가스분무 Mg-Zn-Y 합금분말의 압출거동 (Extrusion Behavior of Gas Atomized Mg Alloy Powders)

  • This work is to report not only the effect of rapid solidification of $MgZn_{4.3}Y_{0.7}$ alloys on the micro-structure, but also the extrusion behavior on the materials properties. The average grain size of the atomized powders was about $3-4{\mu}m$. The alloy powders of $Mg_{97}Zn_{4.3}Y_{0.7}$, consisted of I-Phase (Icosahedral, $Mg_{3}Zn_{6}Y_{1}$) as well as Cubic structured W-Phase ($Mg_{3}Zn_{3}Y_{2}$), which was finely distributed within ${\alpha}-Mg$ matrix. The oxide layer formed along the Mg surface was about 48 nm in thickness. In order to study the consolidation behavior of Mg alloy powders, extrusion was carried out with the area reduction ratio of 10:1 to 20:1. As the ratio increased, fully deformed and homogeneous microstructure could be obtained, and the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation were simultaneously increased.

Abusive Supervision and Coworkers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Moderating Role of Perceived LMX Differentiation

  • Purpose - The increase in organizational citizenship behavior is important in that it creates a cooperative atmosphere within the organization. Proving how OCB toward coworkers changes in negative leadership situations such as abusive supervision is a new research stream. Therefore, this study examines the main effects of the supervisor's abusive supervision on OCB of subordinates for coworkers, and then attempts to clarify that the perceived LMX differentiation of team members play a moderating role. Research design, data, and methodology - First, we examine the effects of the supervisor's abusive supervision on OCB of subordinates in the team toward colleagues. Second, the degree of perceived LMX differentiation is measured to verify the moderating effect of abusive supervision on OCB toward coworkers. Result - Hypothesis 1 is that abusive supervision has a negative effect on coworkers' OCB. Hypotheses 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3 test the moderating effect of perceived LMX differentiation, and the relationship between abusive supervision and coworkers' OCB will change according to the perceived degree of LMX differentiation. Conclusion - It is significant in that the scope of abusive supervision research has been expanded through the team level moderator of perceived LMX differentiation, away from the research on abusive supervision that was mainly discussed at the level of dyadic relationship (between the supervisor and the one subordinate).

긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 개인수준과 팀 수준 요인에 관한 연구 (A multi-level analysis of the individual and team-level effects on psychological capital)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of person-organization fit(PO fit) and person-job fit(PJ fit) on positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Present study intends to confirm the effectiveness through theoretical considerations and empirical analysis of positive organizational behaviors. This is expected to strengthen the basis of positive organizational behavior studies and provide the foundation to integrate positive organizational behavior to the actual organization. In order to test the hypotheses, the data were collected from multiple domestic organizations and composed 47 team-level and 244 individual-level data. For the analysis, hierarchical linear modelling(HLM) were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. PO fit and PJ fit had significant relationships with positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Also, in the relationship between the attitudes and behaviors of the members and positive psychological capital, the positive psychological capital was found to have significant effect on affective commitment and organizational citizen behaviors. The implications of this study according to the results as follows. Positive relationships of psychological capital with the antecedents and consequences variables, it is necessary for the management to magnify the strength of members in the actual operation at the organization level. Such the management of positive psychological capital can be suggested as a new approach method for achievement of the organization's goals and visions.

STS 321 스테인리스강의 고온 변형 거동 (High-Temperature Deformation Behavior of a STS 321 Stainless Steel)

  • STS 321 스테인리스강은 액체 로켓 엔진을 비롯한 고온 고압의 시스템의 재료로서 많이 사용된다. 321 스테인리스강의 고온에서의 변형 거동을 예측하기 위해 Kocks의 전위 장벽 모델을 근거로 유동응력에 대한 구성 방정식을 열적 응력 요소와 비열적 응력 요소를 사용하여 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 321 스테인리스강의 상온부터 $500^{\circ}C$의 넓은 온도 영역에서 재료의 변형 거동들을 잘 예측하였다.

  • PLGA는 생분해성 고분자이며 생체적합성을 갖는 고분자로서 약물전달을 위한 연구에 많이 이용되고 있는 고분자이다. 그러나 PLGA를 약물전달에 이용할 때 약물의 급격한 초기방출 이후에 일정기간동안 약물이 방출되지 않는 지연시간이 존재하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 PLGA 웨이퍼에 단량체를 첨가하여 제조하였다. 또한 PLGA를 재결정하여 약물의 급격한 방출 현상을 억제하도록 하였다. SEM을 이용하여 재결정된 PLGA의 형태학적 차이를 관찰하였으며 생체외 약물 방출거동은 HPLC를 이용하여 측정하였다. PLGA의 분해과정에서 단량체의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 GPC를 이용하여 분자량 변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 PLGA의 벌크분해에 기인한 지연시간을 없앨 수 있었으며 약물의 방출 기간을 3일까지 앞당길 수 있었다.

다기능프로젝트팀의 설계, 팀 코칭, 팀 개발과 성과 (The Team Structure Design, Team-Coaching, Team Development, and Team Performance of Cross-Functional Project Team)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 기능영역 간의 연계성을 확보하고, 창의적 사고와 혁신을 유인하기 위해 운영되는 다기능프로젝트팀(Cross-Functional Project Team)의 성과 창출에 관하여 연구하였다. 기존 소집단 유효성 연구는 팀 프로세스가 중요함을, 조직맥락 연구에서는 팀 구조설계 및 긍정적인 조직맥락 조성을 강조하고 있는 바에 기초하여 다기능프로젝트팀만의 차별적 특성을 반영한 성과 영향 요인을 도출하고 영향력을 검증하였다. 또한 리더 행위로서의 팀 코칭(team coaching)이 갖는 조절효과도 파악하였다. 17개 서울 및 수도권 소재 기업에서 운영한 다기능프로젝트팀 32개, 214명을 대상으로 자료를 확보하여 분석한 결과, 역량구성 적절성과 팀 보상시스템이 팀 프로세스 및 팀 성과에 유의한 영향력을 가진다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 팀 코칭이 팀 프로세스 및 팀 성과에 갖는 직접적 영향관계를 파악하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 이론적.경영관리적 시사점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

역해석 기법에 근거한 수직배수재로 개량된 연약점토지반의 침하예측 (Prediction of Settlement of Vertical Drainage-Reinforced Soft Clay Ground using Back-Analysis)

  • Observed field behaviors are frequently different from the behaviors predicted in the design state due to several uncertainties involved in soil properties, numerical modelling, and error of measuring system even though a sophisticated numerical analysis technique is applied to solve the consolidation behavior of drainage-installed soft deposits. In this study, genetic algorithms are applied to back-analyze the soil properties using the observed behavior of soft clay deposit composed of multi layers that shows complex consolidation characteristics. Utilizing the program, one might be able to appropriately predict the subsequent consolidation behavior from the measured data in an early stage of consolidation of multi layered soft deposits. Example analyses for drainage-installed multi-layered soft deposits are performed to examine the applicability of proposed back-analysis method.
