This study had a purpose to investigate elements of teamwork skill for engineering students. For this, literature review and delphi method were used. The delphi survey was conducted with 20 experts consisting of experts in engineering, education, and industry field. 22 elements of teamwork skill for engineering students were finally developed. Teamwork skill included knowledge, skill, and attitude for engineering students. Further, the results of this study present a guideline to develop teamwork skill in engineering education.

본 연구는 간호사의 팀워크스킬과 의사결정역량이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 2기관의 대학병원에서 2명 이상이 함께 근무하며 인계를 주고받아 지속적인 연계성 있는 환자의 직 간접 간호를 주 업무로 수행하는 경력 1년 이상의 간호사를 대상으로 2016년 3월 16일부터 3월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 통계 분석하였다. 간호사의 팀워크스킬과 의사결정역량 모두가 간호업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 간호업무성과에 영향을 주는 예측요인은 일반적 특성 중 총 임상경력 (${\beta}=.23$, p<.001)과 팀워크스킬 (${\beta}=.61$, p<.001), 의사결정역량 (${\beta}=.13$, p=.015)으로 66%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 간호사의 팀워크스킬과 의사결정역량을 효과적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 조직차원의 지원과 다양한 교육기회를 제공하고 차별화된 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 공학인증에서 필수적인 학습성과 평가항목 중 복합학제적 능력평가(학습성과 6)와 의사소통능력(학습성과 7)에 대한 평가방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 주관적 관점의 팀워크와 의사소통능력을 객관적으로 계량화하기 위해 팀워크와 의사소통능력에 대한 채점기준(Rubric)을 활용하여 평가 기준을 제시한다. 학습성과 6,7번 항목에 해당하는 팀워크와 의사소통능력은 현대 사회의 중요한 사회적 역량으로 사회 및 교육 분야에서 이루어진 많은 연구들은 팀워크와 의사소통능력을 학습을 통해 신장시킬 수 있으므로 사회학적, 교육학적 관점이 함께 논의되어야 한다. 그러나 이 점을 다룬 논문이 매우 드물기 때문에 본 논문에서는 공학인증에서 필수적인 학습성과 6, 7번 항목에 대한 좀 더 타당한 평가 기준을 제시하기 위해 사회 및 교육학적 관점을 함께 제시하고자 하며 예시와 관련교과목을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper deals with the effects of teamwork competence on problem solving ability through the mediating effect of creative personality for the engineering students. For this purpose, a regression-based statistical mediation analysis has been performed for a simple mediation model in which teamwork competence and problem solving ability were treated as independent and dependent variables respectively, and creative personality was included as a mediation variable. The analysis results showed that the teamwork competence has direct effect on the problem solving ability as well as indirect effect through the creative personality. This result implies that the problem solving ability can be improved directly by improving the teamwork competence, and moreover, it can be further improved indirectly or through the mediation effect by improving the creative personality. Thus, in order to develop excellent problem solving ability, it is necessary to form team members in a balanced way between teamwork competence and creative personality in the team-based learning.

This paper deals with the method how to organize a team that is effective for developing teamwork skills. In recent engineering education, classes requiring team activities are getting a lot according to the increase of the engineering design classes and PBL based teaching subjects. For an effective team activity, team organization is very important because the team has to have the enough man-power to perform the task need to be completed. Nevertheless, most of all classes that need team activities, team organization is considered a little. Thus, we could see the problems such as the conflict between team members and the lack of technical ability. To overcome the problems, we proposed MBTI based team organizing method that may improve teamwork skills of students.

This paper describes an implementation of project-based learning in routing design course. The total students who enrolled in the class were 48 and were divided into groups of 3~4 students. At the beginning of the course, a survey was conducted to check the student's level of back ground knowledge acquired from the prerequisite courses. At the end of the curse, we also conducted a survey to evaluate the effect of project-based learning. According to the end of course survey, the course was helpful to identify the problems to solve by themselves, to develop the problem solving ability, and to understand the global picture of the subject by integrating knowledge of each chapter into a project. The survey also shows that students recognized the importance of the teamwork skill throughout the project activity.

본 연구에서는 조 활동 기술을 교려한 집단 구성 방법(동질/이질)이 학생들의 개념 이해도, 과학 학습 환경에 대한 인식, 의사소통 불안, 소집단 토론에 대한 인식 등에 미치는 효과를 비교하였다. 수업 처치는 상태변화, 밀도, 용해 개념에 대해 9차시 동안 진행되?駭? 이원 공변량 분석 결과, 개념 검사 접수에서는 집단 구성 방법에 따라 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 과학 학습 환경에 대한 인식 중 '학생간의 협상' 범주에서 조 활동 기술 상위 학생들은 이질 집단에서, 하위 학생들은 동질 집단에서 보다 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 의사소통 불안에서는 유의미한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 소집단 토론에 대한 인식 검사 결과, 불균등한 토론 참여를 단점으로 인식하는 학생이 동질 집단보다 이질 집단에 더 많았다.

It has been focused on that the major reasons of aircraft accidents resulted not from human error but from the failure of teamwork or communication in 1980's. Such opinions were suggested in the workshop, so called, "Resource Management on the Flight Deck" by NASA in 1979. The researchers agreed the fact the source of human error was originated from the failure in teamwork, communication or even in leadership of captain. Due to the rapid development of aircraft technologies, the reasons for aircraft accident could be easily found out. According to the analysis results of the technology, most of reasons for the accident might directly be connected not to human error or stick-Rudder skill but to situational awareness, communication, leadership or decision making in the aircraft. This paper has tried to research empirically the satisfaction of flight crews who have gone thorugh CRM training in the commercial airline. Based on the quantitative scale by J. Ford et al. (2014), this paper has proved which characteristics of CRM training has a positive impact on the overall satisfaction of CRM training. It was proven that the teamwork and decision making programs among CRM training have a major effect to the satisfaction level of flight crews.

본 논문은 프로젝트 학습을 적용한 공학컴퓨터프로그래밍 수업의 효과를 분석하고 그 문제점을 찾아 수업을 개선하는 데에 목적이 있다. 전통적인 강의 수업과는 달리, 본 공학컴퓨터프로그래밍 수업에서는 프로그래밍 프로젝트를 통하여 공학적 문제들을 해결하게 함으로써 학생들이 문제해결 능력과 팀워크 능력 등을 함양할 수 있도록 하였다. 프로젝트 학습의 효과를 알아보기 위해 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 크게 5개 영역(학습효과, 학습량, 능력습득, 과제, 의견), 5점 척도형 문항으로 총 20개였으며, SPSS 통계프로그램을 사용하여 상관분석, ANOVA 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, (1) 프로젝트 학습은 강의식 수업에 비하여 실제 문제를 해결하고 팀워크 능력을 함양하는데 효과적으로 나타났으며, (2) 자기주도학습력과 정보수집력은 유의미한 상관이 있었고, (3) 가상 학습 공간은 자율학습을 하는데 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 (4) 과제의 분배나 학습난이도에 대해서는 부정적인 결과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 좀더 나은 프로젝트 학습을 위해서는 학생의 수준에 맞는 과제를 개발하는 일이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

This study proposed a soft skill integration activity for online EFL classrooms and investigated student responses. Toward this end, this study recruited 54 college students taking an English Presentation and Discussion class in South Korea. Participants were assigned into high and low-proficiency groups based on the Test of English for International Communication. This study employed questionnaire, class video recordings, and interview to obtain responses. Moreover, problem-based learning with challenge questions was applied to develop soft skills in online synchronous classes. Responses were examined in terms of whether a difference existed according to English proficiency. Major findings of this study were as follows. Regardless of proficiency levels, participants reported improvements in their IT and problem-solving skills and exhibited positive attitudes toward live online presentations via Zoom. However, this study observed significant differences in communication and teamwork skills, perceived learning, and confidence. Interviews with students with low English proficiency levels revealed that they were negatively affected by the lack of non-verbal cues, mechanical skills, and socialization time provided by online classes. Based on these results, pedagogical implications and directions for future studies are discussed.
