간호대학생의 생활스트레스와 삶의 질 (Stressful Life Events and Quality of Life in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to assess stressful life events and quality of life in nursing students. Methods: We performed a cross-sectional research design. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect data on participants' socio-demographics, stressful life events (interpersonal relationship & task-related events) and quality of life (WHOQOL-Bref) in September 2011. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression were applied to data analysis. Results: A total of 135 nursing students were surveyed. The score of the task-related stressful life events was higher than that of the interpersonal stressful life events. Physical domain score ($13.53{\pm}2.33$) was highest but environmental domain score ($12.75{\pm}2.34$) was lowest in quality of life. Satisfaction with campus life affected stressful life events (F=11.82, p<.001) and quality of life (F=17.77, p<.001), and extracurricular activities affect quality of life (t=-2.51, p=.013). Quality of life was negatively associated with task-related stressful life events (r=.-51, p<.001). Multiple regression analyses showed that extracurricular activities, satisfaction with campus life and task-related stressful life events were statistically significant in predicting quality of life with the explanatory power of 40.6%. Conclusion: This study could be a reference to improve the quality of life of nursing students.

Task 수행성향에 따른 제품 인터렉션 디자인의 사용행태 비교 문화적 연구 - 피들러의 상황 리더쉽 이론을 중심으로 - (Comparative cultural research Interaction usage by following task based on Fiedler s contingency theory of leadership)

  • Fred.E Fiedler는 상황 리더쉽 이론에서 사회 문화적 특성에 따른 Work-style을 근거하여 문화집단을 과업지향적인(Task-oriented) 집단과 관계지향적인 (Relationship-oriented)집단으로 나눈다. 본 연구는 제품사용에 있어 Task를 수행하는 성향의 정도가 제품 인터렉션에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 세우고, 이를 검증하기 위하여 Fred.E Fiedler의 상황 리더쉽 이론을 근거로 하는 LPC 실험결과의 성향 정도에 따른 제품 사용 인터렉션을 연구한다. Task-oriented 성향과 가까운 문화권 집단은 제품사용에 있어 의도한 목적을 단 시간 빠르게 수행(usability)하는 퍼포먼스의 인터렉션을 중시하고, Relationship-oriented 성향과 가까운 문화권 집단은 제품사용에 있어 목적을 수행(usability)할 때 의미부여(refelctive)적인 측면을 더 중요하게 생각할 것이라는 가설을 증명하기 위한 실험으로 비교적 Task의 의미부여(refelctive)가 동등하고 빈번하게 잘 일어나는 기기인 모바일 단말기 사용에 있어 이 두 집단의 주소록의 주기능과 부기능 사용행태를 비교하고 데이터를 수집, 분석하여 가설을 검증한다. 이 연구결과, 주소록 사용에 있어서 피들러의 상황이론에 의한 Task 수행성향은 모바일 단말기 인터렉션 사용에 영향과의 연관성은 다소 낮게 나타났으며, 관련하여 본 실험 도중 몇 가지 흥미로운 패턴을 발견할 수 있었는데, 이를 기반으로 향후 모바일 단말기의 주소록의 사용자 지향적인 디자인 방향성에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

순환식 과제 지향 훈련이 편마비 환자의 하지 기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Task Oriented Circuit Training on the Function of Lower Extremity and Quality of Life in Hemiplegic Patients)

  • 본 연구는 순환식 과제 지향 훈련이 편마비 환자의 하지 기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구에는 총 25명의 만성 뇌졸중 환자들이 참여하였고, 무작위로 순환식 과제 지향 훈련군 13명, 트레드밀 훈련군 12명으로 나누어 시행하였다. 두 군 모두 8주 동안 주 5회, 30분 트레드밀 훈련을 실시하였으며, 순환식 과제 지향 훈련군은 30분 동안 순환식 과제 지향 훈련을 추가로 실시하여 슬관절 근력, 균형 능력, 10m 보행 능력, 그리고 뇌졸중 영향 척도를 평가하였다. 연구 결과 순환식 과제 지향 훈련군이 트레드밀 훈련군에 비해 슬관절 신전근과 굴곡근, 그리고 균형 능력, 뇌졸중 영향 척도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 이것은 순환식 과제 지향 훈련이 편마비 환자의 하지 기능과 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 향후 좀 더 많은 환자에게 다양한 과제를 적용하여 일반화하는 연구가 필요할 것이다.

QI전담자의 주요 업무 및 역할 규명 (The Task and Role of the Quality Improvement Facilitator)

  • Objectives: To outline overall duties of quality improvement (QI) performers within a health care organization, thus describing their key tasks, including task element-related frequency, importance and difficulty in enough detail. Methods: A DACUM (Developing A CurriculUM) workshop took place to outline overall job activities of QI performers. To examine the scope of their duty and task, we performed a questionnaire survey of 338 QI performers from 111 hospitals. Results: The results of our survey showed that for the task assigned to each QI performer, there were 10 duties, 31 tasks and 119 task elements. Respondents cited a project planning as the most frequent/important duty, and a research was the highest level of difficulty in their duty. They also said that the most frequent task was index management, the most important task was a business plan, and the highest level of difficulty was a practical application of QI research. QI performers added that the most frequent task element was receipt of patient safety reporting in patient safety system, the most important task element was an analysis for patient safety and its improvement, and the highest level of difficulty was a regional influence analysis related to the patient safety and its improvement. Conclusion: To ensure that QI performers play a pivotal role as a manager to better improve patient safety and the quality of health care services, proper training program for them should be developed by reflecting the results of our study.

팀 다양성과 과업난이도가 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 다중 에이전트 시뮬레이션 접근방법을 중심으로 (Investigating the Effect of Both Team Diversity and Task Difficulty on Team Creativity : Multi-Agent Simulation Approach)

  • In the management literature, it has been widely accepted among both researchers and practitioners that the level of team creativity is significantly related to the organizational performance. Besides, researchers posited with confidence that team diversity and task difficulty would affect team creativity through team members' activities of exploration and exploitation. However, empirical approaches to proving this belief suffered from lack of real data and proper methods as well. To tackle the research void like this, we propose a multi-agent simulation (MAS) mechanism. By adopting a set of parameters which validity were proven in the related literature, we conducted a series of experiments in the environment of the MAS platform named NetLogo. There sults suggest that managers can differentiate team diversity strategies according to task difficulty. In the case of a difficult task, managers need to increase team diversity so that their teams can maximize team creativity through rigorous exploration and exploitation. It is desirable to maintain an average level of team diversity when performing an easy task.

직무외 스마트폰 사용 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Factors Influencing Non-Work Related Use Behavior of Smartphone)

  • 본 연구의 주된 목적은 조직구성원들이 왜 업무 중에 직무와 무관하게 스마트폰을 사용하는지를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 습관, 사용의향, 사회적 영향, 업무 상호의존성, 사용행동으로 구성된 직무외 스마트폰 사용행동 영향 요인에 관한 연구 모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 스마트폰을 사용하는 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 습관과 사회적 영향은 직무외 스마트폰 사용행동을 예측할 수 있는 주요 요인들로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무외 스마트폰 사용에 있어서 사용의향과 사용행동간의 관계는 업무 상호의존성에 의해서 긍정적으로 조절되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

실행수준을 고려한 갈등소망 과제 개발 및 유아의 갈등소망 과제수행능력 분석 (Tasks of Conflicting Desires : Inclusion of Executive Level in the Analysis of Preschooler's Task Performance Ability)

  • Prior studies were limited in the comparison of false belief tasks with desire tasks due to lack of consideration of level of executive functions. To compensate for this, executive functions were included in new preference-related and game-related tasks of conflicting desire. These tasks were administered to 246 preschoolers ranging from 2.5 to 4 years of age. Statistical analysis was by one-way ANOVA and repeated measures ANOVA. Results showed significant main effects depending on age and task type. Younger children lacked ability of executive function, such as inhibition and working memory. Older preschoolers averaged better scores on task performance, showing that it is difficult for younger children to control their own desires and select the contradicted view.

대형제품의 조립라인 밸런싱을 위한 0-1 정수계획모형 (0-1 Pprogramming Formulations for Assembly Line Balancing of Large-Sized Pproduct)

  • There are takes performed on only one side (right side or left side) of the assembly line, and task groups in which the tasks are more related to one another like a subassembly. In the Assembly Line Balancing (ALB) of the large-sized product such as bus and truck, the side on which tasks are performed and the related task groups should be considered to improve work methods and to appropriately lay out parts and facilities in the line. In this paper, presented are the 0-1 programming formulations for the ALB with the constraints of assigning the same side tasks to the station. The objective of minimizing the number of stations is combined with the objective that the total number of the related task groups handled by all the stations is minimized. Also, proposed are the methods of reducing the number of variables and constraints, and of determining the station to which subassembly tasks are assigned.

관련작업을 고려한 혼합모델 조립라인 밸런싱 (Mixed Model Assembly Line Balancing with the Related Task Consideration)

  • This paper deals with the problem of mixed model assembly line balancing. In mixed model assembly lines, tsks should be assigned to stations in such a manner that all stations have approximately the same amount of work on a production cycle basis. Further in balancing assembly lines, the related tasks, the performing task side and the team tasks should be considered to improve work methods, to give more job satisfaction to workers, and to allow greater flexibility in the design of assembly lines. In this paper, the heuristic dispatch assignment rule is developed to assign evenly tasks of each model to all stations. The heuristic method based on the assignment rule developed is presented for mixed model assembly line balancing with the considerations of the related tasks, the performing task side, and the team tasks. The proposed method is analyzed, and compared with other methods for line balancing.

간호대학생의 생활스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향: 무조건적 자기수용의 매개효과 (The Effects of Life Stress on Depression in Nursing Students: The Mediating Effect of Unconditional Self Acceptance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the meditating effect of unconditional self acceptance on the relationship between life stress and depression in nursing students. Methods: Data was collected from a survey of 140 nursing students using self-reported questionnaires. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. The mediating effect of unconditional self-acceptance on the relationship between the subject's life stress and depression was analyzed using Baron and Kenny's method. In addition, the Sobel test was conducted to determine the significance of the mediating effect. Results: The regression model explained 43% of the variance in nursing students' depression. Significant factors were task-related life stress, unconditional self acceptance, and academic achievement. Unconditional self acceptance had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between nursing students' task-related life stress and depression. Conclusion: To prevent depression in nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategies to manage task-related stress and improve unconditional self-acceptance.
