본 논문은 기존의 국방 정보기술(IT) 조사의 개선을 위한 실태를 분석하고 기술수준조사 결과를 바탕으로 2012 국방 정보기술(IT)을 제시한다. 기존의 국방IT조사는 2008년과 2009년에 실시되어 책자형태로 배포되어 시스템으로 관리되고 있다. 기존의 국방IT조사는 86개 기술을 대상으로 조사하였으나, 선정 방법 등 제공되는 내용이 단순하였다. 따라서 기존의 국방IT조사 개선을 위해 관련 유관자들에게 인터뷰 및 설문을 실시하였고, 활용 측면에서 시스템 분석과 배포된 문서를 파악하여 개선사항을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 조사대상 기술을 다양한 측면에서 검토하여 선정하였고, 약 130명의 전문가들에게 자료에 대한 검토 및 기술수준을 위한 설문을 의뢰하였다. 기술수준은 최고기술 보유국가, 기술격차, 파급효과, 기술 달성시기, 연구개발방법 등을 요소로 하였다. 이를 통해 2012 국방IT조사의 40개의 기술을 선정하였고, 각 기술별 수준조사결과를 제시하였다.

첨단장비 도입 및 기술의 발전으로 수문조사 측정 기술은 향상되었으나 여전히 수문조사 시 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하며, 업무 규모와 범위에 비해 투입되는 인력은 매우 제한적이다. 또한, 자동유량 측정시설이 운영되고 있지만 현장 조건의 제한되기 때문에 전국으로 확대하기가 어렵다. 따라서 수문조사를 위해 측정 기술 자체보다는 운영 인프라 및 환경 개선이 필요하다. 또한 유량조사 측면에서 수위-유량 관계식의 정확도 재고와 업무 효율성 증진을 위해 실시간 수위 정보를 이용한 조사 스케줄링이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 수문조사 관련 연구 파악 및 수문조사의 경제성과 효율성 증대를 위하여 Open API 기반의 실시간 수위 정보를 활용한 수문조사 스케줄링 시스템을 구현하였다.

This study is focused on acquiring through understanding of the S&T level of Korea to serve as an important basis for the government policy-making and to make available basic information for promoting the National R&D Program effectively. the survey of S&T level is a comparison of the highest level in the world to that of korea in 3 digit of the technology tree table. And survey of technological gaps is determined by year which Korea is able to reach the current level of the advanced countries. The results of the surveys should be applied to strategic technology planning for solving or nar-rowing the technology gap and the major criteria for resources allocation in national R&D Pro-grams. The results of he surveys should be the fundamental information for establishing strategic S&T policy in government.

Defense industries which require high reliability need an optimized quality management system with well-planned implementation. And the government should examine the overall status of defense industries, then establish practical policies with a proper support plan in required areas to upgrade the quality management level of manufacturers. Thus, DTaQ developed the model for 2 years from 2014, which specialized in quality management level analysis for defense industries. And a survey has been undertaken with that model by DTaQ and Korea Research Center in 2016. The surveyed companies randomly sampled among those which have more than 30 employees and delivery history over past 3 years, and finally 106 defense industries were selected. This paper present survey method and indexes for survey of defense industry quality management level. The survey was conducted in the order of planning, data collection and data processing, and the validity and reliability of the data were verified to increase objectivity of survey results. The survey contents mainly consist of system quality and management quality. System quality includes Product Development Management, Production Operation Management, supply chain quality management, Safety & Environment Management and Reliability Management, on the other hand, management quality includes Strategic Leadership, Human Resource Management, Customer Market Management and Information & Knowledge Management. Thus this proposes the current overall quality management status of the 106 defense industries and shows level differences by company sizes and manufacturing sectors based on the result of survey. Specifically, this paper enables to track the areas which need prompt government support with the policy directions to make quality management level higher. Therefore, it is expected that this can be used as reference data in establishing quality policies for military supplies in the future.

The purpose of this study was to survey current status of information technology literacy in Korean teachers and to give some suggestions for the preparation of prospective teachers in Korea. To achieve the purpose, data were collected using on- and off-line surveys containing questionnaires developed by the researchers. The survey items were categorized into 11 groups such as operation capability, computer use and communication, word processing, ethics, computer fundamentals, understanding of educational IT, information instruments use, application s/w use, work processing with computer, and internet use capability. Major findings were as follows: (1) Female teachers rated their IT literacy level higher than male teachers. (2) Teachers with longer teaching experience rated their IT literacy level lower than those of shorter experience. (3) There were no signigicant differences among sex, school, job grade of teachers at the present level of literacy, but there were significant differences among sex, age, carreer, job grade, and subject matter at the expectation level except for school grade.

It is crucial to understand the characteristics of learner questioning due to the effects it has on learning. This study focuses on the effects of middle school students questioning on their academic achievement in an online inquiry learning environment. A survey of 827 middle school students was conducted; the students took part in an online math and science program offered by a center for the gifted. Throughout the survey, learner questioning was analyzed, and its correlation with academic achievement was investigated. An analysis was based on questioning categories of a low- and high-level questions from previous studies. Through the survey, it was found that the number of learner questions asked in the online environment was small, but the number of low- and high-level questions were almost equal. Secondly, the higher the academic achievement level of the student, the higher the possibility they would ask either low- or high-level questions. Lastly the group of students in both low- and high-levels of questioning earned the highest average scores on formative evaluations and inquiry tasks. This indicates that regardless of the level of questions, the act of questioning itself is highly related to the academic achievement. However, in the case of advanced learning projects, the quality of questioning and high-level questioning affected the academic achievement of students. Based on these results, implications for the encouragement of learner questioning and support for asking high-level question are suggested.

This study is focused on measuring levels of science and technology aspect of ten strategic items in korea to serve as a guidance for the government R&D policy-making, and provide appropriate information for promoting the national R&D programs. The survey of the precise technology level for study applies functional and technical parameters. Functional parameters are used for measuring technology level of the specification and performance of emerging items such as 256M DRAM, TFT-LCD ect. in the present and / or near future; technical parameters, the element / core technologies on emerging items. The study suggests that the result of the survey should be applied for strategic technology planning to narrow the technology gap and draw the criteria for resource allocation in national R&D programs.

Purpose: of this survey research was to investigate the satisfaction level of clinical training for 300 students in the department of dental technology. Methods: This survey was carried out from 1th of january to 20th of january and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences 17.0 for Windows. As for the analysis methods, the study used the frequency analysis, percentage, mean, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis. Results: The results of multiple regression analysis between the satisfaction level and the related factors indicated that the satisfaction of major and place of clinical training in the clinical training are the major component in the male students and the satisfaction of major and a school record and clinical training experience are the major component that contribute the satisfaction level in the female students. Conclusion: Regular course of training and pre-employment training also recommends to students in the department of dental technology. Faculty and clinical dental technicians should try in order to improve satisfaction level of clinical training.

Purpose: This paper proposes to improve the existing survey model for the quality management level of the defense industry by analyzing current quality management level, and to suggest the best survey model. Methods: The survey model was improved by merging and refining the questionnaires developed in 2014 for the purpose of reducing the answering burden and misunderstanding for questionnaires. In addition, a detailed video manual for filling the questionnaires was developed. Results: An improved survey model is presented and the quality management of the domestic defense industry is analyzed to derive some long-term policies for improving the quality level of defense industry. Conclusion: The proposed survey model will be continuously adopted to investigate the quality management level of the defense industry and target to provide the basic data for establishing the new defense policies.

방위사업 품질관리 규정에 따라 2014년 이후 매년 주요 군수품 생산업체를 대상으로 군수품 품질관리 실태 및 경영수준을 조사하여 군수품 생산업체 품질수준조사서를 작성하고 있지만 매년 상이한 조사 기준으로 조사결과의 신뢰도 저하 및 품질관리 전략 수립의 한계로 인해 조사결과에 대한 품질관리 정책반영이 미흡하여 이에 대한 개선 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 사용된 품질수준조사 측정지표 및 설문지를 분석하여 기업 규모 수준에 따른 맞춤형 지표로 개발하였다. 불필요·중복 항목 통합 등을 통해 설문지표를 간소화하여 응답률 및 신뢰성을 제고하였다. 또한 정량적 품질수준조사 결과가 산출되도록 개선 지표를 기반으로 종합 점수화하였다. 종합점수를 통해 군수품 생산업체의 품질수준을 파악할 수 있었으며 품질수준조사를 통하여 군수품 생산업체의 품질경영 환경과 수준을 분석할 수 있는 자료를 확보하고 향후 군수품 생산업체의 품질수준 제고를 위한 중장기 품질관리 전략 수립과 제도 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
