신뢰도와 고조파를 고려한 배전시스템의 평가 및 계획 (Evaluation and Planning of Distribution System Considering Reliability and Harmonics)

  • 본 연구에서는 가치에 기반을 두고 배전시스템을 계획할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 우선, 신뢰도를 평가하기 위하여 VBDRA를 도입하였으며, 고조파를 평가하기 위하여 한계가격기법을 도입하였다. 그리고, 신뢰도비용, 고조파비용, 건설비용을 사용하여 가장 경제적인 대체안을 결정을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 방법을 실제시스템에 적용하여 그 유용성을 입증하였다.

AWS 클라우드 기반 실시간 환경소음지도 제작 연구 (A Study on Real-time Environmental Noise Mapping based on AWS Cloud)

  • 본 연구는 아마존 AWS를 이용해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 실시간 환경소음 지도를 제공하는 방법 제시를 목적으로 한다. 우선, 환경 소음정보를 취득하기 위해 안드로이드 앱을 개발하여 인하공업전문대학 캠퍼스의 소음레벨, 위치, 측정시간에 데이터를 수집하였다. 소음 측정정보는 AWS 클라우드로 전송되어 관리되며, 아마존 퀵사이트를 통해 수집된 소음정보를 차트와 지도로 시각화 하였다. 마지막으로 환경 소음분포 현황을 사용자들이 검색하기 위해 웹 기반 소음 등고선도와 건물에 매핑된 결과를 구글 지도로 제공하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 소음지도는 실시간 데이터로 제작되어 소음 현황과 저감 대책 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

마른김 가공업체의 경영효율성 분석 (A Study on the Management Efficiency of Laver Drying-processing Company)

  • The purpoose of this paper is to analyze the relative effciency of dreid laver processing companies in Korea and provide the development direction and improvement plan for the dried laver industry. Data on 76 dried laver processing companies were selected as the subjects for Dea. As a result of Dea, the average efficiency rate is shown that the technical efficiency is 84.90%, the pure technical efficiency is 93.83%, and the scale efficiency is 86.65%. and based on BCC results 38 companies are relatively efficient. comparing pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, it showed that inefficiencies caused by scale of the company was greater than inefficiencies caused by the scale of technical matter. It implies that expanding the size is essential for achieving high-efficiency of dried laver processing company. In the inefficiency factor analysis, the result reveals that unstable supply of raw materials, quality management, capital flexibility and distribution ability influence the efficiency of laver processing company.

A Technical Approach for Suggesting Research Directions in Telecommunications Policy

  • The bibliometric analysis is widely used for understanding research domains, trends, and knowledge structures in a particular field. The analysis has majorly been used in the field of information science, and it is currently applied to other academic fields. This paper describes the analysis of academic literatures for classifying research domains and for suggesting empty research areas in the telecommunications policy. The application software is developed for retrieving Thomson Reuters' Web of Knowledge (WoK) data via web services. It also used for conducting text mining analysis from contents and citations of publications. We used three text mining techniques: the Keyword Extraction Algorithm (KEA) analysis, the co-occurrence analysis, and the citation analysis. Also, R software is used for visualizing the term frequencies and the co-occurrence network among publications. We found that policies related to social communication services, the distribution of telecommunications infrastructures, and more practical and data-driven analysis researches are conducted in a recent decade. The citation analysis results presented that the publications are generally received citations, but most of them did not receive high citations in the telecommunications policy. However, although recent publications did not receive high citations, the productivity of papers in terms of citations was increased in recent ten years compared to the researches before 2004. Also, the distribution methods of infrastructures, and the inequity and gap appeared as topics in important references. We proposed the necessity of new research domains since the analysis results implies that the decrease of political approaches for technical problems is an issue in past researches. Also, insufficient researches on policies for new technologies exist in the field of telecommunications. This research is significant in regard to the first bibliometric analysis with abstracts and citation data in telecommunications as well as the development of software which has functions of web services and text mining techniques. Further research will be conducted with Big Data techniques and more text mining techniques.

  • 컴퓨터 통신 네트워크에서 端末裝置로부터 入力되는 메시지에 대하여 버퍼에 남아 있을 메시지 블록數에 관한 確率分布函數를 考察ㅎ여 平均블록數에서 最小 버퍼 사이즈를 요하는 블록長을 구하고 이 블록과 연결정보長과의 관계를 규명하여 이 分布에 대한 타당성을 모색하였다 또한 이 分布에 대한 亂數發生器를 설계하여 테스트한 결과 亂數데이터源으로 사용할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • With the advent of distributed generation, power systems in general are impacted in regards to stability and power quality. Distributed generation has positive impacts on system restoration following a fault, higher reliability, and mitigation of effect due to voltage sag. However, distributed generation also has negative impacts on the decrease of reliability such as changes of protective device setting and mal-operation. Because bulk power systems consist of various sources and loads, it is complicated to analyze power systems that have distributed generation. The types of distributed generation usually are classified as the rotating machinery system and the inverter-based system. In this paper, distributed generation is designed as a synchronous generator, and the distribution system with its distributed generation model is simulated using EMTP. In addition, this paper shows the simulation results according to the types of distributed generation

Quantum Computing Cryptography and Lattice Mechanism

  • Classical cryptography with complex computations has recently been utilized in the latest computing systems to create secret keys. However, systems can be breached by fast-measuring methods of the secret key; this approach does not offer adequate protection when depending on the computational complexity alone. The laws of physics for communication purposes are used in quantum computing, enabling new computing concepts to be introduced, particularly in cryptography and key distribution. This paper proposes a quantum computing lattice (CQL) mechanism that applies the BB84 protocol to generate a quantum key. The generated key and a one-time pad encryption method are used to encrypt the message. Then Babai's algorithm is applied to the ciphertext to find the closet vector problem within the lattice. As a result, quantum computing concepts are used with classical encryption methods to find the closet vector problem in a lattice, providing strength encryption to generate the key. The proposed approach is demonstrated a high calculation speed when using quantum computing.

A Study on Kazakh Women's Consumer Behavior

  • Purpose - This paper examines Kazakh women's spending patterns and buying behavior. Research design, data, and methodology - After thoroughly reviewing the related literature on consumer behavior in general, and female consumer behavior in particular, both questionnaires and in-depth personal interviews were used to collect data from 400 Kazakh women consumers equally chosen from the age groups 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, and above 50. Results - A stratified and convenient sample was employed, and the selected five hypotheses were proved using the Karl Pearson Coefficient of Correlation. Related to spending patterns, 40 and 35 percent of the 20-30 and 30-40 age groups, respectively, of Kazakh women spend their incomes on personal items, as against 30 percent from both the 40-50 and 50 and above age groups. Twenty-five and 35 percent of the 40-50 and 50 and above age group, respectively, take decisions based on product quality, whereas this percentage is at its mite in the below 40 age group. Conclusions - The buying behavior of Kazakh women consumers is revealed; the results proffer useful background information to formulate marketing strategies.

과학기술분야 해외 학술지의 비용대 효과 분석 (A Cost-Effectiveness Analysis on the Usage of Foreign Scientific and Technical Journals)

  • 이 연구는 과학기술분야 해외 학술지의 비용대 효과를 파악하기 위하여 학술지의 이용당 비용(CPU)을 분석한 것이다. 대상 데이터는 한국과학기술정보연구원이 구독하고 있는 과학기술분야 학술지의 복사이용 빈도와 연간 구독비용이다. 학술지 구독비용과 복사이용빈도 분포, 학술지별 CPU, 주제분야별 CPU 등이 분석되었다. 학술지 총 구독비용의 40%가 전체 복사이용량의 80%를 제공하였으며, 학술지 구독비용은 복사이용빈도와 높은 상관관계가 있었으나 CPU와는 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 전자무역에서 WMS는 물류산업을 보다 편리하고 효율적으로 개선시키는데 많은 부문에 기여했다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 운영 측면에서 볼 때 전자데이터 등의 폭발적인 수요 폭주로 인하여 운송방법 등의 기술적인 문제점들이 적잖게 노출되어 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 우리나라가 물류정보 중심지로 성장하기 위해서는 전자무역 ERP 관리하의 SCM 기반구축과 WMS를 충분히 활용하여야 할 시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자무역 WMS의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 첫째, 우리나라 전자무역의 부분별 종합 WMS의 플로우 과정을 고찰하고 둘째, 전자무역 WMS의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 본 논문은 WMS의 기술적인 방향을 제시하기보다는 실무적 관점에서 해석적 기초를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.
