ATCIS 성능개량체계 만족 및 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the User Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention of the Improved Army Tactical Command Information System)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army. Design/methodology/approach Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships. Findings Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.

호텔주방의 HACCP 시스템적용 유무에 따른 조리종사원의 직무스트레스, 만족, 몰입의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Study of Job Stress, Satisfaction and Commitment of Cooking Employees in Hotel Kitchens with and without HACCP Systems)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to identify differences in job stress, satisfaction and commitment of cooking employees working in hotel kitchens with and without HACCP systems. Methods: Culinary employees of 12 five-star hotels were surveyed and 504 valid data were used for SPSS analysis. Sub factors of working environment factors (job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment) were examined for analysis. Results: The results showed that hotels that implemented the HACCP system had significantly higher values for the five sub factors of employee job stress (job demand, relationship conflict, organizational system, lack of job autonomy, and job instability; p<0.001). For the sub factors of job satisfaction (internal and external satisfaction) statistic showed a statistically significant value in hotels that did not implement the HACCP system (p<0.001). Job attachment and job importance, which are sub factors of job commitment, showed no difference in relation to the implementation of HACCP system, and job responsibility showed a higher p-value in hotels that did not implement HACCP (p<0.05). Conclusions: The results of the study indicate that culinary employees working at venues with HACCP systems have more job related stress, lower job satisfaction and partially less job commitment. Based on this outcome, venues that have already implemented or are planning to implement HACCP systems should consider the implications regarding their management of employees. Managerial policies that enhance autonomy, job stability, achievement, self-development, promotion, and compensation should also be implemented. Finally, meticulous attention and high investments into the work environment and human resources are necessary.

콜센터 고객정보시스템의 이용자 만족도 제고를 위한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Enhancing User Satisfaction of Customer Service Information Systems)

  • 경영정보시스템 분야 및 DeLone and McLean의 정보시스템 성공모형 등에 관한 연구들은 기업 등의 정보시스템 도입 및 이용을 통해 이용자 개인 및 기업 등의 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 관련 요소가 개발 운영되어야 함을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 콜센터 고객정보 시스템의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐구함에 있다. 근무환경 및 직무 만족에 관한 선행 연구와 수정된 DeLone and McLean의 정보시스템 성공모형을 이용한 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 콜센터 상담사원 539명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보시스템의 세 가지 품질이 근무환경, 직무만족, 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 11개 가설 중 7개 가설이 채택되었으며 둘째, 근무환경은 시스템 품질 및 정보 품질과 이용자 만족도간 부분매개를, 서비스 품질은 완전매개 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 시사점으로는 향후 정보시스템의 운영 성과가 제고될 수 있도록 이용자의 좋은 근무환경 구축 및 개선이 필요함을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, we suggested an evaluation model for satisfaction of e-Learning. This model was composed decision of evaluation criteria, analysis of consciousness structure for evaluation factors using the Fuzzy Structural Modeling method, decision of weights for evaluation factors considering intersectional dependence relations and evaluation of satisfaction of e-Learning. The case study of this model was done for comparative analysis between teachers and students of e-Learning in high school.

  • The objective of this paper is to develop an evaluation model for pilot informatization projects. There are relatively many researches on evaluation models for information systems. These previous researches, however, lack of comprehensive view of informatization Projects and pilot systems. We apply and test a hybrid evaluation model for to measure the success of pilot informatization projects. A user satisfaction model has been used and hypotheses are developed to find relationships of evaluation factors. The hypotheses have been tested with 51 user surveys. The result of this research can give an insight for the evaluation of pilot informatization projects.

  • E-commerce is now widely used as the new business opportunity for most companies in Korea. The purpose of this study is first to find the attributes of the logistics service quality in e-commerce environment. We, then, try to find the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The results of empirical study show that five attributes(responsiveness, empathy, reliability, accuracy and tangible) are identified as key factors of service quality. Customer satisfaction has also significant effect on repurchase intentions.

  • Ubiquitous computing is enhancing computer use by making many computers available throughout the physical environment without being noticed to the users. To facilitate successful adoption and diffusion of ubiquitous systems, it is important to find out the factors affecting their uses. Although researches related to ubiquitous computing have been vigorously conducted from the aspect of system and service provider, there have been very few studies that focus on the user's perspective. This study attempts to find out major factors which are dedicated to the development of ubiquitous systems and services and the relationships between these factors and user satisfaction factors. This study derived the specific factors that characterize ubiquitous services, such as ubiquity, contextual offer, user affinity, privacy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. We also considered service quality factors of ubiquitous services. Then these factors were combined with the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) model and the path analysis was applied to find out the factors affecting user satisfaction and the intention to use the systems. The research findings indicate that ubiquity, contextual offer, privacy, reliability, and responsiveness affect the perceived usefulness. The perceived ease of use and confirmation were found to affect the perceived usefulness. The perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and confirmation fumed out to influence the satisfaction. It turned out that the result of this study on the relationship between the perceived usefulness and user satisfaction was identical with the findings in previous related ECT researches. We think this study makes two significant contributions to the development of ubiquitous services. First, this study provides basic implications for better ubiquitous services by considering important characteristics of ubiquitous systems as services. Second, this study also suggests important factors that need to be considered when ubiquitous service providers develop new ubiquitous services to improve user satisfaction and the intention to use the services.

Attachment systems for mandibular implant overdentures: a systematic review

  • PURPOSE. The aim of this systematic review was to address treatment outcome according to attachment systems for mandibular implant overdentures in terms of implant survival rate, prosthetic maintenance and complications, and patient satisfaction. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A systematic literature search was conducted using PubMed and hand searching of relevant journals considering inclusion and exclusion criteria. Clinical trial studies on mandibular implant overdentures until August, 2010 were selected if more than one type of overdenture attachment was reported. Twenty four studies from 1098 studies were finally included and the data on implant survival rate, prosthetic maintenance and complications, patient satisfaction were analyzed relative to attachment systems. RESULTS. Four studies presented implant survival rates (95.8 - 97.5% for bar, 96.2 - 100% for ball, 91.7% for magnet) according to attachment system. Ten other studies presented an implant survival rate ranging from 93.3% to 100% without respect to the attachment groups. Common prosthetic maintenance and complications were replacement of an assay for magnet attachments, and activation of a matrix or clip for ball or bar attachments. Prosthetic maintenance and complications most commonly occurred in the magnet groups. Conflicting findings were found on the rate of prosthetic maintenance and complications comparing ball and bar attachments. Most studies showed no significant differences in patient satisfaction depending upon attachment systems. CONCLUSION. The implant survival rate of mandibular overdentures seemed to be high regardless attachment systems. The prosthetic maintenance and complications may be influenced by attachment systems. However patient satisfaction may be independent of the attachment system.

도서관자동화시스템 개선을 위한 현황 및 인식 연구 (A Study on the Current Status and Perception of Library Automation Systems for System Improvement)

  • 본 연구는 도서관자동화시스템에 대한 현황 분석을 기반으로 향후 개선 방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구에서는 KESLI와 KCUE 컨소시엄에 참여하는 기관의 담당 사서를 대상으로 설문을 진행함으로써 도서관자동화시스템의 현황과 만족도, 오픈소스 기반 도서관자동화시스템의 현황과 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 현재 도서관에서 사용하는 자동화시스템은 대부분 2000년대 혹은 2010년대에 외주도입 방식으로 개발되었으며, 도서관자동화시스템 전반에 대해서 50% 이상의 응답자가 만족 의견을 보였다. 전반적인 만족도는 개별 기능 만족도와 고객지원 서비스 만족도, 시스템의 구축 및 운영관리 만족도의 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었다. 현재 도서관자동화시스템은 대부분 오픈소스 혹은 클라우드를 활용하지 않고 있었으나 향후 활용 의사가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 3년 이내에 도입하겠다는 답변도 40% 이상을 차지했다. 본 연구는 향후 오픈소스기반 도서관자동화시스템 구축을 위한 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다
