할 수 있다. 충격흡수모듈로 사용되기 위해서는 재료가 충분한 에너지 흡수능력을 가져야 하고 동시에 탑승자의 안전을 확보할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 에너지 흡수능력과 더불어 탑승자의 안전을 보장하기 위하여 충격흡수재료가 가져야 할 조건을 설명하고 auard-Guard 시스템 모듈, 샌드백, 재활용 타이어, 지오컨테이너, 지오셀 그리고 EPS 블록에 대한 정적압축실험을 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 이로부터 $30kg/m^{3}$의 밀도를 갖는 EPS 블록이 쿠션모듈로 사용되기 적합한 재료임을 보였다. 한편 시속 35.6km/h까지의 충돌조건으로 Drop Test를 실시하여 EPS블록의 정적특성과 동적특성간 큰 차이가 없음을 보여 주었으며 쿠션모듈로서의 성질을 개선시키기 위한 방안으로 EPS 블록에 공극을 두는 방안을 제안하고 공극이 있는 EPS블록에 대하여 Drop Test를 실시하여 EPS 블록을 이용한 충격흡수시설의 설계에 필요한 재료적 특성치를 제시하였다.

침지형 황 탈질 모듈을 이용한 고속의 질소제거 (High-Rate Nitrogen Removal using a Submerged Module of Sulfur-Utilizing Denitrification)

  • This study aims to develop a sulfur-using denitrification process which is possible a renovation to advanced treatment plant submerging a simple module in activated sludge aeration tank. At first, the impact factor of sulfur-using denitrification was appreciated by the batch test. Secondly, reflecting a dissolved oxygen effect of sulfur-using denitrification that was confirmed by the batch test, in a continuous nitrification/sulfur-using denitrification, high-rate nitrogen removal reaction was induced at optimum condition controlling DO concentration according to phases. Also, inside and outside of sulfur-using denitrification module was covered with microfilter and the module was considered as an alternative of clarifier. Result of batch test for sulfur-using denitrification, $NO_2{^-}N$ was lower for consumption of alkalinity and sulfur than that of $NO_3{^-}-N$. These results revealed the accordance of theoretical prediction. In continuous nitrification/sulfur-using denitrification experiment, actual wastewater was used as a influent, and influent nitrogen loading rates were increased 0.04, 0.07, 0.11, $0.14kg\;N/m^3-day$ by changing hydraulic retention times. At this time, nitrogen loading rates of packed sulfur were increased 0.23, 0.46, 0.69, $0.93kg\;N/m^3-day$. As a result, nitrification efficiency was about 100% and denitrification efficiency was 93, 81, 79, 72%. Accordingly, nitrogen removal was a high-rate. Also the module of sulfur-using denitrification covered with microfilter did not make a fouling phenomena according to increased flux. And the module was achieved effluent suspended solids of below 10 mg/L without a clarifier. In conclusion, it is possible a renovation to advanced treatment plant submerging a simple module packed sulfur in activated sludge aeration tank of traditional facilities. And the plant used the module packed sulfur is expected as a effective facilities of high-rate and the smallest.

승용차 알루미늄 멀티링크 현가장치 코너모듈의 실험적 정강도 특성 평가 (Experimental Static Strength Evaluation of a Passenger Car Aluminium Multi-link Suspension Corner Module)

  • An aluminum suspension corner module is widely used in high class passenger cars to reduce vehicle weight and improve fuel economy. According to the change of material and suspension type, the evaluation of the static strength and failure mode of the corner module is important. In this study, static strength and failure mode analysis of aluminium multi-link suspension corner module is presented. Static strength test system is designed and static failure mode tests of the corner module are carried out in longitudinal, lateral, and vertical direction. From the resuls of the tests we found that the failure modes are different compare to those of the steel corner module. The static failure modes and load-displacement curves of this study will be used as a guidance in design of a passenger car aluminium multi-link suspension corner module.

1kW급 연료전지 평가시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on development of 1kW SOFC test system)

  • 본 연구에서는 연료전지 중 발전효율이 50% 이상으로 가장 높고 가정용(1~10kW급) 시스템으로 필요성이 높아지고 있는 고체산화물 연료전지(SOFC, Solid Oxide Fuel Cell)에 대한 평가시스템을 설계하여 최적의 평가성능을 구현코자 하였다. 최적의 연료전지 평가시스템을 구현하기 위하여 전처리 및 반응조건 제어를 위한 온도제어모듈, 반응물에 대한 유량제어모듈, 전자부하기 등을 구현하였다. 온도제어모듈은 K형 서머커플을 사용하여 운전온도인 $750^{\circ}C$에서 $1^{\circ}C$이내의 정밀도 구현이 가능토록 설계하였고, 가스의 양이 일정하게 유지하기 위한 가습기 구조를 설계하였으며, 송풍기 및 히터의 정밀제어가 가능하도록 위상제어보드를 설계하여 적용함으로서 목표성능을 구현하였으며, 전자부하기는 방전방식으로 정전압, 정전류, 정저항 모드와 아날로그 입력과 출력모듈에 별도의 DC-DC 컨버터를 사용하여 오류를 최소화하였다. 구현한 평가시스템의 성능을 측정한 결과 스택전압은 80V에서 0.15%, 스택전류는 100A에서 0.1%의 정밀제어가 가능함을 확인하였다.

외부환경적 가속시혐에 의한 PV모듈의 열화성능 분석 (Analysis of Photovoltaic module's Phenomena of aging with Acceleration Test)

  • In this paper, we examined 10 domestic samples of three different model using thermal, humidity freeze, thermal-endurance and damp heat test under IEC61215 photovoltaic module environmental endurance test condition. Three was almost no changes on power generation. Insulation resistance capacity was much higher than judgement standard but, showed unstable results depending on environmental test items. On external appearance test, there were two models which showed bubble, humidity penetration, seal melted frame phenomenon. From this results, the degree of aging under the external environment is a main cause that shortens photovoltaic module life time. So it is considered that the efforts for finding optimum condition of manufacturing process should be needed.

  • In this paper we investigated the method of examining the accelerated life test on LED traffic signal module by the temperature. The longevity presumption of the LED type signal light by a general heat cycle test used and executed cycle when it was done to longevity by the heat cycle test number and the acceleration factor of a real system requirements of this heat cycle test. Therefore, it reports on the introduction of the acceleration type from which the LED traffic signal module is done here to clarify the above-mentioned acceleration factor with the object and the acceleration factor is requested the test atmosphere actually in the system requirements.

냉각제 혼합성능 시험용 장치의 제작 (Manufacture of Apparatus for Coolant Mix Performance Test)

  • The test apparatus that can be protected from the high-temperature combustion flame and coolant injection was successfully manufactured. In this study, the coolant-injection module had a controllable consistent pressure, and the entire combustion module was protected using a nonflammable composite liner. Every flange was designed in accordance with the DIN standard, and the entire body of the module was designed in accordance with the EN 13445 code. Additionally, the hydraulic pressure test was performed in accordance with the 2014/68/EU directive and EN 13445 standard. Finally, after manufacturing, performance tests (such as pressure tests) were conducted to verify the reliability and safety.

  • 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어는 인간의 생명과 직결되는 의료기기를 제어하는 소프트웨어이기 때문에 높은 품질 수준을 요구한다. 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어의 높은 품질 요구를 만족시키기 위해서는 그 요구사항에 적합한 품질시험 모듈을 개발하여 적용하고 결과를 피드백하여 소프트웨어의 품질 결함을 보완하는 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어를 시험하여 결과를 산출할 수 있는 시험모듈과 품질검사표를 개발하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • In this paper, we test the electrical resistance of flat wire in the PV module. normally solar cell has two kind of flat wire(inter connection ribbon and bus bar ribbon). we found the phenomenon that has a unbalance with resistance when we make a wiling between of string. So, we measurement the resistance of flat wire each other. and analysis of missmatch with resistance between flat wires on PV module. next to survey of IR picture on missmatch flat wire samples for analyze of missmatch with current in the wire. and we perform IR test with solar cell that has a connection with flat wire for test the effect of missmatch resistance on solar cell. Finally we perform the Dark I-V test for survey of effect by the unbalance of resistance. By the result of Dark I-V test, the series resistance of existing connection sample is large more then innovated connection sample.

  • Rotational-free-surface (RFS) is a special type of free surface whose two boundaries coincide. For NC machining of PFS, a rotational axis as well as three Cartesian axes are required. In this paper, we develop a four-axis CAM module consisting of: a) Geometric modeling of RFS, b) CL-data generation, and c) Graphic simulation of machining operation. To test the validity and effectiveness of the developed module, several test cuts are made with Bridgeport CNC milling machine and compared with the graphic simulation.
