This paper aims at designing an accelerated life test sampling plan for bulk material and showing its application for an arc-welded gas pipe. It is an integrated model of the accelerated life test procedure and bulk sampling procedure. The accelerated life tests were performed by the regulation, RSD 0005 of ATS at KITECH and bulk sampling was used for acceptance. Design parameters might be total sample size(segments and increments), stress level and so on. We focus on deciding the sample size by minimizing the asymptotic variance of test statistic as well as satisfying consumer's risk under Weibull life time distribution with primary information on shape parameter.

In this paper we consider the problem of identifying and testing outliers in linear regression. First we consider the problem for testing the null hypothesis of no outliers. A test based on the ratio of two residual scale estimates is proposed. We show the asymptotic distribution of the test statistics by Monte Carlo simulation and investigate its properties. Next we consider the problem of identifying the outliers. A forward sequential procedure using the suggested test is proposed and shown to perform fairly well. Unlike other forward procedures, the present one is unaffected by masking and swamping effects because the test statistic is based on robust scale estimate.

본 논문에서는 4인승 선미익 항공기에 대한 구조해석 절차와 전기체 시험결과를 소개하였다. 전기체 유한요소모델 구축은 항공기 구조해석 시 중요한 업무이며 구조적 안전성에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 구축된 유한요소모델은 전기체 시험결과를 이용하여 정밀하게 보정된다. 구조해석 결과를 이용하여 5가지의 설계제한하중 시험조건과 11가지의 설계 극한하중 시험조건을 결정하였다. 소개된 절차를 이용하여 4인승 선미익 항공기의 구조적 안전성을 성공적으로 확보하였다.

This paper presents a performance evaluation procedure for advanced emergency braking (AEB) system. To guarantee the performance of AEB system, AEB test scenario should contains various driving conditions which can be occurred in real driving condition. Also, performances of each elements of AEB system, such as sensor, decision, human machine interface (HMI) and control, should be evaluated in various situations. For this, driving conditions, road types, environment, and elements of AEB system were introduced. Test scenario has been designed to represent the real driving condition and to evaluate the safety performance of AEB system in various situations. To confirm that the proposed AEB test scenario is realistic and physically meaningful, vehicle test have been conducted in two cases of proposed AEB test scenario: subject vehicle cut-out scenario and narrow street turn left scenario.

본 논문에서는 SDP 시스템이 충족해야 할 요구 규격을 검증하기 위하여 시험 환경 구축 방안을 제안하였다. SDP 시험 환경은 기능/성능/안정성 시험을 수행할 수 있도록 기존 항공관제시스템의 서브 시스템들과 동일한 기능을 수행하는 Simulation System들과 항적 추적 성능을 검증하기 위한 Eurocontrol의 SASS-C와 SMART 시스템으로 구축하였다. 또한 SDP 시험에 있어 Test Case 및 Test Procedure를 구성하여 SDP 요구 규격에 대한 정확한 검증을 수행할 수 있도록 시험 절차를 정의하였다. 제안된 시험 환경 및 시험 절차는 모의 시험을 통해 소프트웨어 구현 과정에서의 시스템 요구 규격에 대한 충족도를 보다 높일 수 있다.

약 2에 걸쳐서 대전지역을 대상으로 DTV 현장측정을 실시하였다. 총 33개의 측정지점을 선정하였고 각 지점에서 수신전력, 잡음전력, SER, RMS 지연확산 및 등화기의 성능을 측정하였다. 전체 측정지점 중의 약 50%가 영상과 음성의 질이 만족할 만한 수준이었고, 등화기는 고스트신호에 대하여 보상능력이 있었으며 13.7dB의 S/N개선을 얻었다. 이 결과로부터 DTV를 위한 측정결과를 확립할 수 있을 것이다.

The mathematical models of hydrodynamic force and moment acting on a ship at low speed range should be established differently from the ones at nominal cruising speed range since a ship moves with large drift angle or rotates in a stationary position. We modified widely used Yoshimura's cross flow model in order to apply the system identification method to estimate parameters in the model. The apparatus and the procedure of free running model test were suggested so that the parameters in the model be estimated. The validity of our proposing modified model and test procedure was confirmed by comparison with the results of simulated model test.

When X and Y have independent normal distributions, we develop a Bayesian testing procedure for the equality of two coefficients of variation. Under the reference prior of the coefficient of variation, we propose a Bayesian test procedure for the equality of two coefficients of variation using fractional Bayes factor. A real data example is provided.

A procedure is considered to the problem of testing whether there exist changes in location at possibly two points in a sequence of independent random variables which are successively drawn from normal population. A test statistics based on modified likelihood ratio is proposed and its asymptotic null distribution is derived through the stochastic process representation. A small sample power comparison is made by Monte Carlo method.
