해상풍력 기술의 사회-기술시스템 전환과정에 관한 탐색적 사례연구 (The Case Study on the Niche Experimentation in Offshore Wind Renewable Energy Transition)

  • 새로운 에너지 기술이 기존 사회시스템과 공존하며 확산되는 과정은 저탄소 사회로의 전환을 위해 꼭 필요하지만 어려운 여정이다. 정부주도로 추진되고 있는 서남해 2.5GW 해상풍력사업은 대용량 신재생에너지발전을 중앙전력계통으로 연계하는 것을 목표로 추진되고 있다. 따라서 성공적인 해상풍력 발전의 도입을 위해서는 기존 사회기술시스템의 전환도 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 다층적 관점과 전략적 니치관리를 방법론으로 해상풍력기술의 니치전략 적용에 대한 에너지 시스템 전환을 분석한다. 연구결과로서 새로운 기술이 기존 레짐(regime) - 환경상황(landscape)과 연계, 소통을 거쳐 성장하는 과정을 다층적으로 분석하고 에너지체제와 신기술의 관계의 변화를 구조화 하였다. 또한 전략적 니치관리 연구를 적용하여 니치실험 착수단계에서 내재하는 장애요인을 진단하고 해상풍력 실증사업 지연의 원인을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 해상풍력 니치기술이 에너지체제와 다양한 제도 속에서 안정적으로 성장할 수 있다는 실천적 시사점을 도출하였다.

강체전차선로 이행구간 Heavy Simple Catenary 적용을 위한 압상량 고찰 (A Study on the Uplift for Applying of Heavy Simple Catenary System in a Overhead Rigid Conductor Rail Transition Section)

  • The transition section of the overhead rigid conductor rail (ORCR) consists of a direct induction device and a limit point to prevent the power supply failure and failure of the electric railway vehicle pantograph due to the difference of the uplift in the catenary line. In T-Bar transition section, a twin simple catenary is mostly installed between the overhead catenary system (OCS) in the ground section and the ORCR in the underground section. In this paper, we compare and analyze the possibility of replacing the twin simple catenary with heavy simple catenary. The reliability of numerical analysis results was confirmed by comparing field test with numerical results. Comparing the numerical results of the twin simple catenary with the heavy simple catenary in the transition section, the difference uplift is 5.9[mm] on average. When applying heavy simple catenary instead of twin simple catenary, the slight difference of uplift can be compensated by adjusting the height of hanger-ear or support bracket.

  • Flight modes of automatic flight control system for light general aviation flight deck. Garmin G1000, were realized using Stateflow. In developing aircraft, it is difficult to verify the operational flight program in particular branch statement because developer can not see any visual logical steam. So, Stateflow has been used to visualize logical stream, transition from one flight mode to another flight mode. The performance was approved by applying flight mode transition conditions of G1000 to proposed transition system that is composed of states, switches, events, data and transition conditions. DURMI-II was used as 6-DOF simulation model.

발전수단 전환이 우리나라 경제와 환경에 미치는 영향분석 (Impact Analysis of Transition in Electricity Generation System on a National Economy and Environmental Level in Korea: a Recursive CGE Modeling Approach)

  • This paper attempted to analyze impacts of transition in electricity generation system on a national economy and environmental level in Korea using a recursive computable general equilibrium(CGE) model. In particular, the paper presented a hybrid model combining the top-down CGE model with the bottom-up model which describes the structure of electricity production in detail. The impacts were analyzed by two policy scenarios base on the basic plan for electricity supply and demand proposed by the Korean government. As a result, the paper specifically showed that there exists a trade-off relationship in the policy-making between economic efficiency and environmental level. The paper also suggested that the transition in electricity generation system should be done more gradually and carefully.

  • 이 논문은 지속가능한 사회·기술시스템으로의 전환을 지향하는 기업의 혁신활동 특성을 논의한다. 우리 사회의 지속가능한 전환을 위해 사회문제 해결에서 기업활동의 '목적'을 찾고 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 구현하고 있는 기업을 '전환지향적 기업'으로 정의한다. 이 논문은 시스템 전환론의 틀을 활용해서 1) 전환비전과 임무설정, 2) 전환을 위한 비즈니스 모델 혁신, 3) 전환을 위한 네트워크 형성, 4) 전환의 정당성 확보 측면에서 전환지향적 기업 혁신활동의 주요 특성을 살펴본다. 그리고 사례연구를 통해 전환지향적 기업혁신 활동에 대한 가설과 이슈를 토의한다. 사례연구 기업은 생활자·시민중심의 예방·치료·돌봄통합시스템을 지향하고 있는 한국에자이다.

Aero-Optical Diagnostic Technique for the Hypersonic Boundary Layer Transition on a Flat Plate

  • A new cross disciplinary conception of transitional aero-optics is built up during analyzing and measuring the linkage between the hypersonic boundary layer transition on a flat plate and the jittering characteristics of the small-aperture beam through that boundary layer. Based on that conception, the Small-Aperture Beam Technique (SABT) and high-speed Imaging Camera System (ICS) used in aero-optical studies are considered as new techniques for the assessment of the hypersonic transition in the boundary layer on a flat plate. In the FD-20 gun tunnel, for the free stream parameters with Mach number of 8 and unit Reynolds number of $1{\times}10^7$ (1/m), those two optical techniques are used to measure the jitter of the small-aperture beam. At the same free stream parameters, the distribution of the heat transfer along the centerline of the flat plate is also measured by the thin film resistance gauge technique. The results show the similarity of the increase trend between the heat transfer and the jitter of the small-aperture beam in the transitional region. It helps us to surmise that it may be feasible to diagnose the transition in a hypersonic boundary layer on a flat plate by means of those above optical techniques.

  • The possiblity of the existence of a spontaneous relaxor-normal ferroelectric transition was proposed and examined using 1~5 mol% PbZrO3-doped Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PNN-PT) systems having tetragonal symmetry at rom temperature. On cooling, the system with 60mol% Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 underwent a spontaneous transition from a relaxor to a normal ferroelectric state. A microscopic examination demonstrates that the relaxornormal ferroelectric transition corresponds to a micro-macro domain switching accompanied with thermoelastic martensitic transformation. The long-range macrodomains below the transition temperature were characterized by twinlike 90$^{\circ}$macrodomains with tetragonal symmetry. The relaxor-normal ferroelectric transition was further correlated with the rhombohedral-tetragonal first-order structural transition.

  • 표면상변이 현상은 표면 흡착입자들 사이에 강력한 인력포텐셜이 존재할 경우 일어나는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 표면상변이 현상의 강인력 의존성을 간단한 점유통계를 이용하여 고찰하였다. 압력이 임계점에 도달하였을 때 표면 결정화가 급속히 진행되는 상변이 효과가 나타났으며, 온도가 증가함에 따라서 상변이가 일어나는 임계압력은 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 표면상변이 현상에 대한 정성적 고찰로 사료된다.

  • We investigate the fragmentation process developed by Kolmogorov and Filippov, which has been studied extensively by many physicists (independently for some time). One of the most interesting phenomena is the shattering (or disintegration of mass) transition which is considered a counterpart of the well known gelation phenomenon in the coagulation process. Though no masses are subtracted from the system during the break-up process, the total mass decreases in finite time. The occurrence of shattering transition is explained as due to the decomposition of the mass into an infinite number of particles of zero mass. It is known only that shattering phenomena occur for some special types of break-up rates. In this paper, by considering the n-particle system of stochastic fragmentation processes, we find general conditions of the rates which guarantee the occurrence of the shattering transition.

  • Given a directed graph, we can determine how the user's preference moves from one product item to another. In this graph called "preference transition network", each node represents the product item while its edge pointing to the other nodes represents the transition of user's preference. However, with the large number of items make the network become more complex, unclear and difficult to be interpreted. In order to address this problem, this paper proposes a visualization technique in preference transition analysis based on recency and frequency. By adapting these two elements, the semantic meaning of each item and its transition can be clearly identified by its different types of node size, color and edge style. The experiment in a sales data has shown the results of the proposed approach.
