This study aims to examine the effect of talent types on the purchasing behaviour of beauty-service products in 367 adults(female and male). The present study is the first to consider both talent types and the purchasing behaviour of beauty-service products correlates to appearance management behaviour. Frequency analysis showed that the mean of 8 talent types of 367 participants was 3.324. The highest talent type of 367 participants was interpersonal talent, the lowest talent type was logical-mathematical talent among 8 talent types. There were statistically significant relationships between the talent types(specially, bodily-kinesthetic talent and interpersonal talent) and the purchasing criteria of beauty-service products on the correlation analysis. And the effects of 8 talent types on the purchasing frequency of 4 beauty-service products were significant on the regression analysis, specifically, the results showed that the most significant among 8 talent factors was the interpersonal talent, next, the bodily-kinesthetic was. Thus, the more purchasing frequency of beauty-services products, the higher interpersonal talent were, and the better affinity with others were. As a results, the interpersonal talent factor and bodily-kinesthetic talent factor among 8 talent factors were ultimately affecting the appearance management behaviour. The higher the score, it was concluded that the subject was more active in beauty-related behavior. Conclusively, the appearance is a form of personal asset for one's self-fulfillment, and strong and beautiful appearance is a medium to improve self-esteem and dominance. It is possessing a significant influence in personal satisfaction, self-identity, and social success.
This study aims to examine the effects of talent types and appearance affect perception on the clothing consumption values in 367 adults(female and male). The present study is the first to consider both talent types and the appearance affect perception on the clothing consumption values correlates to appearance management behaviour. As a results, the talent type of 367 respondents was mean=3.324. The highest talent of 367 respondents was interpersonal talent, the lowest talent was logical-mathematical talent among 8 talent types. The effects of 8 talent types on 5 clothing consumption values were significant on the regression analysis, specifically the results showed that the effects of linguistic, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal talents among 8 talent factors on the clothing consumption value were significant. Regression results showed that if the practical and the inner-directed appearance affect perception factors among 3 appearance affect perception factors increase by one standard deviation, the social, political, aesthetic, and emotional clothing consumption values increase by each standardized efficient ${\beta}$. The effects of 8 demographic factors on 5 clothing consumption values were significant on the regression analysis, specially, occupation, monthly clothing allowance, income, and sex variables were significant, the results revealed that if the occupation factor(specialist and administrator) increases by one standard deviation, the social, political, aesthetic, and emotional clothing consumption values increase by each standardized efficient ${\beta}$. Finally, this study suggests that the 3 independent variables(talent types, appearance affect perception factors, and demographic factors) were predictors related to clothing consumption values. The higher the score, it was concluded that the independent variables were more active in clothing consumption behaviour.
This study aims to examine the effect of talent types and self-appearance perception on make-up and hair appearance management behaviour in 367 adults(female and male). The present study is the first to consider both human talent type and the self-appearance perception on make-up and hair appearance management behaviour correlates to appearance management behaviour. Correlation analysis showed that there were statistically significant correlation between the talent types, the self-appearance perception and the make-up and hair appearance management behaviour, appearance managing reason, appearance managing area, and consulting with doctor related to appearance unsatisfaction. Also, regression analysis revealed that the effects of interpersonal talent, bodily kinesthetic talent among 8 talent types on the make-up and hair appearance management behaviour were significant, and that the effects of real and ideal self-appearance perception factors on the make-up and hair appearance management behaviour were significant.
This study aims to define the influences of an individual's talent types and body consciousness factors on high((intense)-level appearance management behavior in 367 adults(female 172 and male 195). The present study is the first to consider both human talent type and the body consciousness on the high level-appearance management behavior correlates to appearance management behaviour. According to the result of the analysis, plastic surgery on body forms or faces are done by few people. However, straightening teeth, ear piercing, removal of spots or imperfections, and eyebrow tattoos are conducted by many consumers without much resistance. It is rather widely accepted, despite the fact that it can cause pain, discomfort, and side-effects. Furthermore, although excessive acts such as muscle training, dieting, weight managing, and oriental treatments can lead to side-effects, the standardized efficient beta value turned out to be high for these treatments. Thus, this study suggests that both the interpersonal talent among 8 talent factors and 2 body consciousness factors contributes to the reinforcement of the self-identity through high level-appearance management behaviors, but except risky plastic surgery. Therefore, this study supports the previous researches that body consciousness composed of self-source, which is desires and efforts to achieve the ideal body, and external-source, which is the internalization of other people's feedbacks.

Talent is a person who has the values and skills necessary to achieve effective goals and performance of the nation, society, organization, and individuals, or those who play a key role in generating the success or performance of the nation and companies. It can be said that it is a talented person who will achieve a well-equipped library world and a knowledge-based national society. In this study, in order to derive the talent image of the librarian, the talent image, competency, role of the librarian, librarian job development, PEST analysis, etc. suggested in various fields of society including the library world were performed. First, 11 human resources were derived, and 4 types of human resources were derived through the FGI process, and a verification process was conducted for users, librarians, and students. Finally, in this study, four librarian talents were proposed: creative convergence type talent, personality type talent, professional type talent, and communication type talent.

This study is to examine that there are differences in Holland personality types and talent of elementary school students depending on cerebral hemisphere and their relationship. The study is targeted 679 elementary school students. To examined the hypothesis, frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, using SPSS 18.0 were conducted. First, The elementary school students, artistic and enterprising types appeared more evident in the right-brain than left-brain. Second, there are positively conspicuous differences between RIC group and SAE group in left-brain. Third, in comparison with cerebral hemisphere and talent of elementary school students, creative, nature, communicative and body appeared more evident in the right-brain. Fourth, there are positive relationships in Holland personality types, cerebral hemisphere, and talent. However, there is no relationship between left-brain and artistic type, right-brain and social type.

The purpose of this study is to analyze regional spatial distribution and characteristics with the Talent Magnet Potential Index(TMPI), which is calculated through the extra-regional talent attracting environment(Magnet factors) and intra-regional talent cultivating environment(Incubator factors) of each region. As a result, Seoul, Daejeon, Gyeonggi, Ulsan etc. ranked highest, and regions developed in knowledge-based services, R&D capability, and manufacturing turned out to have a higher TMPI. The regions were categorized into 4 types, and the regional type analysis showed that the cumulative effects of Type I(Talent comparative advantage type) and Type III(Talent absolute shortage type) contribute to widening the economic gap among these regions. In addition, although the metropolitan based Type IV(intra-regional talent dependant type) had excellent talent training capability, there seemed to be an outflow of talent into Type I or Type II(extra-regional talent dependant type). This paper has done a correlation analysis to test the validity of the TMPI. As a result, the correlation between talent by type and TMPI turned out to be very high. The correlation coefficient with 2T turned out to have the highest correlation, showing that tolerance contributes a much greater deal to talent attracting and training than expected. Finally, based on the main analytical results, implications for talent attraction & training policy projects and 7 improvement plans have been proposed.

This study aims to explore the direction of improvement that considers the talent image of science high schools in the admissions process. To this end, first, the talent image and competencies of science high schools were divided into 'publicity' and 'efficiency,' 'execution' and 'achievement' types, and 'publicity & execution' was predominant in most cases. Next, a total of 28 science high school teachers, education experts, and middle school teachers were surveyed on the degree of reflection of talent image and the direction of improvement in the admissions process of three science high schools. The results of the survey are as follows: first, the evaluation of 'publicity' was very limited in the first stage of admissions process, and selection based on 'achievement' was high. Second, there was a strong tendency to select based on 'efficiency & achievement' in the second stage of interview evaluation. Third, we need to improve the selection of students who fit the 'publicity & execution' type of talent image by introducing 'publicity & execution' type of talent image by introducing 'write a competency-oriented self-introduction letter, reflect other subjects' grades and comparative studies in the school life record, and experts' interviews' to the first-stage of admissions process. Fourth, convergence and open-ended questions that enable divergent thinking should be jointly submitted to reflect the 'publicity & execution' type of talent image in the second stage of interview evaluation. In conclusion, the direction of improvement that considers the talent image of science high schools in the admissions process should be changed to competency-oriented in the first-stage of admissions process and in the second stage of interview evaluation consisting of open-ended questions.

The purpose of this study was to present a new direction for sports talent cultivation, determine the sports talent cultivation status in various types of sports and relevant areas, and present specific plans for activating practical sports talent cultivation in the elderly population in an effort to cope with the rapid changes of times. For this purpose, literature review was performed to analyze the elderly sports and sports talent cultivation status, analyze the problems with elderly sports and sports talent cultivation and development tasks, and present the following comprehensive plan for cultivating elderly sports talent cultivation in pursuit of elderly sports promotion: First, it is necessary to become more competitive in education by developing various programs for convergent and combined elderly sports talent cultivation as well as by changing into a convergent and combined way of thinking in the organizational culture environment of sports. Second, it is necessary to build more career education infrastructures for elderly sports talent cultivation in the elderly sports and relevant departments. Career education may become an issue in every area, which means building comprehensive DBs for undergraduates and graduates. Third, it is necessary to give greater support to research and development in the entire area of elderly sports. This means implementing relevant projects efficiently through governance with the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in charge of elderly sports policies, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and professionals in the private sectors. Fourth, it is necessary to make comprehensive, systematic, and mid- and long-term strategies for cultivating sports talent at the governmental level. This means sports talent cultivation and search, career and employment, reeducation (competence reinforcement training), and job and employment stability in the areas of education, health, and welfare as well as sports. Fifth, it is necessary to operate a tentatively-called elderly health agency under the influence of the Office of the Prime Minister. This requires expansion and qualitative improvement of education on the basis of greater efficiency in preventing any overlapped task from wasting the budget through inter-department cooperation and positive partnership.
This study was following one of 'A study on the consciousness of fashion industries internship'. The purposes of this study were to develop the internship program which focused on practical use to introduce and carry out for fashion industries, and secondly to propose some regime for government to activate fashion internship. Reference searching method and depth interviewing method were used for this study. The results were as follows : Fashion industry internship was grouped into two classes, 'on-the-job training'; educating students fields and 'talent hunting'; selecting good persons. Internship of industry-academic world was classified into two types; the one is 'credit type' which has curriculums between universities and industries and the other is 'non-credit type' which has not any credit and is operated by industry own system. This study provided the development courses of pragmatic program to perform internship systematically and it also provided the program models for guide line in fashion industries. Six grades such as ready step, introduction step, selection step, management step, evaluation step and feed-back step were proposed for the internship program development steps of fashion industries. A virtual organization, 'The Fashion Industry and Academy Association' was proposed as a policy for activating internship between universities, industries and government.
