영업사원의 필요역량 도출을 위한 실증적 연구: B2B, B2C 영업사원을 구분하여 (An Empirical Study on Eliciting a Competency Required by Salespeople: Differentiating B2B Salespeople and B2C Salespeople)

  • Purpose - Our research started out with an assumption that a further study about the competency of B2B and B2C salespeople is needed, and has thus focused on enhancing their abilities throughout various fields. It seems that the ability of sales representatives has a positive influence on the image and revenue of the company. Since businesses find it apparent that the role of salespeople will become significant in the future, our research aims to provide a foundation for future research on exploring the necessary competencies for salespeople by conducting an in-depth interview as well as survey. Research design, data, and methodology - The methods of our research can be broken down into four steps - an interview on salespeople, eliciting salespeople's potential competency, surveys, and analysis. First, our research team conducted interviews on forty subjects. Second, we strived to elicit potential competency of salespeople based on data gained from previous studies and in-depth interviews. And Third, we came up with our own survey templates. Last but not least, our research team analyzed the results from the surveys to elicit necessary capabilities for the salespeople. Results - The results of our research show a clear distinction between B2B and B2C salespeople on all categories that we measured such as the character fitness, competence of emotion and sales marketing. As for B2B salespeople, the results indicated openness(M: 3.8265) in character fitness, and self-motivation(M: 4.1887), group cognition(M: 3.8735), teamwork(M: 3.9956) in competence of emotion, and previous research(M: 3.8735), proposal of values(M: 4.3873), cooperation with other team(M: 4.0441) in competence of sales marketing. The difference in capability required between B2B salespeople and B2C salespeople was very pronounced. Conclusions - For future studies, enhanced pool of subjects with various backgrounds is needed in order for our research to reach a wide range of population. The results from our research are advised to be used for eliciting the competency required by salespeople and for a practical application to further enhance their competency. Companies need continuous efforts to develop the skills of salespeople based on competence analysis and research of sales representatives.

대학생의 무형식학습이 구직능력 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 팀 학습 만족도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Informal Learning of University Students on Employment Competency and Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on the Satisfaction Level of Team-based Learning)

  • 대학생은 학교 내에서 배운 이론적인 지식을 바탕으로 한 가지 분야에서 전문성을 키우는 과정을 거치게 된다. 이러한 학교생활을 토대로 경력 개발의 방향은 과거의 취업 중심의 형태에서 벗어나 전 생애에 걸쳐 취업과 창업을 선택하기 위한 업의 전환을 고려하는 형태로 바뀌어가고 있다. 교육의 방향 또한 기존의 지식을 전달받고 암기하는 형식 학습에서 보다 자율적이면서 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 중심으로 하는 무형식학습과 팀 기반 학습의 필요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 대학생의 무형식학습 활동이 구직능력과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 기존의 취업역량에만 연결시켜왔던 연구에 창업을 더함으로써 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 기업 및 교육 현장의 팀워크가 중요해짐에 따라 팀 기반학습 만족도에 따라 무형식학습 활동이 구직능력과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향력을 보이는지도 함께 살펴보았다. 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 무형식학습은 구직능력에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 창업의도에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 구직능력은 대학생의 무형식학습과 창업의도를 완전매개하였다. 셋째, 팀 기반 학습의 만족도는 대학생의 무형식학습에 따른 구직능력에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했으나 구직능력과 창업의도 사이에는 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 대학 내 구직능력과 창업의도를 높이기 위해 무형식학습이 필요하며, 이 과정에서 만족도 높은 팀 기반 학습을 진행하는 것이 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

Recent Development of National Competency Standards in Korean Rubber Product Manufacturing

  • The national competency standards (NCS) is the national standard for standardizing the skills needed to successfully carry out the duties of industrial sites. It consists of competency units and their sub units. Two standards were developed for the manufacturing of Korean rubber products: rubber compounding and rubber product manufacturing. Each standard consists of ten competency units and their elements. Learning modules will be developed in the near future. It is expected that researchers and workers in the Korean rubber industry will utilize these standards.

병원 간호사의 의료진 간 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Communicative Competence within the Medical team and Turnover Intention in Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 병원간호사를 대상으로 의료진 간 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 일 지역 두 개 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사 208명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients correlation을 확인하였다. 또한 자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 Baron & Kenny의 3단계절차를 이용한 multiple regression으로 분석하여 Sobel test로 간접효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 간에 부적상관(r=-.22, p=.001)이 있었으며, 의사소통 능력과 자기효능감 간에는 정적상관(r=.61, p<.001), 자기효능감과 이직의도 간에는 부적상관(r=-.25, <.001)이 있었다. 의사소통 능력과 이직의도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과는 1단계에서의 의사소통 능력이 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 유의하였지만(${\beta}=-0.22$, p<.001), 3단계에서의 의사소통 능력은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않아(${\beta}=-0.11$, p=.194) 의사소통 능력과 이직의도의 관계에서 자기효능감이 유의하게 완전 매개함을 확인하였다(z=-2.15, p=.032). 따라서 본 연구결과 의사소통 능력을 향상시켜 자기효능감을 높여주는 것이 병원 간호사의 이직의도를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

신규간호사의 기본간호 업무에 대한 자기효능감과 비판적 사고성향 및 간호실무능력간의 상관성 연구 (A Correlation Study on Self-Efficacy, Disposition to Critical Thinking and Nursing Competency of New Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify self-efficacy, disposition to critical thinking and level of nursing competency in new nurses and to exam the correlation among these variables. Method: The sample was composed of 286 new nurses who had worked at E hospital for 1 year. Descriptive and correlation analysis using the SPSS program were used to analyze the data. Results: The mean score for self-efficacy was 67.10, disposition to critical thinking, 3.01 and nursing competency, 3.02. There were significant differences in scores for 3 variables between nurses with College degrees and nurses with Baccalaureate degrees. There was a significant positive correlation between disposition to critical thinking and nursing competency scores. Conclusion: Further study of the various components that influence nursing competency is necessary. Also based on the disposition to critical thinking, there is a need to develop education programs to strengthen curiosity and other related variables. The results of this study confirmed the necessity of developing a clinical model of nursing competency ability.

초등예비교사의 교수역량 증진을 위한 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습 실행 및 효과 (Performing and Effects Team-Based Learning Program for improving of Teaching Competencies of Pre-service Elementary School Teachers)

  • This study expects that Team Based Project Learning can act positive role to improve pre-service elementary teachers' teaching competence from previous studies. So designing and executing Team Based Project Learning program, I can provide some suggestions to the teaching method for teacher training education. In this study, Team Based Project Learning focuses on the use of history of mathematics in school mathematics. Also from organizing the team to evaluation, I conduct team activity systematically both inside and outside the classroom. The result of this study shows that pre-service elementary teachers' teaching competence has improved and I could identify the positive response about the value of using the history of mathematics and effect of Team Based Project Learning in mathematics learning.

  • The purpose of this research is to find key factors to invigorate customer satisfaction management from TQM perspective. Consequently, the results show that CS leadership has an effect on team competency, CS evaluation and feedback, and customer information system positively. Team competency and CS evaluation and feedback take positive effects on improving activities for customer focus. Improving activities for customer focus takes positive effects on result of customer satisfaction significantly.

연구개발팀에서 팀내 갈등과 팀 혁신성과간의 관계에서 팀 학습행동의 매개역할 (A Study on the Relationship between Intra-team Conflict and Team Innovative Performance and the Mediating Role of Team Learning Behaviors in R&D Teams)

  • In this era of cut-throat competition, innovation is a source of competitive advantage, and securing core competency through innovation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the survival and growth of an organization. In an organization, R&D team is a core division driving innovation, and creative tension and conflict among researchers fuels innovative performance. Despite heated debate over the positive and negative effects of conflict, insufficiently-identified process factors have left sophisticated mechanisms between conflicts and effects unaddressed. This study assumes that team learning behaviors can bean important process factor given that conflict propels learning, and that learning is a decisive factor in creating competitive advantage. This study conducted an empirical analysis of the relationship between relationship/task conflict and team innovative performance, and the mediating role of team learning behaviors using data collected from a questionnaire sent out to the heads of 262 R&D teams and second highest-ranking officials thereof. The analysis conducted based on structural equation model indicates that relationship conflict has negatively affected team learning behaviors, whereas task conflict has positively influenced team learning behaviors(full mediation effect), team learning behaviors has positively influenced team innovative performance. Based on these results, the study has suggested implications of intra-team conflict and team learning behaviors for team innovative performance.

간호대학생이 지각한 문화 역량과 간호사 자질 중요도와의 관계 (The Relationship between Cultural Competency and the Importance of Nurses' Qualities Perceived by Undergraduate Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between cultural competency and the importance of nurses' qualities perceived by undergraduate nursing students. Methods: Researchers developed two tools for this study after reviewing the related literature and conducting research team workshops: questionnaire of cultural competency and the importance of nurses' qualities. 200 nursing students were recruited in convenient sampling to respond to these questionnaires. Of nurses' 10 qualities, major affecting factors on the cultural competency were identified by stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The nursing students perceived technical nursing skills and professional nursing knowledge as nurses' most important qualities. However, 'having a passion for patient care', 'demonstrating strong nursing profession's code of ethics' and 'teaching and research ability' were found as significant influencing factors on the variance of the cultural competency. These three factors explained 16% of the total variances of the cultural competency (F=13.98, p<.001). Conclusion: The educational strategies to improve cultural nursing competency need to incorporate students' expectations for the professional nurses' roles. Also, further studies need to develop reliable and valid measurement tools for cultural competency.

외식업종사자의 서비스 수행에 대한 팀 신뢰 및 협력행동의 역할 - 팀워크 역량과 타부서 지원의 조절역할 - (The Role of Team Trust and Cooperative Behavior on Food-service Employees' Service Performance - The Moderating Role of Teamwork Competency and Other Department Support -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식업종사자의 서비스 수행에 대한 팀 신뢰 및 협력행동의 효과와 팀 신뢰, 협력행동, 서비스 수행 간 관계에서 팀워크 역량 및 타부서 지원의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여 서울, 경기, 송도, 경주, 부산에 위치한 호텔과 외식업체에 근무하는 식음 조리 종사원 1,080명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 불성실한 응답을 제외하고, 841명의 자료를 통계분석에 사용하였다. 연구가설을 검증을 위하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시한 결과, 상사신뢰와 동료신뢰로 구성된 팀 신뢰는 외식업종사자들의 협력행동에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외식업종사자들의 협력행동은 그들이 인식하는 서비스 수행에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 팀 내 협력행동이 증가할수록 서비스 수행 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과 분석결과, 외식업종사자의 팀 신뢰와 협력행동 간 관계에서 팀워크 역량의 조절효과가 나타나지 않은 반면, 협력행동과 서비스 수행 간 관계에서 타부서 지원의 조절효과가 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 학문적 의의 및 실무적 시사점, 그리고 후속 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.
