항공사 CRM 훈련과정 특성에 따른 승무원 훈련만족도 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Airline's CRM (Crew Resource Management) Training Programs and Flight Crews' Satisfaction)

  • It has been focused on that the major reasons of aircraft accidents resulted not from human error but from the failure of teamwork or communication in 1980's. Such opinions were suggested in the workshop, so called, "Resource Management on the Flight Deck" by NASA in 1979. The researchers agreed the fact the source of human error was originated from the failure in teamwork, communication or even in leadership of captain. Due to the rapid development of aircraft technologies, the reasons for aircraft accident could be easily found out. According to the analysis results of the technology, most of reasons for the accident might directly be connected not to human error or stick-Rudder skill but to situational awareness, communication, leadership or decision making in the aircraft. This paper has tried to research empirically the satisfaction of flight crews who have gone thorugh CRM training in the commercial airline. Based on the quantitative scale by J. Ford et al. (2014), this paper has proved which characteristics of CRM training has a positive impact on the overall satisfaction of CRM training. It was proven that the teamwork and decision making programs among CRM training have a major effect to the satisfaction level of flight crews.

Analysis of Relationship between Teamwork Attitude and the Job Satisfaction of Project Participants

  • Conflict may occur during teamwork activities. Conflict is the incompatibility of interest of participants; hence, it is more common in a wide varied activities involved construction field. Goals and values involve positive or negative features and are therefore common sources of conflict in construction field. Excessive conflict is a major hindrance to the effective operation of a team. If the conflict is not managed timely and properly, it could be transformed into a big dispute, thus to avoid these situation, it is necessary to augment working together culture. This paper aims to identify project team working factors and to uncover underlying relationships between these factors. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data from professionals. Factor analysis was employed to categorize twenty-one teamwork items evaluated by 169 respondents working in three major construction parties namely, owners, consultants and contractors. Factor analysis uncover that these team work factors can be grouped under three categories titled as: integrative working culture, relationship building and trust building. Multiple regression analysis however, showed that relationship building factor does not influence job satisfaction of project participants. Results of this study can be used as a tool to strengthening relationship between project participants in the construction industry.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 간호근무환경 및 팀워크가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Professional Self-Concept, Nursing Work Environment, and Teamwork on Job Satisfaction of Nurses in Comprehensive Nursing Care Ward)

  • 본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족의 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 근무 간호사 114명이였으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression analysis을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족의 주요 영향요인은 전문직 자아개념 및 팀워크로 나타났으며, 직무만족에 대한 두 변수의 설명력은 66.0%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 전문직 자아개념과 간호 조직의 팀워크를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육과 정책적 지원이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Impact of Teamwork on Employee Engagement in Primary and Secondary schools: The Nigerian Experience

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Teamwork on Engagement among employees of private primary and secondary schools in Plateau State, Nigeria using the dimensions of Teamwork, which are Communication, Leadership, Team Structure, Situation Monitoring, and Mutual Support on Employee Engagement. Research design, data, and methodology - To analyze the relationship among the variables, the study adopted the descriptive and explanatory research design, and a cross-sectional survey method using a survey questionnaire containing 29 items, with a 5-point Likert scale. The samples of 274 employees (both academic and non-academic) were selected using a simple random probability sampling technique. Multiple Regression was used to analyze data with the aid of the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS version 23.0). Result - This shows that Communication, Leadership, and Situation Monitoring have a positive and significant relationship on Employee Engagement, while Team Structure and Mutual Support show a negative direction but still maintained a significant relationship. Conclusion - The management of private primary and secondary schools should pay attention to Communication, Leadership, Team Structure, Situation Monitoring, and Mutual Support among their employees to promote Employee Engagement in the workplace. It also recommends that future studies should be carried out in other sectors.

The Impact of Redundancy and Teamwork on Resilience Engineering Factors by Fuzzy Mathematical Programming and Analysis of Variance in a Large Petrochemical Plant

  • Background: Resilience engineering (RE) is a new paradigm that can control incidents and reduce their consequences. Integrated RE includes four new factors-self-organization, teamwork, redundancy, and fault-tolerance-in addition to conventional RE factors. This study aimed to evaluate the impacts of these four factors on RE and determine the most efficient factor in an uncertain environment. Methods: The required data were collected through a questionnaire in a petrochemical plant in June 2013. The questionnaire was completed by 115 respondents including 37 managers and 78 operators. Fuzzy data envelopment analysis was used in different ${\alpha}$-cuts in order to calculate the impact of each factor. Analysis of variance was employed to compare the efficiency score means of the four abovementioned factors. Results: The results showed that as ${\alpha}$ approached 0 and the system became fuzzier (${\alpha}=0.3$ and ${\alpha}=0.1$), teamwork played a significant role and had the highest impact on the resilient system. In contrast, as ${\alpha}$ approached 1 and the fuzzy system went toward a certain mode (${\alpha}=0.9$ and ${\alpha}=1$), redundancy had a vital role in the selected resilient system. Therefore, redundancy and teamwork were the most efficient factors. Conclusion: The approach developed in this study could be used for identifying the most important factors in such environments. The results of this study may help managers to have better understanding of weak and strong points in such industries.

수술실 간호사의 환자안전역량과 팀워크 인식이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Operating Room Nurse's Patient Safety Competency and Perception of Teamwork on Safety Management Activities)

  • 본 연구는 수술실 간호사의 환자안전역량과 팀워크의 인식이 환자안전관리활동에서 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 종합병원 수술실에서 6개월 이상 임상경력을 가진 간호사 110명이다. 자가보고 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 평균비교분석, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연령이 높은 군과 교육수준이 높은 군이 유의하게 환자안전역량점수가 높았다. 환자안전역량과 환자안전관리활동은 유의한 양의 상관(r=.37)을 보였고, 팀워크와 환자안전관리활동도 유의한 양의 상관(r=.21)을 나타냈다. 회귀분석결과 환자안전관리 활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 환자안전역량과 팀워크 인식이었고, 이들 변수의 설명력은 15.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 수술실 간호사의 환자안전관리활동을 향상을 위해 환자안전역량과 팀워크 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 추가적으로 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 다른 변수에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

복합학제적 능력 및 의사소통 능력과 관련된 학습성과 평가를 위한 융합교육형 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Hybrid-typed Education Model for PO6 and PO7 Estimation)

  • 본 연구에서는 공학인증에서 필수적인 학습성과 평가항목 중 복합학제적 능력평가(학습성과 6)와 의사소통능력(학습성과 7)에 대한 평가방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 주관적 관점의 팀워크와 의사소통능력을 객관적으로 계량화하기 위해 팀워크와 의사소통능력에 대한 채점기준(Rubric)을 활용하여 평가 기준을 제시한다. 학습성과 6,7번 항목에 해당하는 팀워크와 의사소통능력은 현대 사회의 중요한 사회적 역량으로 사회 및 교육 분야에서 이루어진 많은 연구들은 팀워크와 의사소통능력을 학습을 통해 신장시킬 수 있으므로 사회학적, 교육학적 관점이 함께 논의되어야 한다. 그러나 이 점을 다룬 논문이 매우 드물기 때문에 본 논문에서는 공학인증에서 필수적인 학습성과 6, 7번 항목에 대한 좀 더 타당한 평가 기준을 제시하기 위해 사회 및 교육학적 관점을 함께 제시하고자 하며 예시와 관련교과목을 제시하고자 한다.

품질분임조 활동 및 성과에 관한 인과모형 연구 (A Study on the Causal Model between QCC Activities and Performance)

  • This paper has the purpose to find out the causal model between QCC activities and performance. This study consists of four hypotheses. First, QCC teamwork has positive influence on QCC performance. Second, QCC atmosphere has positive influence on QCC performance. Third, QCC autonomy has positive influence on QCC performance. Fourth, this causal model is appropriate for representing the relationship between QCC activities and performance. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. The first and the fourth hypotheses are adopted. The second and the third hypotheses are rejected. Therefore, QCC teamwork will accelerate QCC activities more than atmosphere and autonomy of QCC.

PBL 기반 <토의> 수업 모형의 구현과 평가: 부산대학교 수업개발 사례를 중심으로 (Implementation and Evaluation of a Course: A Case Study of PBL Class at Pusan National University)

  • This paper aims to develop the learning contents of PBL based program and analyze the result of evaluation questionnaire to examine the students' thoughts concerning the effectiveness of PBL course and their satisfaction. 'Discussion' is one of the representative communicative types, especially requesting both communication competence and teamwork among team members. This study was conducted with 218 junior and senior students taking lectures of ${\ll}$Presentation and Debate Skills${\gg}$ in the college of engineering at Pusan National University. According to the evaluation result, students experienced various effects of PBL such as (1) self-directed learning, (2) cooperative learning, (3) problem solving skills, etc. Students pointed out also as merits of PBL course, (1) knowledge acquisition and information sharing among students, (2) improvement of communicative competence, (3) amelioration of teamwork, (4) progress of the problem solving skills. However, there have been several difficulties and problems during PBL process, implications for ameliorating PBL based were discussed and suggested in detail.

CASE Tool을 이용한 Safety Critical 소프트웨어 개발 방법론

  • 본 논문은 Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) Tool을 이용할 경우의 Safety Critical 소프트웨어 개발 방법론인 구조적 분석 및 구조적 설계 모델링 방법론을 Teamwork CASE tool의 예를 중심으로 제안하고자 한다. 제시된 사례는 NSIS(Nuclear Safety Information System)으로서 Essential Modeling과 Implementation Modeling을 제시하였는데 Teamwork CASE 환경하에서의 분석 및 설계 절차, 지침 등을 제시하였다. Essential Modeling에서는 NSIS의 MMIS 분석범위 및 External Interface를 제시하는 환경 모델(Environmental Model)과 MMIS의 기능을 계층구조적으로 분할하는 행위모델링(Behaviroal Modeling)을 각각 Context Diagram과 Data Flow Diagram (DFD)으로 그 과정을 제시하였다. Implementation Modeling에서는 Essential Modeling으로 부터 나온 결과물을 토대로 Boss Rule, Transform Rule과 Transaction Rule 등을 거쳐 NSIS MMIS의 설계 근간이 되는 Structured Chart(SC)를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 모델링 방법론을 통하여 Safety Critical 소프트웨어 개발시 Teamwork CASE Tool을 활용할 수 있음과 동시에 분실 및 설계의 일치성을 통하여 Safety Critical 소프트웨어의 안전성 확립과 품질보증 목표에 기여할 수 있다.
