최근 동북아시아지역의 교역규모가 급성장함에 따라 동북아시아 경제권이 세계경제에서 점유하는 비중이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 대륙 국가들과의 주요 연결로서 가장 큰 구심점 역할을 하고 있는 것이 Trans Siberian Railway(TSR) 등이라고 할 수 있다. TSR 이용의 경우 국내 도로운송과 부산항과 극동 러시아 항만간 해상운송, 대륙횡단철도, 최종목적지 도착이후의 도로운송을 포함하고 있어 항공운송을 제외한 복합운송의 전 영역에 걸쳐 있으며 최근 들어 국내 철도 화물운송을 활성화시켜 대륙횡단철도와 연계하여 운영하는 것에 대한 방안도 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 첫째, 러시아 및 중앙아시아향(向) 화물 운송의 선봉장 역할을 하고 있는 우리나라 TSR Service Operator들의 특징 및 역할을 파악하고 둘째, TSR Service Operator의 SWOT 분석으로 대변되는 대내 외적인 환경 분석과 우리나라 TSR Service Operator의 현황을 분석하고 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 TSR Service Operator가 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하고 유지할 수 있는 발전 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The development of the TSR-TKR Network will be regarded as the most important step towards the realization of integrated regional transportation system. If the TSR-TKR is constructed, there may be a possibility for the TKR to be used for shipments to Europe relacing marine shipments that take place at present. However, major forwarders think that it will not be easy to ensure the economic competitiveness of the TSR-TKR route. In this study, we have analyzed the optimim route for integration of opreation line on TSR-TKR.

최근 러시아 정부는 독일 등 철도 운영 선진국들과 연계하여 시베리아 횡단철도(TSR)를 활성화하기 위한 전략을 수립하고 있다. 이렇듯 TSR의 활성화가 현실화 될 경우 해상운송화물의 일부가 TSR로 전환될 가능성이 있으며 또한 남북철도와 연결될 경우 부산항에서 철도를 통해 유럽까지 연결되는 새로운 화물운송루트가 만들어 지게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 TRS의 실제 수요자인 포워더와 화주, 경쟁 업체인 선사 및 기타운송업체들의 수송수단 선택요인을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 기존 해상운송의 대체 수단인 TSR의 경쟁력분석을 목적으로 한다.

Background: The tumor-stroma ratio (TSR) represents the percentage of neoplastic cell components compared to the combined area of neoplastic cells and the surrounding tumor-induced stroma. A low TSR (predomination of stromal component) has been demonstrated to be an independent adverse prognostic factor in cancers of several organs. In cervical carcinoma patients, TSR has been evaluated in only one previous study with different histological types. The present study aimed to assess the prognostic value of TSR in early stage cervical cancer patients with adenocarcinoma histology only. Materials and Methods: Histological slides of patients with early stage (IB-IIA) cervical adenocarcinoma who underwent surgical treatment between January 2003 and December 2011 were reviewed. Patients who had received preoperative chemotherapy were excluded. TSR was categorized as low (<50%) and high (${\geq}50%$). Correlations between TSR and clinicopathological variables were evaluated. Prognostic values of TSR and other variables were estimated using Cox's regression. Results: Of 131 patients; 38 (29.0%) had low TSR and 93 (71.0%) had high TSR. The patients with low TSR had significantly higher proportions of deep cervical stromal invasion (outer third of wall, p=0.011; residual stroma less than 3 mm, p=0.008) and parametrial involvement (p=0.026). Compared to the patients with high TSR, those with low TSR tended to have lower 5-year disease-free survival rate (83.8% versus 88.9%) and overall survival rate (85.6% versus 90.3%), although the differences were not statistically significant. Low TSR was significantly associated with decreased overall survival in univariate analysis (HR 2.7; 95% CI 1.0-7.0; p=0.041), but not in multivariate analysis. TSR was not significantly associated with decreased disease-free survival. Conclusions: Low TSR is associated with decreased overall survival in patients with early stage cervical adenocarcinoma treated by surgery. However, it was not found to be an independent prognostic predictor in this study.

We are going to build a direct railway line between Europe and Asia by connecting North-South line. It can reduce a transportation distance by above 10,000km. But problems of TSR which is most important line have been exposed such as backward facilities and operations. In this paper we find out problems of TSR in detail and show those improvements.

TSR(Trans Siberian Railway)노선은 남한과 북한, 일본, 중국등 동북아시아와 유럽대륙을 연결하는 기간 운송망으로 그간 많은 국가에서 이를 활용해 왔다. 일본의 경우는 1971년 3월 일본과 나호드카항로에 컨테이너 선박을 취항하여 유라시아컨테이너복합 운송망사업에 참여하였으며, 남한의 경우도 1980년 중반부터 TSR을 이용해 운송하기 시작하였다. 남한의 TSR을 이용한 운송실적은 1991년 25,648Teu에서 1999년에 42,560Teu로 계속증가하고 있는 실정으로 그중 남한과 러시아의 직교역이 약 58%를 차지하고, 러시아를 통과하는 화물이 42%에 이르고 있다. 우리나라의 주요 교역권은 아시아, 미주, 유럽 교역권으로 나눌 수 있다. 일반적으로 대량의 화물운송은 해상운송이 주를 이루지만 다른 지역과 다르게 유럽 교역권은 철도 운송이 가능하다. 또한, 중국의 성장으로 동북아 물류 중심지로서의 경쟁력이 약화된 우리나라는 지금의 경쟁구조와는 다른 방안인 철도운송에 주목할 필요가 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 연구에서는 한반도 종단 철도(TKR)와 시베리아 횡단철도(TSR)를 이용한 유럽 지역과의 운송 경로를 비교하여 경제성 분석에 주안점을 두었다. 분석의 요소로는 운송거리, 운송기간, 운송비, 추가비용을 중심으로 사용하였으며 분석 결과 6가지의 운송경로 중에서 TKR과 연계한 TSR(Route 1)이 경제적이라는 분석 결과가 나왔다. 따라서 향후 러시아 푸틴정부의 극동발전 전략에 대비하여 우리나라는 TKR과 TSR의 철도운송을 활용하는 것이 국가 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 방안이 될 것이다.

TSR (Trans-Siberian Railway) route is losing price competitiveness versus Deep Sea route in the transportation from East Asia to Europe, including Moscow. To further attracting the containers to the TSR route, it will be necessary (1) to keep competitive through rate, linked to fluctuating Deep Sea rate; (2) to strengthen speed advantage; (3) to enforce seamless transportation system, including simplified customs clearance procedures. In transportation to Central Asia from East Asia (Korea and Japan), TSR is competitive versus TCR (Trans-China Railway), depending on destinations. Korea has been the leader in revitalizing the TSR route since 2000. Key contributors were affluent export containers to Russia and Central Asia, port of Busan, efficient maritime transport network to Far East Russia, and Korean forwarders' persistent efforts for activating the market. Korea and Japan have a possibility of cooperation in using the TSR route efficiently, such as organizing a joint block train to a same destination.

본 연구는 조류발전 터빈의 블레이드 형상 최적화 해석 시스템 개발에 대한 사전연구의 일환으로 EDISON CFD의 프로펠러 단독성능 S/W와 SNUFOAM ShipMesh Advanced 자동격자생성기를 이용하여 조류발전 터빈 주위 유동장에 대한 수치해석을 수행하였다. TSR 조건 변화에 따라 수치해석을 수행하고 이에 대한 power, total coefficient를 동일한 조건에서 수행된 실험결과와 비교 검증하여 해석자의 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 또한, 블레이드 전체를 모델링한 full body 해석과 하나의 블레이드만을 모델링한 single body 해석 결과를 비교하여 경제적이면서 정도 높은 터빈 성능해석 프로세스를 제안하였다. 조류발전 터빈의 TSR 조건 변화에 따라 낮은 TSR 조건에서는 국부적 와동발생에 의해 $C_P$가 감소하는 것을 확인하였고 설계 TSR에서 가장 좋은 효율을 보임을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 suction side의 압력 분포, 팁 와동의 강도 등 성능개선을 위한 주요한 설계변수를 식별하였다.

Nowadays, road transportation which has played a key role in the market of both passenger and freight transportation is facing with a serious problem, the traffic congestion causing a delay of transportation. Therefore, railroad transportation is considered as an attractive alternative mode of inland transportation due to its inherent merits in mass transportation such as relatively low cost compared with road transportations, less air pollution and noise than other mode ets. In this paper, therefore, we examine the current situation of railroad transportation markets including TKR(Trans- Korean Railway}, TSR(Trans-Siberian Railway} and prospects for the connection of TKR-TSR. And then we examine the structure of the container transportation market by railroad in Korea with a brief analysis of the traffic volume of TKR-TSR.
