Electrical properties of Large-grain-size TIT with 7/7 ${\mu}m$ channel width and length which gate insulator is made of 20nm $SiO_2$ and 80nm $SiN_x$. was fabricated and measured with Large-grain-size technic(MICC) and compared to ELA technic's data. The field-effect mobility was decreased from 106.78 to $88.74\;cm^2$/Vs and threshold voltage also decreased from -1.8382 to -0.9529 V, when TFT process is changed from ELA technic to MICC technic. Subthreshold swing, also, increased from 0.22 to 0.32 V/dec and $I_{on/off}$ ratio decreased from $1.12{\times}10^8$ to $5.75{\times}10^7$.

The purpose of this study is to define the fundamentals of one symbolic concept, so calles vestment-sign, based on the logical relationship of sign system about the trichotomy by charles S. Peice's sign concept for the communication system of meaning in the non-linguistic image domain. To prove the argument of vestment-sign, I selected 3 type of vestment language by styliste, Elsa Schiaparel-li. The third image vestmental chosen here, titled“Larme-Illusion(1938)”,printed by Salvad-or Dali will produce one symbolic proposition as a logical result which is generated and developed through the interpretation of other images. First of all the text, which is manifested by Elsa Schiaparelli's first image vestmental, tit-led“Notation Musical(1937)”and is symbolized as one category in the representation of the form, is regarded symbolic and metaphorical from a standpoint that the title and the meaning is connected to the form. The second image vestment, titled“Ruches Noirs(1938)”represents externally splendid feminity man-ifested by the symbolic and metaphorical expression. And the purity of sensitivity aiming to humanity in the detail of the poetic feeling of naturalism makes us imagine the battle fild of furious sensitivity. Like as the result of the battle, the third image stimulated our eyesight with the“absence”of dressing function. The proposition of the text,《Death》which the third image delivers, constructs sign system to bring up a meaning with the disappearance of physical“signifier”. This establishment of the symbolic concept presents the etymological authority of symbol generation called“Design”.

This study simulates the operation of a 200 kW class micro gas turbine that is currently under development. The performance and operating characteristics depending on the load control scheme (constant turbine inlet temperature versus constant turbine exit temperature) and ambient condition were investigated using detailed component performance data. The sensitivities of operating parameters, such as the compressor surge margin and flow path temperatures, according to unit fuel flow change were predicted for a wide load range. The sensitivity analysis showed that the steady state calculation provided useful information about the maximum surge margin reduction during load change.

This study is about spin half add operations in 𝓑₂ and 𝓑₃. The burden of technological structures has increased due to the increase in the use of today's technological applications or the processes in the digital systems used. This has increased the importance of fast transactions and storage areas. For this, less transactions, more gain and storage space are foreseen. We have handle tit (triple digit) system instead of bit (binary digit). 729 is reached in 3⁶ in 𝓑₃ while 256 is reached with 2⁸ in 𝓑₂. The volume and number of transactions are shortened in 𝓑₃. The limited storage space at the maximum level is storaged. The logic connectors and the complement of an element in 𝓑₂ and the course of the connectors and the complements of the elements in 𝓑₃ are examined. "Carry" calculations in calculating addition and "borrow" in calculating difference are given in 𝓑₃. The logic structure 𝓑₂ is seen to embedded in the logic structure 𝓑₃. This situation enriches the logic structure. Some theorems and lemmas and properties in logic structure 𝓑₂ are extended to logic structure 𝓑₃.

This paper describes the GUI implementation of an intelligent embedded system which can be used for a personal information platform and an industrial mobile application system. It shows the architecture and the necessary structure and components of X Window graphic system. The embedded system used in this paper has low power and high performance processor, and has a large memory size with a nand-flash memory device. We configured the linux kernel with a TIT-LCD and touch screen device for the operation of X Window system. And we used GTK+2 for running application softwares on the platform embedded system. The GUI library of GTK+2 is useful for providing the same graphics programming environment with host Linux PC. We have developed in this paper the X Window system and the GUI environment for GTK+2 in a new embedded system, and verified the full operation of X Window system and application softwares using GTK+2. The embedded system with large memory size can be used in X Window application softwares for providing a personal information service with a mobile embedded system.

Due to the expiration of the 3D printer's patent, the articles covering the market activation and bright prospects for the future industry are being released. What are the requirements for the 3D printer to become popular like a general printer? To get the answer, on-line survey was performed for the activation of 3D printer. As a result, tit is observed that he public prefers creative printer and figure, and prefers to use through pay or free download rather than designing digital blueprint, which is output data. For the activation and popularization of 3D printer, figure is familiar to the public who are frequently exposed to image media contents, and it also has motivation factor to use and purchase 3D printer. For distribution of digital blueprint of figure content, the preparation of related law and regulation and activation of online market would be of help for activation of 3D printer.

Observations and video documentation of interactions between animals living in dens, cavities, and other enclosed spaces are difficult, but they play an important role in field biology, ecology, and conservation. For example, bird parents visiting nests and feeding their nestlings may provide crucial information for testing of ecological hypotheses and may easily attract attention of participants of citizen-science ecological and conservation projects. Because of the nest concealment of cavity-nesting birds, their behaviors in the nest can only be studied by using video surveillance. Professional wildlife surveillance systems are extremely expensive. Here, we describe an inexpensive video setup that can be constructed with relatively little effort and is more affordable than any previously described system. We anticipate that the relatively low cost of about 250 USD for a battery-operated system is an important feature for citizen-science type of projects and for applications in heavily populated areas where the potential for theft and vandalism may be high. Based on our experiences, we provide methodological advice on practical aspects of using this system in the field for ecological research on birds. We highlight the low cost, easiness of construction, and potential availability to a large number of observers taking part in wildlife monitoring projects, and we offer technical help to participants of such research projects.

This study investigated the current production of women's sportswear tights among a total of 813 yoga, gym and training tights on the market to provide basic data for the development of women's sportswear tight tops. The results found the following: First, according to the analysis of women's sportswear tight tops by brand, polyester, nylon and polyurethane were most used. In addition, elastic, breathable and quick-dry, sweat absorbent products were commonly found. In terms of design, crew neck and sleeveless styles were popular. In addition, mesh was frequently applied to the top of the chest and upper part of the back. The size was mostly marked in S, M and L, and the size range was very large by brand. For color, achromatic color was most common. In terms of price, 'KRW 50,000-100,000' was frequently found. Second, yoga tights were compared to gym & training wear. In the case of yoga tights, elastic, various products in diverse design (e.g., crew neck, sleeveless, long sleeve, etc.) and colors (e.g., red, black, etc.) made of breathable and water-absorbing fabric were most produced. In particular, a combination of mesh materials was common. In gym and training wear, crew neck and short-sleeve styles in achromatic color made of elastic, breathable and quick-dry, seat absorbing fabric were most produced.

In order to enhance the firmness and shelf-life of kimchi, as well as to increase the content of well-absorbed digestible calcium, the effect of calcium lactate (CaL) treatment of salted Chinese cabbage on pH, tit ratable acidity, total microbes, lactic acid bacteria, alcohol insoluble substance (AIS) content, firmness, mineral content and tissue structure were investigated. Treatment with the Cal solution increased pH and decreased titratable acidity, which was more pronounced at higher concentrations. The edible period evaluated by pH was 7～8 days for non-treated kimchi, 10 days for 1 % treated kimchi, 15 days for 2% treated kimchi and 20 days for 3% treated kimchi. Total microbes were reduced, but lactic acid bacteria counts were higher in the treated group. CaL treated kimchi showed higher AIS content and firmer texture, which was more conspicuous in the 2 and 3% CaL treated groups. Calcium content in kimchi fermented for 15 days was 40.75～41.53 mg%, which is 42～45% higher than that in the control group. The sodium content was 23～54% less in the treated groups. The epidermis and vascular bundle tissue of kimchi fermented for 15 day was damaged more severely in the control group than in the treated group. CaL treated kimchi has a crispier taste and the development of sour taste was delayed. Therefore, addition of CaL can produces a kimchi with high calcium as well as superior texture and shelf-life, when adjusting the concentration according to the fermentation periods.

This study was performed to compare the relationship between contact lens wearer and dry-eye patient. In this study, TBUT, SIT, TTT, Rose bengal staining and McMonnies dry eye symptom questionnaire were performed as a baseline. With the base data, the subjects were classified to 3 groups : 3S patients who have dry eye signs and symptoms, 38 patients who are wearing soft contact tenses, 35 subjects who have health eyes and never worn on a contact lenses as control subjects. Contact lens wearers were divided into 3 groups according to the duration of contact lens wear. There were no significant differences in TBUT, STT, TTT, Rose-bengal staining and McMonnies dry eye symptom questionnaire result between contact lens wearer group and dry eye patients group. We suggest that there are similarities in tear function tests between the dry-eye patient and the contact lens wearer.
