본 연구의 목적은 건설프로젝트에 관련된 기술문서(technical document)를 효율적으로 저장하고 웹(web)을 통하여 신속하고 정확하게 교환할 수 있도록 전자화(digitalization)하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 전자화 측면을 고려하여 기술문서의 여러 특성을 분석하였고 이를 바탕으로 저장에는 데이터베이스(database)를, 웹을 통한 교환에는 XML을 적용하여 기술문서를 전자화할 수 있는 방안을 도출하였다. 여기에는 기술문서의 저장과 검색, 부분적인 XML문서의 작성, 기술문서에 적합한 구성항목과 구성체계 설정, 웹에서의 수식과 그래픽 처리 방안이 포함된다. 마지막에는 전형적인 기술문서 중의 하나인 구조계산서(structural design sheets)를 대상으로 하여 데이터베이스에 저장하기 위한 자료구조(data structure) 정의, 실제 XML문서의 작성 및 웹을 통한 교환 등을 부분적으로 구현하여 본 연구에서 제안한 데이터베이스와XML에 기반한 기술문서 전자화 방안의 적정성을 검토하였다.

본 논문은 미래 항공교통관리(Air Traffic Management, ATM)의 핵심개념으로 받아들여지고 있는 궤적기반운용(Trajectory-based Operations, TBO)에 대한 기술동향을 담고 있다. ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization)가 발표한 ASBU(Aviation System Block Upgrade)에 기술된 TBO 운용개념을 살펴보고, 미국과 유럽에서 각각 진행 되어온 궤적기반운용에 대한 운용개념 수립과 관련 연구개발 사례들을 통해 근 미래에 실현 가능한 운용개념 및 절차를 구체화하였다. 운용개념 정리를 통해 파악된 요소기술들(technical enablers)을 간단히 소개하며, 관련된 연구개발 진행 현황을 정리하였다.

현재 국방부에서는 국방정보체계간 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 아키텍처산출물을 쉽고 일관성이 있게 개발할 수 있는 국방아키텍처프레임워크와 개발된 아키텍처산출물을 저장하는 핵심아키텍처데이터모델을 개발하였다. 국방아키텍처프레임워크에 정의된 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 산출물은 정보기술아키텍처의 핵심 부분이며 상호운용성 보장의 핵심 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일의 기술서비스와 표준을 관리하는 알고리즘과 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 산출물의 효율적인 작성 및 관리와 정보체계간의 상호운용성 보장의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

우리나라의 산업 경쟁력 및 기술력이 증가함에 따라 원청업체와 도급회사와의 협업 및 기술교류는 점점 증가하고 있다. 도급회사와의 협업이 불가피한 환경에서 기술정보에 대한 안전한 관리와 정보유출 방지를 위해 원청업체에서는 다양한 보안제도 및 정책수립, 보안점검 등을 통해 기술자료에 대한 유출방지에 힘쓰고 있다. 그러나 도급 회사의 보안관리 수준이 높다고 평가되었음에도 기술자료 유출사고는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 계속 발생되는 기술정보 유출사고로 인하여 평가결과와 실제 보안관리 수준에 대한 실효성에 대해 문제가 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 일반적인 도급구조에서의 보안관리 효율성을 개선하기 위한 보안관리체계 모델을 제안 하였고, 이를 입증하기 위하여 DEA 모형을 사용하여 자동차 도급업체 36개사를 대상으로 기술자료 보안관리체계에 대한 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 보안진단 평가결과에 반영하여 기술자료 보안관리에 대해 효율성을 높이기 위한 개선 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

It seems required to determine what might affect the technological innovation activities of manufacturing companies and what kind of role they could play for them to carry out technological innovation activities in an effective way. The objective of the present study is thus to conduct a depth empirical analysis of the structural relations among business environment, technological innovation activities and performance of manufacturing companies. From the analysis, following outcomes could be drawn: First, with regard to the relationship between business environment and technological innovation activities of manufacturing companies, it has become clear that the external environment is a factor that can influence technological innovation activities such as management of technical property, technological innovation system as well as technical network, while it exercises no impact upon adaptation of manufacturers to new technologies. The internal environment, on the other hand, turns out to have influence on such overall factors of technological innovation activities as management of technical property, technological innovation system, adaptation to new technologies and technical network; and Second, as for the relationship between technological innovation activities and their performance, it has been obvious that management of technical property and technological innovation system, both factors of technological innovation activities, affect the performance of product development and financial achievements of manufacturing companies. Their adaptation to new technologies will also affect their performance of product development as well as financial achievements. These findings suggest that it is important for manufacturing companies to set up an operating system that may be able to upgrade the practical applicability of their technological development activities in an attempt to promote performance of their technological innovation activities.

In this paper, recognizing the importance of the database query optimization design methods, we implemented mobile database with mobile program (J2ME) which is a useful database procedures. In doing so, we emphasize the logical query optimization which brings mobile database to performance improvement. The research implies that the suggested mobile program (J2ME) would contribute to the realization of the efficient mobile database as the related technology develops in the future.

Six sigma is much less of a technical program than it is a leadership and cultural change program. Nevertheless, most of literatures on six sigma have mainly focused on technical and tactical aspects. This paper introduces a self-assessment for six sigma initiative in a major Korean software company. The self-assessment gives a valuable clue to how to manage leadership and cultural aspects of six sigma initiative.

This thesis is to study the change in the information gathering system and the management of the technical cooperation. It is on urgent business for an enterprise or a preson to get proper information in modern information flood. To come up with the developed countinues it need to estimate the current world economice condition and to investigate the world economice circumstances. By this investigation we can establish a strategy to get necessary information. Information management will be needed to deal with the flooding new infermations.

UDN is expected to be a type of network capable of satisfying the requirements various 5G services, such as the peak data rate, connection density, and area traffic capacity. Technical challenges for 5G UDN, such as interference management, resource management, mobility management, load balancing, and energy efficiency are discussed. In addition, candidate technologies for solving these challenges, and their related standardization trends, are summarized in this article.
