The study undertakes an examination of nutrition labelling system and offers a strategic framework for improvement of the system in Korean context. Thus this study includes a review of Korean current nutrition labelling system (NLS), development of a strategy or a further study for its revision of NLS, and a suggestion of revised nutrition labelling guidelines. Participants were 600 university students in Busan and were asked to fill in a questionnaire. The data collected were processed with the SPSS statistical program to produce its frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation with One-Way Anova and Duncan Test. The findings are as follows: the levels of consumer's practical use and awareness of NLS are low, the levels of their trust and satisfaction and their necessity for NLS are low too. Consequently, the consumer's attitudes to NLS are not related to nutrition labelling method(? system).

This thesis is based on the study of necessity of an addressable emergency broadcasting system to improve evacuation performance in order to minimize human casualty by avoiding the initial evacuation after fires such as the multi-unit dwelling fire in Euijeongbu in 2015. To minimize the damage from fire generated in a complex internal structure such as modern buildings, introduction of adaptable emergency broadcasting system, could increase the efficiency of evacuation by preventing of initial mistaken evacuation directions by alerting the accurate location of fire to the occupants, is needed. As such, this study designed and fabricated the addressable emergency broadcasting system using the existing addressable system. Its performance was compared with a conventional emergency broadcasting system to confirm the necessity of the addressable emergency broadcasting system to improve evacuation performance. The test result showed that the addressable emergency broadcasting system decreased the evacuation time by up to 30.3% in a small-scale model evacuation performance experiment, up to 54.6% in a hallway evacuation performance experiment compared to the conventional emergency broadcasting system.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of counter terrorism system and to identify the causes of problems and to suggest alternatives by selecting legal and operational sectors based on theories of open systems and integrated systems. According to the results of the research, first, the degree of agreement on the open system and the integrated system is low with regard to the characteristics of the counter-terrorism system. Second, in relation to the importance and necessity of major factors of construction and operation of counter-terrorism system, counter-terrorism workers recognize that it is the most important and necessary. In the case of strengthening international cooperative system, the difference of recognition between importance and necessity was the biggest. The importance and necessity of reviewing the Anti-Terrorism Act for the protection of the public and public safety were relatively low, and the cooperation with the private sector showed the lowest importance and necessity. In the case of academic achievement, the average level of high school graduates is higher than that of professional high school graduates. Therefore, this research concludes that counter terrorism operation system with open and integrated system has to be applied to national counter terrorism operation structure in South Korea in increasing the quality and efficiency of nation counter terrorism response capability.

The standard and code of safety for diving systems include requirements in the area of diving plant, personnel qualification, diving medicine and operation. In this study the necessity of Korean standard and code of safety for diving system is suggested through the review and comparison of the diving system regulations of domestic as well as foreign governments and other private organizations. Furthermore, by reviewing the status of oversea's diving organizations the proposition was made which can lead the commercial diving sector to international cooperation.

In this paper, network management system(NMS) was developed using Ethernet network for several devices. Recently, due to the development of the information communication, network has been constructed several place. And management system using network has been studied due to the increment of necessity of remote control for industrial device. Agent board that necessity of NMS, was developed using general micro-controller, it operates like stand-alone network device, supports TCP/IP protocol suite, has the ability to connect to industrial device and communicates each other. Also manager base on MMI was developed, it operates with agent board and supports effective management. To prove this system UPS(uninterruptible power supply) is selected as the example of industrial device. Finally, experimental result verifies the communication between agent board and manager.

The need for this study must be considerable, as being activate of green roofs research that the organization and construction obtain access to more development technologies. Nevertheless, the green roofs system has begun to apply since 1980's, the green roofs technology was restricted to develop without verification of technologies such as a load or water leakage. There is a limit as urethane waterproofing to almost domestic waterproofing materials and methods of construction for general green roofs. The introduction of materials and methods of construction which are appropriated to property of green roofs could be a decisive factor in a long-range durability and economical maintenance cost, moreover. it support to variety construction system and organization. This present paper describes a necessity of waterproofing and root barrier system is one of the sub-organization based on green roofs construction. which have enormously large impact on the durability.

Block Grants System to the agriculture sector has been started from 2010. This paper has been studied for the effective Integrated Rural Development under Block Grants System. For this, project evaluation items and indicators (PEI) were studied by internal and external example and specialist questionnaire on project evaluation. As the result of study, necessity of project, faith of project, efficiency of project, utilization of resources and operating capability were established in planning step, and most important PEI was established the necessity of project. And in enforcement step, performance result, monitering, capability, achievement and maintenance were established, and most important PEI was established performance results. Finally, monitering, capability, achievement and maintenance were established in completion step.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a necessity and development of radiation counsellor qualifications system for the public to solve the anxiety and the curiosity about radiation exposure. We analyzed the definition and role of radiation counsellor and define radiation counsellor qualifications system. Qualification is given to those who have completed the professional training course organized by Korea Energy Information Culture Agency (KEIA). Since 2014, KEIA has been conducting radiation counsellor training, Examination and certification. This system continues to promote efforts to disseminate and develop the right knowledge about radiation risk and information of radiation risk to the public. Also, it is thought that radiation counsellors could be able to fulfill the roles needed in society through legislation for the mandatory placement of radiation counsellors.
