설계변수의 통계적.기술적.실질적 측면을 고려한 자동차 내장재질의 만족도 모형 개발 (Development of Satisfaction Models for Passenger Car Interior Materials Considering Statistical, Technical, and Practical Aspects of Design Variables)

  • As the functional characteristics of passenger cars have reached to a satisfactory level, customers place more concerns with the aesthetic aspects of interior designs. The present study developed satisfaction models of passenger car interior materials for six parts including crash pad, steering wheel, transmission gearshift knob, audio panel, metal grain, and wooden grain. Eight to fifteen material design variables such as color, embossing, and smoothness were defined for the six interior parts based on literature survey, customer reviews, and expert opinions. A satisfaction survey was conducted for 30 vehicles with 30 participants ($mean{\pm}SD$ of age = $28.7{\pm}6.6$) by using a modified magnitude estimation scale. Based on the survey results, the material design variables were screened from statistical, technical, and practical aspects. With the screened variables, satisfaction models were developed by using the quantification I method for the six interior parts, indicating the importance of material design variables and preferred material properties.

치과내원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 품질과 고객만족, 서비스가치 및 고객충성도와의 관계분석 (The Association between Medical Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Service Value and Customer Loyalty of Dental Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal association between medical service quality, consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Medical service quality was composed of physical quality, personal quality, technical quality, procedural quality. We thought these factors affect to the consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. For this study, 221 dental patients in Busan and Ulsan are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the influencing factor in consumer satisfaction were physical quality(${\beta}$=.519), personal quality(${\beta}$=.262), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.110), adjusted $R^2$=.537. Second, the influencing factor in service value were physical quality(${\beta}$=.253), personal quality(${\beta}$=.251), technical quality(${\beta}$=.210), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.136), adjusted $R^2$=.401. Third, the influencing factor in customer loyalty were personal quality(${\beta}$=.343), physical quality(${\beta}$=.302), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.148), adjusted $R^2$=.398. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.

IT서비스 기술인력의 경력정체가 경력만족 및 경력변경의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of career plateau on IT service engineers' career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention)

  • 본 연구는 IT서비스 기술인력의 경력정체(구조적 정체, 내용적 정체)가 경력만족 및 경력변경의 도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 161명의 IT서비스 기술인력으로 부터 데이터를 수집하였다. 구조적 정체와 내용적 정체는 각각 경력만족에 부의 유의한 상관을 갖고 있었다. 그리고 내용적 정체는 경력변경의도와 정의 유의한 상관을 갖고 있었으며, 구조적 정체는 이와 유의한 상관을 갖고 있지 않았다. 위계적 다중회귀분석에 의한 상대적 영향력 분석 결과 구조적 정체 보다 내용적 정체가 경력만족 및 경력변경의도에 더 큰 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 IT서비스 기술인력의 경력정체를 극복하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 있다.

IPA를 활용한 제품사용설명서의 작성원칙에 대한 소비자 중요도-만족도 분석 (Consumer Importance-Performance Analysis on Writing Rules of Product User Guide Using IPA)

  • Purpose: This study examined the importance and satisfaction of consumer's perception of the information delivery format of products and services required and recommended by KS A ISO / IEC Guide 13: 2003 and KS A ISO / IEC Guide 37: 2003. Methods: In this study, the importance and satisfaction of clarity, principles of information transfer, how to use expressions and technical terms, and technical terms, warning signs, and durability were investigated. Results: The t-test analysis of the importance and satisfaction of the Writing Rules of the product user guide showed that all items had statistically significant differences. The importance of the writing rules of the product user guide for the use of the product was in the order of warning signs (4.423), how to use expressions and technical terms (4.215), principles of information transfer (4.163), clarity (3.914), and finally durability (3.851). Conclusion: Among the 'explanation,' 'instruction' and 'warning' functions of the Product User Guide, the consumer uses the manual to identify the inherent dangers and misuse of the product. Besides, since the life of the product is prolonged, the Product User Guide also needs to improve the quality of the cover or paper so that it can use for a long time.

스마트워크를 통한 직원 만족도와 업무 생산성 증대에 관한 연구 : 홈오피스 환경에서 (A Study on the Improvement of Smart Work Satisfaction and Productivity)

  • 마트폰 등 스마트기기의 확산으로 촉발된 스마트워크는 국내에서는 근로 시간 대비 낮은 노동 생산성 및 일과 삶의 조화, 저탄소 녹색성장 등의 사회적 논의와 맞물려 이슈화가 되고 있으며 모바일, 보안 및 클라우드 컴퓨팅 관련 IT기술의 발전으로 인한 업무 방식의 변화 또한 스마트워크에 대한 논의의 활성화를 뒷받침하고 있다. 그러나 일부 연구에서는 스마트워크에 대한 막연한 기대와 달리 기대하는 수준의 효과가 없을 것이라 지적하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트워크 유형 중 홈오피스 방식의 스마트워크 도입 시 직원만족도와 생산성 증대에 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 고찰하기 위해 실증연구를 실시하였다. 실제 홈오피스 도입 기업의 사용자 인터뷰와 사회-기술적 체계(socio-technical system) 접근기법을 기반 하여, 영향요인을 도출하고 홈오피스 근무자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 일과 삶의 균형, 홈오피스 업무-시스템적합도, 홈오피스-직무적합도가 홈오피스 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였고, 홈오피스-직무적합도와 홈오피스 만족도, 홈오피스 환경품질이 홈오피스 생산성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

미용사(메이크업) 국가기술자격증 취득을 위한 교육인식과 현장활용성 및 만족도 연구 (The Research of Educational Recognition, Field Usability and Satisfaction for The National Technical Certificate of Cosmetologist (Make-up))

  • 본 연구는 미용사(메이크업) 국가기술자격증 응시 경험자 및 취득자 220명을 대상으로 자격증 취득을 위한 교육인식 하위요인(필요성, 효용성, 가치, 비용, 적절성)이 현장활용성 및 만족도에 미치는 영향과 각 요인간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 메이크업자격증 실기 과정 중 활용도 높은 종목은 뷰티메이크업으로 선택하였다. 자격증 교육인식에서 필요성이 높게 나타났고 비용, 연간 시험 횟수에 대한 인식이 낮게 나타나 개선이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다. 현장활용성에서 뷰티메이크업 활용을 높게 인식하였고 자격증 취득에 대해서 높게 만족하였으며 급여에 대해서는 낮게 인식되었다. 국가기술자격증 교육인식 하위요인 중 필요성, 비용, 적절성이 현장활용성과 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 그 중 적절성이 현장활용성에, 비용이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 메이크업 자격증 분야의 세분화 및 전문화와 취득을 위한 비용 절감 및 활용성이 높은 이론 및 테크닉 개선을 위한 노력이 필요하다.

비대면수업의 학습효과와 강의만족도에 따른 연구 (A study according to the learning outcomes of non-face-to-face classes and lecture satisfaction)

  • 교수자와 대학생의 학습효과 및 비대면 강의만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 2020년 10월5일부터 10월 23일까지 J지역과 K지역의 대학생을 대상으로 348부 시행하였다. 통계프로그램은 SPSS win 22.o을 이용하였다. 비대면수업 기대효익 중 시간적 기대효익은 3.69점, 학습효과 기대효익은 3.46점으로 나타났고, 기술적 친숙도는 3.47점으로 나타났다. 비대면수업 강의만족도는 3.58점으로 나타났다. 비대면수업 강의만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학습효과 기대효익, 대학 만족도, 기술적 친숙도, 시간적 기대효익, 다음 학기 희망하는 비대면 수업 과목 수이었다. 학습효과 기대효익이 높을수록, 대학 만족도가 높을수록, 기술적 친숙도가 높을수록, 시간적 기대효익이 높을수록, 다음 학기 희망하는 비대면수업 과목 수가 많을수록 비대면수업 강의만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비대면수업의 교수자와 대학생의 학습효과 및 강의만족도에 있어서 교수자의 역할이 중요하다 것을 확인하였다.

R&D 전문가들의 경력 지향성에 관한 실증적 연구 (The Career Orientations of R&D Professionals : An Empirical Analysis)

  • This study empirically examines the relationship between the career orientations of R&D professionals and their demographic characteristics (age, tenure, and education level), affiliated organizations (public and private organizations), reward systems. It further explores the contingent effects of the career orientation fit between leader and members on their performance. The results reveal that : 1) five different career orientations (technical, manager, project, technical transfer, and entrepreneur) are empirically distinguished, 2) technical orientation of R&D professionals is higher in public in private sectors, 3) technical, project, and manager orientation are positively associated with the education level, while technical transfer and entrepreneur orientation are negatively associated with the education level, 4) manager and technical transfer orientation is positively related with age and tenure, 5) the career orientation fit between leader and member is closely related with job satisfaction and organization commitment, and partially related with technical performance, 6) R&D professionals with different types of career orientation exhibit different preference to various rewards. Based on these findings, this study suggests several practical implications for the design of career ladder, mentoring, and reward systems of R&D professionals.

베이커리 이용객의 서비스 품질 만족도가 재 구매에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Repurchase Intention on Baker Shop Customer's Service Quality Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of customers' repurchase intention, extract important factors, systematically analyze them and suggest the direction of bakery industry through studying the customers' satisfaction with bakeries. The researcher modified the questionnaire developed by Park, CH(1998), Lee, JH(2000), Yoon, YC(2000), and Kim SE(2002). In order to assess the level of customers' satisfaction with bakeries, a five point Likert scale was used. The used statistical methods for the data analysis were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. For all analyses of the research question, an alpha level of.05 was used. The major findings obtained from this study were as fellows. First on the factors of reliability and service ability, there was a high difference between males and females, and singles and the married. Second, on the factors of accessibility using convenience, service ability, and service response, there was a high difference among using frequence. Third, on the reliability factors, there was a high difference among average using amount per month. Forth, on the factors of accessibility using convenience, and service response, there was a high difference among types of customers' residing styles. Fifth, on the factors of income level, there was statistically no difference. Lastly, on the factors of accessibility using convenience, tangibleness, and service response, these factors significantly influenced customers' repurchase intention.

Hybrid Recommendation Algorithm for User Satisfaction-oriented Privacy Model

  • Anonymization technology is an important technology for privacy protection in the process of data release. Usually, before publishing data, the data publisher needs to use anonymization technology to anonymize the original data, and then publish the anonymized data. However, for data publishers who do not have or have less anonymized technical knowledge background, how to configure appropriate parameters for data with different characteristics has become a more difficult problem. In response to this problem, this paper adds a historical configuration scheme resource pool on the basis of the traditional anonymization process, and configuration parameters can be automatically recommended through the historical configuration scheme resource pool. On this basis, a privacy model hybrid recommendation algorithm for user satisfaction is formed. The algorithm includes a forward recommendation process and a reverse recommendation process, which can respectively perform data anonymization processing for users with different anonymization technical knowledge backgrounds. The privacy model hybrid recommendation algorithm for user satisfaction described in this paper is suitable for a wider population, providing a simpler, more efficient and automated solution for data anonymization, reducing data processing time and improving the quality of anonymized data, which enhances data protection capabilities.
