We consider the inverse shadowing property of a dynamical system which is an "inverse" form of the shadowing property of the system. In particular, we show that every Morse-Smale system f on a compact smooth manifold has the inverse shadowing property with respect to the class $\mathcal{T}_h(f)$ of continuous methods generated by homeomorphisms, but the system f does not have the inverse\mathrm{T} shadowing property with respect to the class $\mathcal{T}_c(f)$ of continuous methods.

Marriage forms a minimal social unit. Marriage can affect not only relative relationship but also possession of property. Regarding legal issues related to marriage, mainly the civil law, especially the family law section, regulates. However, marriage has also a significant legal effect in terms of taxation. This article deals with the taxation of gift tax among them. In Korea, if you give more than 600 million won in assets to your husband and wife, the donee must pay the gift tax. However, there has been little research into the influence of the marital property system on the taxation of gift tax on the donation between married couples. There are two legislative approaches to the attribution of property held by married couples. The one is separate property system, the other is community property system. Under separate property system, husband and wife own property separately. The community property system recognizes marital property of married couple as a common property of married couple. The legal property system in Korea is separate property system. However, married couples can adopt the community property system as a marital property system by their agreement. Currently, most Korean couples are subject to separate property system as a marital property system. There is no legal problem to levy the gift tax on the donation between couples who are subject to separate property system. The problem is the donation of asset between couples who are subject to the community property system. In community property system, most property acquired during marriage (except for gifts or inheritances) is considered community property. community property means property owned jointly by both partners. Some argue that the gift tax can not be taxed between married couples who are subject to the community property system. In this paper, we examine whether these arguments are valid.

The inverse shadowing property of a dynamical system is an "inverse" form of the shadowing property of the system. Recently, Kloeden and Ombach proved that if an expansive system on a compact manifold has the shadowing property then it has the inverse shadowing property. In this paper, we study topological stability of the inverse shadowing dynamical systems. In particular, we show that if an expansive system on a compact manifold has the inverse shadowing property then it is topologically stable, and so it has the shadowing property.

Software system modeling has a goal for finding and solving system's problems by describing and analyzing system model in formal notations. Petri nets, as graphical formalism, have been used in describing and analyzing the software systems such as parallel systems, real-time system, and protocols. In the analysis of Petri nets, general system properties such as deadlock and liveness are analyzed by the reachability analysis. On the other side, specific properties such as functional requirements and constraints are checked by model-checking. However, since these analysis methods are based on enumeration of ail possible states, there nay be state explosion problem, which means that system states exponentially increase as the size of system is larger. In this paper, we propose a new method for mechanically checking system properties with avoiding state explosion problem. At first, system properties are described in property nets then the system model and the property net are composed and analyzed. In the compositional analysis, system parts irrelevant to the specific property are reduced to minimize the analysis domain of the system. And it is possible to mechanically check whether a specific property is satisfied or not.

In this paper we deal with the preservation of the periodic shadowing property of induced hyperspatial systems. More precisely, we show that an expansive system has the periodic shadowing property if and only if its induced hyperspatial system has the periodic shadowing property.

Since a declaration between North and South Korea was adopted, North and South Korea has strengthened the interchange and cooperation between each other in many fields. Especially, the interchange and cooperation in the field of industrial property right, such as patent and trademark, are required to keep up with the age of the knowledge industry. But, until a recent date, there has been little interchange or cooperation in the field of industrial property right, and a few major companies were attempt to apply for the patent in North Korea through the Third country The system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea are very different because of time and political ideology barriers. To unify the system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, firstly, North and South Korea must try to recognize and understand the dissimilarity between them. In this article, I compared the system of industrial property law of South Korea with that of North Korea to search commonalities and dissimilarities. Furthermore, it is needed to establish systematic devices for understanding of between North and South Korea, for instance, conducting a interdisciplinary seminar or dispatching a judge mutually. Finally, it is necessary to phase in a practical plan for unification. In the short run, mutual application and registration have to be authorized, and in the long view, unifying the practice of industrial property law service is needed. At the conclusion, the industrial property laws in North and South Korea can be unified systematically. In other words , to unify system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, it is prerequisite that mutual understanding of industrial property laws and performance of the unify plan. The interchange and cooperation in this field will not only promote technical development but also create common interests of North and South Korea by expanding an opportunity for creating and utilizing industrial property.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of quality property of hospital information system, the quality level, and its effects. The participants were 730 employees who are using hospital information system in hospitals. In order to analyze the relationship, the quality property regulates the consideration of user's taste and the state of user's favor for the design of hospital information system, and the quality level regulates user's convenience and properness. The main results from this study can be summarized as follows, First, the perception of quality property for hospital information system showed few significance level between occupation, but revealed significance level between position. The evaluation of quality level showed significance level depending on the occupation and position. Second, quality property which generally affects to the quality level of the hospital information system were different between types of occupation and quality factor.

In this paper, we give the notion of the D-shadowing property, D-inverse shadowing property for dynamical systems. and investigate the density of D-shadowing dynamical systems and the D-inverse shadowing dynamical systems. Moreover we study some relationships between the D-shadowing property and other dynamical properties such as expansivity and topological stability.

The 21/sup st/ century is a society based on knowledge, so in economic activities, it has emphasized the importance of information such as intellectual property or intangible asserts. Especially, according to the agreement on trade related as parts of intellectual property rights in WTO, it is used as the method of commercial entente and monopoly for intellectual property in an advanced nation. For this reason, WIPO and UNESCO discussed a complement for intellectual property on the foundation of traditional knowledge such as traditional knowledge (TK), genetic resources (GR) and traditional cultural expressions (TCE, folklore). Korea has a lot of knowledge falling under TK, GR, and TCE because of the long history of the country. In the case of traditional medical care, it has been used in the public health system. It is hard to apply these rights to traditional medical care of Korea because the laws of intellectual property have been established under the ideas of western culture. It is necessary to improve the classification system of traditional knowledge and patents. In the patent classified system of IPC, it needs to be related to the research between the classified system for massive technology and the classified system for traditional clinic technology.

Korea continues to invest in the IT industry and is currently regarded as one of the five major powerhouses in the field of intellectual property. However, it is evaluated that this status is only limited, and the level of intellectual property protection and dispute resolution does not reach a level commensurate with the status of one of the five major intellectual property powers. To address these problems, the Korean government has enacted the Arbitration Industry Promotion Act in 2017, which aims to strengthen national competitiveness by fostering the arbitration system as an industry and provide systematic support so that the arbitration industry can become a future growth engine. In addition, in accordance with Article 3 of the 「Arbitration Industry Promotion Act」, the Minister of Justice must establish "the Basic Plan for Arbitration Industry Promotion" every 5 years. Great efforts must be put into establishing an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) system at the KCAB for five years from 2024 to 2028, the Second Basic Plan for the Promotion of the Arbitration Industry period. Under these circumstances, this study presents implications and improvement measures for the development of the intellectual property-related arbitration system to protect Korea's intellectual property rights and contribute to more active intellectual property creation. In particular, this study proposes a plan to build an one-stop digital platform for KCAB to implement an efficient ODR system.
