Because of global warming, the new environment energy policy was already announced. The role of Green-railways is increasing in the field of railway. The government announced a policy direction of science & technology basic plan. The field of railway transportation proposed various railway transportation policy and plans. In this paper, I presented technical trend analysis for railway policy and railway operation field. Technical trend analysis at home and overseas are classified into railway industry technology, railway transportation system technology, railway operation efficiency technology, railway logistics technology.

본 논문에서는 정보보안에 대한 글로벌 연구 트렌드에 대한 분석을 다룬다. 정보를 이용하는 모든 분야에서 보안을 필요로 하기 때문에, 새롭게 생성되거나 급격하게 발전하는 분야를 발굴하는 것이 정보보안의 방향을 설정하는 것이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안과 관련한 기술들을 파악하고, 이들을 트렌드 관점에서 해석함으로써 향후를 전망해보고자 한다. 현재의 수준은 거시적 관점에서의 분석을 위한 초기 연구로써, 기술들 사이의 연도별 공기정보를 이용하여 2001년부터 2014년까지의 연관성을 측정하고, 상위 연관 기술 자체의 트렌드와 상호 비교하여 그 의미를 분석하였다. 결론적으로는 안드로이드 플랫폼, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 모바일 분야, 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 정보보안에 유망한 기술 분야라 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 대전 지역에 소재하고 있는 15개 공공도서관을 대상으로 DEA 모형을 사용하여 2008년도 공공도서관의 상대적 효율성을 분석하고 이어서 최근 3년간의 추세변화를 분석하였다. 투입요소로는 직원수, 면적, 장서수가 사용되었으며 산출요소로는 이용책수와 이용자수가 사용되었다. 연구결과, 기술효율성 값의 추세변화를 분석해 보면 3년간 지속적으로 효율성이 개선되었으며, 기술효율성의 개선은 순수 기술효율성과 규모 효율성 둘 다의 개선에 있었다.

Human Sensibility Ergonomics could be termed as an engineering approach to realize image or feeling of human into product design. Therefore, we measure qualitatively, quantitatively and scientifically the sensibility of human and apply it to design of product and environment, Later, we will try to help to manufacture products conveniently and comfortably for more pleasent human life. As the concept of products is changed from producer oriented products to consumer oriented, the technical trend of Human Sensibility Ergonomics improves and the demand of it increases. As we recognize the concept and importance of Human Sensibility Ergonomics in the country, we are going to apply to automobil, home appliance, etc. So, it is important to analyze the technical trend, survey the demand of Human Sensibility Ergonomics in the inside and outside of country, because it contributes to set up research direction and of Human Sensibility Ergonomics and to estabilish the priority of R&D, etc. This study is the analysis of the technical trend and character by fieldes of Human Sensibility Ergonomics in the country, surveyed the technical demand on automobile, home appliance in product field and the sensor of the five senses and processing technology in the infra technology field of Human Sensibility Ergonomics.

This paper describes the political and technical trends of foreign 10 countries advanced in solar energy field. In the trend analysis, a couple of statistical data and related references were compared. As a result, all of the advanced countries mentioned in this paper have their own PV policy strategies and regulatory frameworks to strengthen their stable market structures and have financially supported by various types of incentives and tariff systems. It was confirmed that the political basis and technical regulations including electrical safety have to be prepared as soon as possible at both national and rural level in this country.

High-speed railway is important transportation in the world because it is very comfortable, environmental benefits, energy savings, etc. The increase of demand for high-speed railway influence to develop of new hish-speed trains. Many countries introduced new high-speed train in the market. It meets to the market's needs. They adopt new technology and systems like that active suspension, synchronous permanent magnetic motor, distributed drive system, aero acoustics, etc. In Korea, the project for R&D of new high-speed train is launched last year. We need analysis of technical trend of new high-speed trains in the world. This paper presents a overview of technical trend of new high speed trains and what is key issues in development of high-speed train. It is very useful to develop a next generation high-speed train in Korea.

전자무역 기술 관련 동향의 흐름은 기능적이고 계층적 측면으로 서비스와 어플리케이션, 네트워크계층으로 발전해 가고 있는데, 대부분의 계층적 분야가 전자무역 확산이 본격화되기 이전에 정립되다 보니 기존의 체계는 국제교역 관점의 기술을 포괄하는데 한계가 있게 되었다. 따라서 이 같은 한계를 극복하기 위해 새로운 기술 동향의 정책 정립이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 기술 분야의 기업간 통합을 포함하여 내부적 네트워크 및 이에 따른 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 전자무역이 새로운 기술 환경에서 제공하는 가능성과 이것이 기업들에 미치는 효과를 제시하였다.

전공서적, 학위논문 등과 같은 대학도서관 장서들은 교수 및 학생의 연구와 교육을 지원하기 위한 정보원으로 많이 활용된다. 이러한 자료들은 특정 분야에서 주로 사용되는 전문용어가 출현하기 마련인데, 전문용어 추이 분석을 통해 해당 분야의 최신 연구동향이나 연관성을 유추할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 소재 2개 대학도서관의 컴퓨터 분야 장서를 대상으로 메타데이터에 포함된 전문용어를 추출하여 그 추이를 분석하였다. 이를 해당 대학의 학위논문과 국내 학술논문에 나타나는 전문용어 추이와 비교함으로써 대학도서관 장서 구성과 해당 분야 연구동향과 연관성을 분석하였다.
