This paper tries to find the implications applied to art institutions of Korea by analyzing what the content and consequences of services of the Cleveland Museum of Art provided after the Internet of Things adoption in the theoretical perspectives strengthening service marketing through the Internet of Things increases visits and participation in the museum. For analysis, journal articles, statistics, and government press releases, news articles, web pages, web page articles are collected. The results are first, the application of digital and social media is positive in visit to the museum and monetization. Second, the introduction of the Internet of Things will enhance the museum's 'Education', 'Accessibility', 'Communications' services, as well as significantly increase on and offline participation by activating experience. Third, technical support from related companies with the support of local government funds is essential to build the system. Consequently, in order to enable the participation of the spectators in the galleries it is proposed aggressive adoption of such digital technology in domestic barren market of Internet of Things.

This study investigates the components and rating system of reliable technology credit information for a technology finance donor who is a consumer of the information and aims to create an effective and optimal technology credit appraisal system to enlarge technology finance supply. Firstly, we calculate the optimal TCAR which becomes the maximum AUROC through the combination of ratio change, verify the substitution possibility between TAR and CR through the existing CR and system gap simulation, and propose a rating system by which financial institutes can utilize the TCAR as a credit rating. As a result, 70% : 30% is the most suitable as the weighted combination ratio of credit rating : technology rating. As a result of this study, we confirmed the possibility that the technical credit rating information could be substituted by the credit rating or the technology appraisal rating. Furthermore, it also suggests that sophisticated risk management is possible through using technology credit rating that are combined with credit and technology appraisal rating.

In Korea SMB's have concentrated on IT convergecy, but have no power to push the detailed policy on IT convergency. So it's necessary to consider the polocies and plans for it. It is most important to add a conventional ideas to the improvement of technical products or enlarge the markets. To develop the SMB's IT convergency, the first, a plan for consilidating R&D capacity of SMB. In order to perform a successful outsourcing, we needs the SLA through improving the quality of IT services. In particular SLA metrics and evaluation criteria is an important factor as to substitute the IT viability of the company to promote IT Outsourcing. SLA metrics consist of technical, managerial, user perspective items, and has been managed to aim to provide reliable and continuous quality improvement of IT services. This study focuses on the HW availability metrics of SLA indicators of IT outsourcing. We propose the Infra availability criteria for the HW configuration level to meet the SLA contract and evaluation. We offer the Infra configuration standards of SLA contract, and propose criteria to determine the suitability of the target levels in IT operations audit environment. The proposed model was verified the necessity and effectiveness of the Infra configuration standards and operation audit check items through the surveys of experts and users.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing literature and to suggest future research directions in the big data security area. This study identifies 62 research articles and analyses their publication year, publication media, general research approach, specific research method, and research topic. According to the results of the analyses, big data security research is at its intial stage in which non-empirical studies and research dealing with technical issues are dominant. From the research topic perspective, the area demonstrates the signs of initial research stage in which proportion of the macro studies dealing with overall issues is far higher than the micro ones covering specific implementation methods and sectoral issues. A few promising topics for future research include overarching framework on big data security, big data security methods for different industries, and government policies on big data security. Currently, the big data security area does not have sufficient research results. In the future, studies covering various topics in big data security from multiple perspectives are anticipated.

The requirements of Computer Supported Cooperative Work supporting efficient cooperative or collaborative works between multi-users have been increasing in distributed environments. The various technical sections such as group communication technology and distributed processing technology should be provided in Cooperative Work. The replicated development of Cooperative Work applications of a number of common requirements increases development costs enormously and duplicated investment parts. Therefore, systematical development environments are required to develop these common requirements and applications efficiently in Cooperative Work applications development. In this study, we propose the hierarchical role-based coordination model that improves the coordination model of legacy mobile agent to be appropriate in Cooperative Work applications, and design the development environment for Cooperative Work applications based on mobile agent. The proposed hierarchical role-based coordination model provides multi-layered group concepts of mobile agent, and enables implementation of efficient coordination policy per group. Additionally, it supports efficient Cooperative Work application development by role assignment per group unit.

The results of analysis on foreign exchange market, stock and financial market after January of 1997 are that foreign exchange market will be affected by stock and financial market volatility about 1999. This means that stock and financial market are more stable than foreign exchange market. This also is supported by ‘financial market forecast of 1999 in Daewoo Economic Research Institute’. After won/dollar (end of period) will be increasing in 1,430 at second quarter of 1999, this is to downward 1,200 fourth quarter of 1999. This is somewhat based on government's higher exchange rate policy. But, after yield of corporate bond is to 11.0% at first quarter of 1999, this will be stable to 10.2% at fourth quarter. During the first quarter of 1999, yield of corporate bond is to somewhat increasing through sovereign debt and public bonds, technical adjustment of interest rate. After this, yield of corporate bond will be stable according to stability of price, magnification of money supply, restucturing of firms. So, stock market is favorably affected by stability of financial market. But, the pension and fund of USA, i.e., long-term portfolio investment fund, are injected through international firm's management. It is included by openness of audit, fair market about foreign investors. Finally, Moody's strong rating on the won-denominated bonds suggest that Korea's sovereign debt ratings could be restored to an investment grade in the near future. It sequentially includes inflow of foreign portfolio investment fund, fall of won/dollar foreign exchange rate (appreciation of won) and stability of yield of corporate bond.

This study is about effects of government R&D subsidies program participation factor for SMEs R&D performances. Currently, Government R&D subsidies program has been operating in various forms, and each company subsidies, facilities, equipment, personnel and training have been supported. Each of the companies is also involved with various factor of support to participate in the subsides program. Therefore, This study verifies the hypotheses that after government R&D subsidies program of project implementation, various participation factor of companies have an effect positive impact on business management skills of administrative performance. Also, This study verifies the hypothesis of an influence on the R&D investment and the technological capability of technical performance. Through such a analysis results will help to carry out guide for strategic R&D performance management of government R&D subsidies program participation companies.

The forces to protect people's life and property against the enemy attack is an organization which is regulated by the constitutional law. In terms of nature, its security is a significant factor to determine success or failure for the war. However, recently the 4th industrial revolution represents the rapid change in the advancement of civilization and technology. It can influence on the environment of military security which can make various changes. Unless taking proper action againsty these changes, it can inflict a vital harm for the organization of forces and its internal security. In this aspect, this study discuss new threats of the military security, above all, the most technical improvements and harms for the drones in terms of security. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of drones which can influence on the ragions of military command and control, information operations, maneuvers, firepower, operation sustainment supports are analyzed. Moreover, this study set the purpose of developmental security measure for security threats in the aspects of military security.
