적외선 검출기 개발가능성 및 대안 분석 연구 (A Study on Feasibility Analysis and Alternatives for Infrared Detector Development)

  • This paper deals with the feasibility analysis and alternatives for infrared detector development. The purpose of this paper analyze development requirement and feasibility study in both technology and cost. We get raw input data for system engineering process from development and technical expert, and then analyze cost and technology for development feasibility, and alternative study. Infrared Detector is core component of Thermal Imaging System and developed by ADD from 2006 to 2008 year. Technical level is analyzed by TRL(Technical Readiness Level) and AOA(Analysis of Alternative) is done by development and production cost estimate. We use SEER-H tool for cost estimate, that is parametric cost estimate tool based on Knowledge Base. Also this paper presents risk analysis for project management because it is necessary to risk driver management during the infrared detector development. The result of IR Detector feasibility and alternative study will be used in technical and cost analysis. This study can help those who are related to the cost analysis and development feasibility of other weapons

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 건립 타당성조사보고서에 있어서 경제적 타당성 접근방법과 정책적, 기술적 타당성 접근방법을 비교$\cdot$분석하고 문제점을 구명하였다. 경제적 타당성 분석에서 사용된 비용편익분석은 편익추정과 할인율 적용에 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 정책적, 기술적 타당성 분석은 건립이 확정된 사업을 합리화하는 수단으로 잘못 활용될 수 있는 문제가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공도서관 건립을 계획중인 관련기관에서 타당성조사를 준비하는데 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • The primary objective of this study is to develop a conceptual design of all-in-one attachment based steel pipe pile cutting robot that improves the conventional work in safety, quality, convenience and productivity. For this, the following research works are conducted sequentially; 1)literature review, 2)field investigation, 3)selection of element technology for conceptual design, 4)deduction of conceptual design and its work process, 5)technical feasibility analysis of the conceptual design and its work process. As a result, leveling laser and laser detector, plasma cutter, rotary grapple are selected as core technologies. Futhermore, a conceptual design and work process of an all-in-one attachment based steel pipe pile cutting robot are developed based on the core technologies. According to the technical feasibility analysis result, at least 76.8% of the respondents are selected positive answer about each device of the all-in-one attachment based steel pipe cutting robot. It is expected that the application range and impact on the construction industry will be enormous due to the increasing trend of the steel pipe pile market.

  • Though electricity consumption amount in industry has been increased gradually, corresponding power supply show symptoms of marginal point. Importance of demand-side management from large-industries has also been raised. This paper deals with induction motor, which is one of representative examples of heavy electricity consumption utilities, to analyze potential technical capability, economic feasibility from consumers' viewpoint and demand-side management feasibility from nation-wide perspective. Nation-wide economic feasibility analysis was done through California test, which has been used as demand-side management evaluation model. This paper also describes limitation of existing high efficiency induction motor in terms of contribution to demand-side management and utilizes premium motor to calculate demand-side management contribution level and economic feasibility evaluation. Likewise, this paper emphasizes the efficiency improvement of induction motor and analyzes how much premium motor related technologies can contribute to demand-side management.

  • The purpose of this paper analyze development feasibility and alternatives for infrared detector development in both technology and cost.   • In this paper, we tried to find the engineering feasibility of the component functions of the seven selected application technologies which are going to be installed on the next generation high speed train as the IT and smart sensor application technologies. The component functions of the seven applications, including the "Emergency or reminder notification", were identified and analyzed. In order to justify the feasibility of applications development, effect analysis and sufficiency analysis were performed. In effect analysis, how each function has an effect on safety, convenience, and efficiency of the passengers and attendants was evaluated. In sufficiency analysis, the importance and implementability of each function as a component was evaluated. The feasibility analysis was focused on the technical aspects of the functions. The following work will be the settlement of the final applications that are going to be designed and implemented. This will be done by studying the strategic feasibility in relation to the service or business of the high speed train.

외해 가두리 대구 양식업 경제적 타당성 분석 (Analysis of Economical Validity about Offshore Cage Culture for Cod)

  • This paper was researched on economic feasibility and sensibility of operation to offshore cage culture for cod. Offshore cage culture for cod needs to invest high budget what to construction and operation. And it was required variety methods about analysis of economic feasibility. Therefore, these were studied NPV, B/C and sensitivity for each by assuming a six scenarios considering the product performance according to the size of cod and culturing methods of fingerlings, etc. As a results, even though economy, if efficiency is low, it is a priority need the technical development to promote the feed efficiency to increase economic feasibility and should make efforts to enhance the business economy to strengthen the price competitiveness pricing with high quality products through quality control and brand recognition of cod. It expects to be used as a reference for related research in the future by deriving policy implications based on the method of analysis of the economic feasibility on offshore cage culture for cod.

  • The purpose of this paper is to present a procedure for feasibility analysis of new hospitals. The major steps of the procedure proposed consists of determination of location for a new hospital, analysis of the community served, facilities planning, estimation of capital requirements and financial analysis. Technical details of the necessary analyses are covered by providing relevant information most of which is readily available in Korea. The procedure proposed in this paper can be applied not only for the case of the general hospital but also for the case of the clinic.

우리나라 다목적 대형방제선 건조의 경제적 타당성에 관한 예비평가 (A Preliminary Evaluation of the Economic Feasibility for Building a Multi-purpose Large Oil Spill Response Vessel in South Korea)

  • 허베이 스피리트호의 유류유출량이 씨프린스호의 것에 비해 2.5배에 불과하지만, 그 경제적 환경적 사회적 피해는 30배에 이를 정도로 대규모 유류유출의 피해는 기하급수적으로 증가할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 재난적 해양환경오염사고에 신속하고도 효율적으로 대응할 수 있는 다목적 대형방제선의 건조에 대한 기술적 경제적 타당성을 분석함으로써 다목적 대형방제선의 건조에 대한 당위성과 정당성을 확보하고자 한다. 다목적 대형방제선의 기술적 타당성분석과 선진해양국의 많은 사례를 검토한 결과, 4,000톤급의 자항식 호퍼준설선 겸용 방제선을 건조하는 것이 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 경제적 타당성 분석결과, 가장 보수적인 추정의 B/C ratio는 0.82로 경제성에 미달하지만 자구적 노력을 통하여 경제성을 확보할 수 있다. 한편, 중간추정치와 낙관적 추정치의 B/C ratio는 각각 2.72와 5.82로 이 사업의 경제적 타당성을 충분히 확보할 수 있다.

PHC 파일 원커팅 두부정리 자동화 로봇의 기술적 타당성 및 현장 적용성 분석 (Technical Feasibility and Field Applicability Analysis of an All-in-one Attachment-based PHC Pile Head Cutting Robot)

  • 선행연구(Yeom, 2018)에서는 PHC 파일 두부정리 작업의 문제점을 인지하고 PHC 파일 두부정리 작업의 전 과정을 노무자의 투입 없이 수행할 수 있도록 하는 All-in-one 어태치먼트 기반 PHC 파일 원커팅 두부정리 자동화 로봇의 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구(Yeom, 2018)를 통해 개발된 프로토타입의 개선요구사항을 반영하여 최종 프로토타입을 개발하고, 개발된 최종 프로토타입에 대한 설문조사 기반의 기술적 타당성 분석, 현장 적용성 분석을 수행하는 것이다. 최종 프로토타입에 대한 기술적 타당성 분석 결과, PHC 파일 절단 위치 센싱부에서 89.9%, PHC 파일 절단부에서 74.2%, PHC 파일 핸들링부에서 82.8%의 응답자가 기술적 타당성에 대해 높게 평가하였으며, 작업 안전성 측면에서 81.8%, 작업 생산성 측면에서 66.6%, 작업 편의성 측면에서 90.9%, 절단면 품질 측면에서 72.7%의 응답자가 재래식 방식 대비 해당 측면의 향상 효과를 우수하게 평가하였다. 본 연구 결과에 기대어 볼 때 추후 본 연구를 통해 개발된 All-in-one 어태치먼트 기반 PHC 파일 원커팅 두부정리 자동화 로봇이 실제 현장에 적용될 경우 그 파급효과가 매우 우수할 것으로 기대된다.
