  • In This Study, New Product Development Activities, Innovation Activities, Technical Cooperation Activities may have an Impact on Competitive Advantage, Development Performance and Business Performance. The aim of Empirical Analyze is to identify the Structural Causal Relationship among the Activities and Performance Factors. We get the Results as Follows : New Product Development Activities have a Positive Impact on Competitive Advantage as well as the Development Performance. Technological Innovation Activities have a Positive Impact on Competitive Advantage, and do not have enough Impact on the Development Performance. Technical Cooperation Activities have a Positive Impact on the Development Performance, and do not have enough Impact on the Competitive Advantage, Competitive Advantage has a Positive Impact on the Development Performance as well as the Business Performance. Development Performance has a Positive Impact on the Business Performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze Technical High School Teachers' opinions to find out solutions to reduce safety accidents since it is important for teachers to recognize the importance of safety. We surveyed 150 teachers from technical high schools located in Incheon and divided them into three categories and asked their opinions about prevention of safety accidents in laboratories. We also studied their experiences constructing educational environment and making instructional materials for safety eduction to improve safety awareness. Also, we studied whether school safety awareness increases through safety related activities.

  • This study applied the Stochastic Frontier Analysis to estimate which independent variable affects to efficiency of aquaculture household. This study used wage and facility scale as input variables, sales volume as an output variable to estimate efficiency. Also, the study used region, species, water quality to estimate technical inefficiency factors of the model. The data used for this study were obtained by the operating costs survey using 1:1 interview method. The study selected translog production model with technical inefficiency term estimated as half-normal distribution. In addition, the study used pearson and spearman correlation coefficient among efficiency estimating models. Also, the study analysed differences among estimated efficiencies through t-test, and showed us 0.1793 in species, 0.4677 between Geojae and Masan.

  • A comprehensive review on the technical standards about human factors (HF) design and software reliability maintenance for digital instrumentation and control (I&C) and human-machine interface technology (HMIT) in Japanese light water reactor nuclear power plants (NPPs) was given in this paper mainly by introducing the relevant activities at the Japan Electric Association to set up many industrial standards within the traditional framework of nuclear safety regulation in Japan. In Japan, the Fukushima Daiichi accident that occurred on March 11, 2011 has great impact on nuclear regulation and nuclear industries where concerns by the general public about safety have heightened significantly. However for the part of HF design and software reliability maintenance of digital I&C and HMIT for NPP, the author believes that the past practice of Japanese activities with the related technical standards can be successfully inherited in the future, by reinforcing the technical preparedness for the prevention and mitigation against any types of severe accident occurrence.

  • 본 논문에서는 나날이 발전하는 뉴미디어 시장에서 가장 대중적으로 사용되는 유튜브와 이에 업로드되는 콘텐츠들이 개인의 행동 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 영향이 사회적 위험요인으로 어떻게 드러나는지에 대하여 분석한다. 셀레늄과 뷰티풀솝으로 유튜브 콘텐츠 정보를 가져오고, 트위터 에이피아이를 활용해 트위터에서 개인이 작성한 문장들을 받아 엔엘티케이의 배이더로 문장의 감정을 부정, 중립, 긍정으로 분류하여 연구를 진행하였다.

Study on the Factors Influencing the Fluorescence Index of Internal Fluorescent Whitening Agent (내첨 형광증백제의 형광현상에 영향하는 인자에 대한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the effects of specific factors on the fluorescence index of the fluorescent whitening agent (FWA) that is used for internal addition. The specific factors were identified by the literature review, and a statistical survey was carried out to analyze the effects of those factors on the fluorescence index. Bulk, grammage, fillers and internal sizing agents were selected as the specific factors. The paper samples were prepared with internal FWA in a laboratory. The fluorescence indices of the model papers were measured, and p-values of the specific factors on the fluorescence index were calculated by the SPSS program. Most of p-values were greater than 0.05, so the specific factors do not have a significant impact on the internal FWA fluorescence index.

  • The purpose of this paper is to present an overview of the characteristics of the e-sports business at a crucial point in the era of information and knowledge. That is, an investigation was conducted surrounding the key success factors of e-sports as a newly growing industry, and the relationship between the key success factors and the usage effect. In order to do this, the key success factors were extracted from interviews with e-sports experts in conjunction with a survey that was conducted to gather empirical data. The key points of the statistical analysis of the survey are as follows. First, the success factors of a policy do not have a significant effect on the usage. Second, some administrative success factors of the e-sports business include the distribution of e-sports in the form of franchise chain, the establishment of policies to prevent the excellent members of e-sports from seceding, making a good impression as a high-class sport, the frequent notice of the break-even point, and educating people on how to use the e-sports machine. Third, the development and distribution of excellent e-sports software was analyzed as a technical success factor of the e-sports business. Finally, there is no doubt that results of this study can be used to facilitate the growth of the e-sports business as a new industry related to the IT industry.

  • Two-dimensional orthogonal variable spreading codes are presented for multiplexing of forward link in direct sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) multiple antennas system And the results of code generation and simulation of 2 dimensional orthogonal variable spreading factors on Jacket matrices are also be investigated. The bit error rate(BER) performance under a multi-user environment for the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel demonstrated that the proposed scheme could provide flexible rates and lower correlation values

  • In 21st century, firms are to face mitigating trade barriers between countries as well as to survive among harsh business environment. Also this phenomenon is expanding and gradually faster because the global competition become to intensify and there are significant technology changes. Therefore, in this study, technology commercialization factors on the technological achievement and on the financial performance were investigated in the small and medium enterprises. Firstly, the study finds that technology commercialization factor such as financial resources, human resources, strategic factors corporate financial performance show statistically significant(+). Secondly, the technology commercialization factors such as financial resources, human factors on the technical achievements in the enterprises show statistically significant(+). That means the technology commercialization of factors such as the financial resources as well as the human resources affect the technical performance of the enterprises.
