TRIZ is one of the most famous tools for creative problem solving. However, it is said that TRIZ is complicated and difficult to understand and apply to solve problems. In order to resolve these difficulties, this paper presents S-ARIZ, a simplified ARIZ(the algorithm for inventive problem solving). S-ARIZ revised ARIZ-85C on two ways. First, cause and effect analysis is used to define core technical contradictions and control parameters for the physical contradictions. Second, we add 5 inventive principles which revised SIT(systematic inventive thinking) partially to IFR-1 definition (Step 3-2 of ARIZ-85C) to solve the intensified technical contradictions systematically and effectively. It is expect that S-ARIZ can contribute to the rapid spread of TRIZ.

현재 원자력발전소의 확률론적 위해도 평가에 사용되는 사상 수목이나 고장수목 기법은 부품이나 계통의 이원적상태와 정적 묘사에 근거하고 있다 이 기법이 대부분의 안전해석에는 적합하지만, 요사이 점차 중요관심사가 되고 있는 발전소의 이용률 측정이나 기술 사양서 평가 같은 문제를 정확하게 다루기 위해서는 마코프 신뢰도 분석과 같은 보다 진보된 기법이 필요하다. 이 논문은 가압경수로의 원자로 보호계통을 위한 마코프 신뢰도 모델을 기술하고 기술사양서의 두 검사 절차를 분석한 결과를 제시한다.

The scaling of device dimension and supply voltage with high performance and reliability has been the main subject in the evolution of VLSI technology, The MOSFET structures become susceptible to high field related reliability problems such as hot-electron induced device degradation and dielectric breakdown. HLDBD(HLD Buffered Deposition) is used to decrease junction electric field in this paper. Also we compared the hot carrier characteristics of HLDBD and conventional.

From '1994 Gwacheon accident of the Electric Multiple Unit(EMU)' till '2004 Seoul subway 2 lines Guui station accident', the accident is increasing at day and the service demand of the citizen is coming to be various. But it does not deal with technical or operation side demands. There is a possibility of saying that the accident of the EMU or deficit operation is caused by the RCM. The EMU where the efficiency is good though does the time passes and it becomes old anger and does not display that efficiency not only the cause of formation accident does becomes. The breakdown about under occurring before getting up an accident, appropriately shifting the parts is to a maintenance very the pending question fact which is important is a possibility of doing. From there is by an EMU, RCM in reliability base grudge is a tool of confirms an improvement point and the place where it judges. From the research which it sees will present about technical development plan of RCM.

Fuzz on the fabrics, which is the fibers protruded from the fabric surface, is very important in view of appearance quality, since it causes unpleasant appearance on the fabrics and also leads to pilling which makes fabric appearance and soft­ness worse. However, fuzz on fabric surface is measured mostly by subjective methods (human vision) rather than objective methods. Thus, in this study, objective method using image analysis techniques has been developed for the measurement of fuzz on fabric surface. Fuzz on the fabric has also been ranked and rated by experts in order to see the reliability of the results obtained from the fuzz measurement. It was observed that correlation coefficient (r) between rating value and objective mea­surement value was 0.9 and this correlation coefficient value confirmed the reliability of this method.

This paper deals with the topical problems of the Life Cycle Costs in connection with the rolling stocks. the LCC philosophy has already entered the third decade. this philosophy contributed towards the new relationship's comprehension between railway vehicle producers' and railway vehicle users' sphere. this leads together to the technical-economical solution convenient for the both sides. In the point of manufacturer, It is said that low operational costs could be reached using a well-designed and structured maintenance program. this is due to the proper technical analysis of critical components that leads to low costs of maintenance and a superior reliability without increasing the capital investment. but, This paper presents both topical experiences with the LCC models for the railways vehicles and also procedures during Life Cycle Costs calculations. In conclusion I want to introduce how to calculate LCC & what kinds of softwares are used based on VVVF EMU vehicle

최근 가짜뉴스가 무분별하게 확산되면서 가짜뉴스로 인한 경제적, 사회적 비용이 커지고 있다. 하루에 발생하는 가짜뉴스는 방대하며, 실제 뉴스기사를 악의적으로 재생산 또는 언론사를 사칭하는 방식으로 유포되고 있다. 이를 구분하기 위한 연구가 많으나, 공인된 뉴스 기사인지에 대한 신뢰성 입증과 관련된 연구 논문은 매우 적은 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 가짜뉴스 문제를 해결하기 위해 뉴스 플랫폼에 블록체인을 적용, 공인된 뉴스 제공자가 기사 내용에 대한 Fingerprint를 블록체인에 기록하여 공인된 기사 내용에 대한 신뢰성을 검증하는 방안에 대해 제안한다.

Recently, The problems with which our country's company is confronted for business of manufacturing goods. This study set the hypothesis to develop the method that was analysis and application of A reliability evaluation method of environmental material for circuit components in Computer, Color TV, Monitor, Microwave oven, Electric Refrigerator, Automobile parts, other goods. Especially, this study emphasis on regulate export of the EU and North America that it's a environmental material's hazards problem. In this process, this study set the pattern of practical application. Therefore, this study emphasis on the application of A reliability evaluation method of environmental material and the use of other parameters by environmental reliability test data. The result of this study is as follows. 1) There is relationship between regulate material and technical protecting system. 2) Characteristics of hazard materials is operating a healthcare damage factor as well as regulate environmental factors.

It has been studied about the important consideration in designing and construction of the reliability assessment facilities including the combined testing system for simulating condition of acceleratedly deteriorated environment, which enable to test and evaluate the large-sized HV power apparatus without any disassembly up to transmission class in this paper. Also it is described simply about its ratings and main technical specifications and trial running of the system. To evaluate the performance characteristics against combined test condition for various power installation, especially for the polymer type insulators and kinds of bushings, brief investigation and an analysis of test objects and related international codes and standards have been conducted.

전자부품 높은 신뢰성이 요구되며 극한의 운용 환경을 견디어야 하는 우주 프로그램에는 High-Reliability Part로 분류되는 Class S 이상의 Microcircuit, JANS 급 이상의 Discrete Semiconductor, 그리고 ER(Established Reliability) 등급 R 수준 이상의 Passive 소자들이 주로 사용된다. 그러나 일부 부품에 대해서는 High-Reliability Part로서 검증되지 않은 이른바 비표준 부품을 사용해할 경우가 빈번하게 생기고 있다. 이 경우 위성의 제작자는 자체적으로 부품을 검증하여 잠재적인 결함이 있는 부품들을 Screening할 수 있어야 한다. 본 기술 논문에서는 아리랑위성 1호기 및 2호기 개발을 통해서 이루어진 부품 검증과정을 간략히 소개하고자한다.
