소형 비행기 동력장치에 관한 신규 인증요건 분석 (Study on New Airworthiness Requirements of Powerplant System for the Small Airplane)

  • 우리나라 민간 소형 비행기 동력장치의 감항기준은 KAS Part 23(소형 비행기)과 Part 33(엔진)에서 규정하고 있다. 이 기준은 미연방항공청(FAA)의 FAR Part 23 및 Part 33과 유럽항공안전청(EASA)의 CS-23 및 CS-E와 동등한 체계를 갖는다. FAA와 EASA는 소형 비행기의 감항기준을 전면 개정하였다. 설계 방식과 적합성 입증방법을 지정한 규범적 규정에서 안전한 성능을 달성하도록 목표를 지정하는 성능기반형 규정으로 전환한 것이다. 이러한 개념적 전환에 따라 동력장치 감항기준 또한 기존의 요건에서 대폭 변경되었다. 이에 따라 FAA의 동력장치 인증요건 개정 사항을 살펴보고 우리나라의 감항기준 개정 방향을 고찰하였다.

  • 원자력 발전소의 디지털 제어 시스템에 적용되는 소프트웨어는 안전성이 중요시되는 safety-critical 소프트웨어로, 충분한 수준의 안전성을 보장하기 위해서 여러 기법들이 적용되고 있다. 특히, 정형명세 기법은 개발의 초기 단계에서 소프트웨어 요구 사항들을 명확하고 완전하게 명세 하도록 유도함으로써 안전성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 기법으로 인정받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자력 발전소 디지털 제어 시스템 소프트웨어의 요구 사항 명세에 적합하도록 개발된 정형명세 기법인 NuSCR을 논의한다. 또한, 개발된 NuSCR의 적용성을 검토하기 위해, 현재 KNICS 사업단에서 개발중인 발전소보호계통 소프트웨어의 요구사항을 정형 명세 한 경험을 소개하고 있다. 또한, 원자력 도매인에 특화된 정형명세 기법인 NuSCR의 우수성도 실례를 들어 설명하고 있다.

  • 최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경의 보안 위협에 대응하기 위한 클라우드 보안관제시스템 도입이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 클라우드 보안관제시스템에 대한 보안 요구 사항 분석이 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 연구는 요구사항을 도출하는 과정에서 클라우드의 가상환경과 보안관제시스템의 데이터 흐름 등을 반영하지 못한 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 위협 모델링 분석과정에서 클라우드 보안관제시스템의 정보자산을 식별하여 클라우드 가상환경의 세부적인 구성요소를 시각화하고, 데이터 흐름을 반영하여 보안 위협을 분석하는 과정이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 연구를 개선한 위협 모델링 분석을 통해, 클라우드 보안관제시스템의 보안 요구 사항을 도출한다.

  • With the development of autonomous driving technology, as the use of software in vehicles increases, the complexity of the system increases and the difficulty of development increases. Developments that meet ISO 26262 must be carried out to reduce the malfunctions that may occur in vehicles where the system is becoming more complex. ISO 26262 for the functional safety of the vehicle industry proposes to consider functional safety from the design stage to all stages of development. Specifically at the software level, the requirements to be complied with during development and the requirements to be complied with during verification are defined. However, it is not clearly expressed about specific design methods or development methods, and it is necessary to supplement development guidelines. The importance of analysis and verification of requirements is increasing due to the development of technology and the increase of system complexity. The vehicle industry must carry out developments that meet functional safety requirements while carrying out various development activities. We propose a process that reflects the perspective of system engineering to meet the smooth application and developmentrequirements of ISO 26262. In addition, the safety analysis/verification FMEA processforthe safety of the proposed ISO 26262 function was conducted based on the FCAS (Forward Collision Avoidance Assist System) function applied to autonomous vehicles and the results were confirmed.   • This paper presents a semi-automatic methodology to synthesize executable digital controller saftware in a multi-loop control system. A digital controller is described by a task graph and end-to-end timing requirements. A task graph denotes the software structure of the controller, and the end-to-end requirements establish timing relationships between external inputs and outputs. Our approach translates the end-to-end requirements into a set of task attributes such as task periods and deadlines using nonlinear optimization techniques. Such attributes are essential for control engineers to implement control programs and schedule them in a control system with limited resources. In current engineering practice, human programmers manually derive those attributes in an ad hoc manner: they often resort to radical over-sampling to safely guarantee the given timing requirements, and thus render the resultant system poorly utilized. After task-specific attributes are derived, the tasks are scheduled on a single CPU and the compiled kernel is synthesized. We illustrate this process with a non-trivial servo motor control system.

  • 이 논문은 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처 접근을 기반으로 시스템 수준의 철도안전정보지원시스템의 안전 요소에 대한 요구사항 개발에 관한 내용이다. 모델링은 다음과 같은 절차를 따른다. 첫째로, 요구사항은 EIA-632프로세스를 따른다. 또한 관련 전문가의 도움을 받아 사고기반 시나리오를 개발한다. 개발된 시나리오는 DoDAF모델을 지원하는 CASE 도구의 지원을 받아 구현한다. 이 결과는 시스템관련 종사자의 이해를 돕는다.

  • The AS9100 standard builds upon the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system requirements(in their entirety) and defines additional quality management system requirements for the aerospace industry. The 9100 standard on quality management system requirements is intended to be used at all levels of the supplier chain. The International Aerospace Quality Group has released a revision to 9100 for the aviation, space and defense industries. This change aims at improvement on quality, schedule and cost performance by adopting new requirements based on stakeholders' needs. This paper is to review how the AS9100 QMS Requirement has been established and improved, and to communicate the significant changes from AS9100, Rev. B to Rev. C focusing on reasons for revisions. The proposed schedule and considerations on the transition of the changes to Rev. C are also dealt with in this paper.

  • Although the livestock excretion is a significant resource in providing nutrients to the crops as it is recycled, it has been perceived as the cause of environmental pollutions for its inappropriate treatment and quality control issues. The study is aimed to develop an integrated management system for efficient management of livestock excretion using the Ubiquitous technology, and the user requirements are analyzed for development of such system. As the result of analysis on the requirements, it has been proved that such system is perceived to be necessary and the demand for several main functions can be seen as well.

노인장기요양보험 방문간호서비스 수행도와 필요도 : 오마하시스템 문제분류체계를 이용하여 (Performance and Requirements of Visiting Nursing Care in Long-Term Care Insurance Using the OMAHA System)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare between performance and requirements of visiting nursing care in long-term care insurance using the OMAHA system. Methods: The subjects were 72 nurses who had worked in a visiting nursing care center in long-term care insurance. Data were collected from December 5, 2016 to January 31, 2017 using self-recorded questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests. Results: Four dimensions of the OMAHA system showed statistically significant differences between performance and requirements of visiting nursing care in long-term care insurance. The requirements of visiting nursing care were higher than was performance on all 40 items of the OMAHA system. The greatest difference was in environmental domain and then the psychosocial domain. Conclusion: Based on the results, we found that the environmental and psychosocial domains were the largest gap areas. Therefore, with the reality of elderly people living alone and the increase in elderly couples, active intervention connected with the community is needed in residential areas. Further, we suggest that the OMAHA system can be utilized as an integrated conceptual framework for developing and enhancing visiting nursing care in long-term care insurance.

구매엔지니어링 관리지원시스템 상세 설계 사례 연구 (Design of the Procurement Engineering Support System : A Case Study)

  • This paper is based on the interim result of ongoing research and development project to develop a software system which support procurement activities, namely PeMSS (Procurement Engineering Management Support System). PeMSS is a system that enables development requirements for each equipment and help designing equipment meeting the purchase requirements. Procurement at EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) and operational stage of a plant is an important area that determines the integrity and profitability of the plant. Procurement of unsuitable equipment due to selection of suppliers that do not meet or omit critical requirements in purchase specification can result in enormous cost increase due to such as delay in EPC project, unsatisfactory performance and reduced plant operation time. In spite of the importance of the procurement engineering, there is a lack of support system for systematic preparation of purchase specification, so development of the procurement specification is basically relying on the experience of the engineers in charge. Accordingly, it is needed to develop the PeMSS to help procurement engineers develop procurement specification based on systems engineering approach. This paper introduces the design of the PeMSS.
