This study aims to propose the model of functional specialization for university and the selection of research university in Korea. This study propose that we diversify universities into three categories ; research university, educational university, and technical university. Considering the current research capability and future research prospect of Korean universities, this study found that 8 universities could be classified as research university. However, in light of a balanced regional growth of research system two more universities could be designated as research university.

General aspects of deepwater petroleum exploration and production were identified and related technical challenges were addressed. Historical perspectives, insight, processes, and engineering applications are reviewed to enhance the design capability of the domestic offshore industry. The technical challenges and unique aspects of deepwater exploration and production were identified. The assessment of deepwater exploration, drilling, and production systems is a key stage for performing the front end engineering design (FEED). The global trends in deepwater development, including the feasibility for Korea, were reviewed.

We fabricated a flexible ferroelectric liquid crystal (FLC) device containing polymer walls and networks which fix plastic film substrates. The device using 100-${\mu}m$-thick substrates could be bent in a radius of 7mm without disordering the FLC alignment. When sandwiched between polarizers a roll-up display with high-speed grayscale capability for moving-image displays was created.

본 연구에서는 벤처기업의 조직유효성으로 직무몰입, 조직몰입, 이직의도로 구성하고 선행요인으로 창업자특성, 기업역량특성, 전략특성으로 설정하고 규명하기 위해 벤처기업을 대상으로 실증분석하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구대상지역은 수도권 및 비수도권 총 301명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 창업자의 심리적 특성, 역량특성, 기업역량 등이 조직유효성 하위요소로 구성한 직무몰입, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 전략특성 역시 창업자 및 기업역량과 조직유효성과의 관계에 긍정적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

소프트웨어 개발 성숙도를 향상시키기 위한 프로세스 프레임워크로써 IS 15504(SPICE) 및 CMMI 등은 이미 검증된 모델이다. 하지만 이들 프로세스 성숙도 모델들이 기업의 개발능력 및 효율을 높여주는 구체적인 실천방법을 제시하지는 않는다. 기업 내에서의 실제적인 적용을 위해서는 위의 모델들을 기반으로 제품이나 기술 도메인, 사업 및 조직의 규모 등 기업환경이 고려된 기업 고유의 모델의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스에 대한 수년 간의 지속적인 적용 및 개선 경험을 바탕으로 기존의 SPI(Software Process Improvement) 모델을 확장하여 기업의 비즈니스 목적과 환경에 부합하도록 조직차원의 전반적인 소프트웨어 개발 경쟁력을 강화한 사례를 소개한다. 기존의 SPI 모델이 프로세스 각 분야에 대한 정의와 성숙도를 판단하기 위한 능력 수준을 정의한 것에 비해 본 논문에서는 그 영역을 핵심기술 및 조직구조까지 확대하고, 능력 수준을 일반적인 프로세스 능력 수준이 아닌 조직에서의 모델의 확산도로 확장하여 소프트웨어 개발 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 통합된 모델을 정의하여 적용하였다. 본 논문은 기업에서 확장된 프로세스 성숙도 모델을 이용하여 조직의 능력을 향상시키는 구체적인 사례로 유사 영역에서 참조 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 프로세스 성숙도 모델 연구에 대한 기업의 피드백으로의 기여가 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to categorize group of firms by using characteristics of technical innovation in telecommunication industry and to identify relationships between types of technical innovation and such contingency factors of technical innovation. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows; First, Type 1 Group (Innovative Industry Leading Group) tends to use innovative and market differentiation strategy and has more innovative C.E.O's management style and innovative culture. Second, Type 2 Group (Dependent Group on Market Change) tends to use market differentiation or cost leadership strategy and has a more conservative C.E.O's management style and non-innovative culture. Third, Type 3 Group (Small Technology Intensive Group) tends to use focused innovative strategy and has a more innovative C.E.O's management style and innovative culture. Fourth, Type 4 Group (Non-Innovative Group) tends to use focused cost leadership strategy and has a more conservative C.E.O's management style and non-innovative culture.

For LCD-TVs with full capability to show moving pictures and LCD monitors for multi media use, it is necessary that the switching times of Liquid Crystal (LC) mixtures are within one frame (16.7ms). In order to achieve faster switching times, new LC materials have been identified, mainly focusing on the further reduction of the rotational viscosity (${\gamma}1$).

본 연구는 기업 근무자를 대상으로 정보지향성과 기술사업화능력이 기술성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 정보지향성은 정보기술능력, 정보관리능력, 정보행위 및 가치를 기술사업화능력은 제품화능력, 생산화능력, 마케팅능력을 하위변수로 구성하였고 기술축적역량을 조절변수로 하였다. 기업 직장인으로부터 수집한 온라인과 오프라인 설문지 349부에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용한 분석결과 첫째, 정보지향성과 기술성과는 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 정보지향성이 기술사업화능력에 미치는 영향에서는 모두 유의적으로 나타났고, 기술사업화능력의 변수에서 제품화능력과 생산화능력에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 정보기술능력, 정보관리능력, 정보행위 및 가치의 순으로 나타났으나, 마케팅역량에 미치는 영향에서는 앞선 결과와 다르게 정보행위 및 가치, 정보관리능력, 정보기술능력의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술사업화능력이 기술성과에 미치는 영향에서 정보지향성과 독립적으로 기술사업화능력의 제품화능력, 생산화능력, 마케팅능력은 기술성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보기술능력과 정보관리능력은 기술성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정보행위 및 가치에서 제품화능력과 마케팅능력을 경유하는 간접효과는 유의적으로 나타났으나, 생산화능력을 경유하는 간접효과는 비유의적으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기술사업화능력의 하위변수 중 생산화능력과 기술축적 역량의 상호작용항만이 유의적으로 나타났고, 기술축적역량과 제품화능력, 마케팅능력은 비유의적으로 나타났다. 그러므로 생산화능력과 기술성과 간의 관계가 기술축적능력이 높은 기업이 낮은 기업보다 낮을 것이라고 해석할 수 있으며 후속 연구로는 다른 독립변수의 도입, 매개변수 및 조절변수가 도입된 모형을 통한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Recently, as the management environments are changing rapidly and the uncertainty is becoming larger, the needs of internal control for management and IS become stronger. In order to construct a new internal control system for IS, it is necessary to evaluate the former research of the system. This study emphasizes the importance of effective internal control system, presents a conceptual framework for the preceding factors to consider, and verifies empirically the framework. This study sets the organization citizenship behavior, IS innovation resistance, and IT capability from the viewpoint of Socio-Technical system as the preceding factors for the effectiveness of internal control system. A research model, affecting the above factors on IS capability as a mediating variable of the internal control effectiveness for the use of IS, is set up. PLS-Graph 3.0 is used to verify the model. We found that the internal control effectiveness have affirmative effect on information capability, a surrogate variable of the IS effectiveness and a mediation effect is meaningful.

This paper aims at renewing the regional innovation system being embossed increasingly as a new paradigm to develop the regional area, using the innovational cluster based on the industrial properties and innovative base in Chungbuk province. As shown in the results of many researches, Chungbuk province is evaluated highly in regional innovation capability and is satisfied with the level of speciality in technical industry so that it has a potential capability to build the regional innovation system. However the clustering competition is growing in intensity between regional groups and there is a possible situation centralized by the high-tech industry into the metropolitan, so building the specialized innovation cluster requires advanced policy decisions and efforts in our won way. Ultimately, for the purpose of structuring the regional innovation system, the specialized innovation cluster reflected in regional industry and capability would be essential. It is time for Chungbuk province to prepare policies in order to make the Chungbuk-type innovation cluster which is neither uniform nor omnipresent.
