In recent years, the logic circuits of high function have been developed to VLSI by the radical advancement of semi-conductor technologies. Under the above influence, it has become possible to design the special VLSI chips for high speed of numerical value processing, wide-band, image processing, etc. And, the development of the VLSI from various kinds of software package has become quite possible. This paper is to propose the technical skill of hardware design about general software package (BMD). The decrease of speed of former statistics processing caused by depending on software only is improved by hardware. In regard of design algorithm, the main system will be able to be established by considering of special feature of statistics. As a result, the complexity of software package is excluded by hardware. And, the efficiency is improved by high speed processing.

The design of a battery package and a BMS module for applications using seawater rechargeable batteries, which are known as next-generation energy storage devices, is proposed herein. Seawater rechargeable batteries, which are currently in the initial stage of research, comprise primarily components such as anode and cathode materials. Their application is challenging owing to their low charge capacity and limited charge/discharge voltage and current. Therefore, we design a method for packaging multiple cells and a BMS module for the safe charging and discharging of seawater rechargeable batteries. In addition, a prototype seawater rechargeable battery package and BMS module are manufactured, and their performances are verified by evaluating the prevention of overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short circuit during charging and discharging.

The role of Community Health Practitioner(CHP) should be continuously adapted to the social changes and the needs for health care services. That is the reason CHP needs to be retrained through the continuing education program. This paper showed CHP's roles to be reinforced by analyzing his present . task performance and ability in seven task areas as well as the changes of the social environment. In addition, this paper presented retraining areas needed for the reinforcement of the CHP's role in the future, and the development strategy of related continuing education package. The major results are as follows: 1. CHP's main practice area is health care services and management & guidance, whereas the development of health information system is neglected. 2. As a result, CHP plays a role mainly as a health care supplier, a consultant and a health instructor. Therefore CHP's roles to be reinforced are management of the community health system, act as a spokesman and a team member, promotion, assessment, collection & maintenance of information, coordination and research. 3. The areas to be reinforced in CHP's continuing education are (]) aged people's health, (2)?drinking & smoking, (3)?young people's health(including drug and sexualissues), (4) rehabilitation, (5)?administration and management for community health, (6)?partnership & membership, (7) local residents' participation and community development, (8) collection & treatment of health information and (9) environmental issues for community health. 4. The priority in developing continuing education package should be given to the area, which is encountered often in rural area but important, and has a good opportunity to be resolved. The health management of aged people was selected as a top priority by members of the Community Nursing Academic Society. 5. It is recommended that the instruction materials be accommodated to the small scale workshop or seminar in order that CHPs can participate actively in the continuing education program.

Copper via filling is the important factor in 3-D stacking interconnection of SiP (system in package). As the packaging density is getting higher, the size of via is getting smaller. When DC electroplating is applied, a defect-free hole cannot be obtained in a small size via hole. To prevent the defects in holes, pulse and pulse reverse current was applied in copper via filling. The holes, $20\and\;50{\mu}m$ in diameter and $100{\sim}190\;{\mu}m$ in height. The holes were prepared by DRIE method. Ta was sputtered for copper diffusion barrier followed by copper seed layer IMP sputtering. Via specimen were filled by DC, pulse and pulse-reverse current electroplating methods. The effects of additives and current types on copper deposits were investigated. Vertical and horizontal cross section of via were observed by SEM to find the defects in via. When pulse-reverse electroplating method was used, defect free via were successfully obtained.

This paper deals with the design of BLDC motor replacing ferrite magnet with rare earth magnet. Electric machinery system using ferrite magnet motor is already widespread in large numbers. Electrical appliance makers have a tendency to adhere to existing system using ferrite magnet motors because of redesigning the whole system. This paper designs the rare earth magnet motor untouching the external system dimension and motor outer size. To do the design simply, finite element package is used iteratively To reduce the cogging torque effect and magnetic saturation, stator yoke shape and the groove of the end face of yoke are redesigned.

In this paper, we analyzed the adjacent channel interference of the LTE band 40 defined by 3GPP on the WLAN system based on the Monte-Carlo method, and found the guard band required for compatibility between the two systems. This study have a difference compared to the previous studies about cell radius was determined using Extended Hata Model considering practical environment, interference protection distance related to guard band, and the spectrum emission mask improvement effect for minimizing the interference. Simulation results, for no channel interference compatibility of LTE and WLAN for mobile satellite wireless package system, we can find the need 15MHz guard band at specified spectrum emission mask and 10MHz guard band at assumed spectrum emission mask.

This paper reviews the current development of an ultra-slim SiP for Radio Frequency (RF) application, in which three flip chips, additional passive components and Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters are integrated side-by-side. A systematic investigation is carried out for the design optimization, process and reliability improvement of the package, which comprises several aspects: a design study based on the 3D thermo-mechanical finite element analysis of the packaging, the determination of stress, warpage distribution, critical failure zones, and the figuration of the effects of material properties, process conditions on the reliability of package. The optimized material sets for manufacturing process were determined which can reduce the number of testing samples from 75 to 2. In addition the molded underfilling (MUF) process is proposed which not only saves one manufacturing process, but also improves the thermo-mechanical performance of the package compared with conventional epoxy underfilling process. In the end, JEDEC's moisture sensitivity test, thermal cycle test and pressure cooker tests have also been carried out for reliability evaluation. The test results show that the optimized ultra-slim SiP has a good reliability performance.

Online-ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) has been receiving attention from the international community as a means of alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes in both small and mass international e-commerce. The EU Parliament and the Council proposed the Online Dispute Resolution Regulation for Consumer Disputes (hereafter, "EU Consumer ODR Regulation") and the Directive on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes (hereafter, "EU Consumer ADR Directive") as a legislative package, now scheduled to be adopted. Those efforts strengthen consumer protection by enhancing ODR in international e-commerce and improving of the functions of the e-commerce market. The EU Consumer ADR and ODR regulation package will operate in conjunction with the ODR platform as a single point across Europe, abandoning the ADR system of each member. Consumers and traders who need dispute resolution apply on the EU ODR platform linked website, and the applications are distributed to individual ADR institutions in accordance with the Rules and Procedure of ADR institutions in the respective country. Although there has been partial progress in Korea for ODR programs such as the establishment of the Online Administrative Trial and the procedures of individual ADR agencies operating through the website, existing norms do not fully support the system. At this point, we see many implications of the EU Consumer ADR and ODR regulation package on the direction chosen for domestic ADR and ODR policy and legislation. This study introduces the main features and content of the EU Consumer ADR Directive (draft) and ODR Regulation provisions, and describes the direction of domestic policy and legislation regarding Online-ADR.

Induced voltage causing disturbances on the communication lines of electric train is dealt with when the AT power supply system is employed. In the paper we obtain an algorithm to calculate the induced voltages on the communication lines in the AT system and an algorithm for the induced current in case of the accident that the line falls to the ground. These algorithms are developed to a package of computer programs and their validity was checked on a simulated system.
