이동통신사 서비스 요인과 전환혜택이 고객만족도와 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effects that Service Factors of Telecommunication Company and Switching Benefit Influence to the Customer Satisfaction and Switching Intention)

  • This study looks for the service factors influencing to conversion among the domestic telecommunication companies and finds out the effect which the switching benefit affect the customer satisfaction and the switching intention. Eight service factors of the telecommunication company such as usability, call quality, terminal quality, auxiliary service, rates, after service, application and brand image are selected and verified using the structural equation model. Auxiliary service, rates and brand image give positive (+) effects to the customer's satisfaction, but the application gives negative (-) effects to the customer's satisfaction. Switching benefit affects significantly to the switching intention, but not to the customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction gives a positive effect to the switching intention. The telecommunication service factors influence to customer satisfaction and switching intention, and switching benefit also influences to switching intention. It was analyzed that the significant influencing service factors were a little different among the telecommunication companies.

의류소비자의 체면중시와 관계혜택이 전환행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Customers' Chemyeon and Relationship Benefits on Switching Behavior for Apparel Purchases)

  • This study investigated factors influencing consumers' switching behavior in apparel purchasing situation. As customer switching behavior is getting more and more important, a considerable amount of researches have focused on how service providers acquire and sustain customers. The field of customers' switching behavior has been relatively well researched over the years, at least from the perspective of the cultural value(Chemyen). The purpose of this study is to understand customer' switching behavior to relationship benefits and Chemyeon. The sample was consisted on 182 females over 20 years old living in Ulsan and Gyungnam province. The data was analyzed by frequency, reliability, factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Findings showed that Chemyeon was shown to reduce customer' switching behavior. Also, three factors of relationship benefits(economic benefit, social·psychological benefit, and special treatment benefit) had negative effects on customer' switching behavior.

멀티태스킹에서 자발적 과제전환에 의한 인지적 이득과 손실 (Cognitive Cost and Benefit from Voluntary Task Switching in Multitasking)

  • 멀티태스킹은 이제 일상이 되었다. 자발적으로 하고 있던 일을 중단하고, 다른 것으로 전환하는 행동이 점점 쉬워지고 잦아지고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구에 따르면 과제전환은 대부분 인지적 비용을 야기시킬 뿐이다. 본 연구에서는 자발적 과제전환으로 인지적 이득을 얻을 수 있는지에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 우선, 실험 1에서는 비슷한 성격의 두 과제를 할 때, 기존 연구와 마찬가지로 과제전환빈도와 수행도에 부적상관관계가 나타남을 확인하였다. 실험 2에서는 과제전환 가능 조건과 불가능 조건을 나누고, 개인의 멀티태스킹 선호도와 미디어 멀티태스킹 지수에 따라 각 과제의 수행도와 주관적 평가가 어떻게 달라지는지를 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 기존의 대부분 연구와 다르게 과제전환에서 항상 손실이 나타나는 것은 아니었다. 특히, 멀티태스킹 선호도가 높은 집단에서는 자발적 과제전환에서의 이득이 더 크게 나타났다. 기존의 과제전환 연구는 주로 손실이 발생하는 이유와, 그것을 줄이는 방법에 집중된 경향이 있었다. 그러나 본 연구는 과제전환 행동에서 발생하는 인지적 손실 뿐만 아니라 이득도 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과 참가자내 조건과 과제의 특성에 따라 손실과 이득이 차이 나는 것을 확인하였다.

The Effect Factors on the Purchase Intension of Smart Car as of High Innovative Technology and Product; Consumer's Individual Attributes, Perceived Benefit and Switching Cost

  • In this paper, a research model is proved empirically which includes factors related on the purchase intention of smart car as high innovative product in advance of commercialization. As one of relating to consumer's expectation benefit factors, individual attribute factor includes product knowledge, individual innovativeness, and sociality. Consumer's expectation benefit factor includes perceived ease-of-use, usefulness, and enjoyment. As of switching cost variables, there are financial, uncertainty, relational and psychological switching costs factors. Analysis were performed using data from the 257 respondents as random sampling among potential consumers. Purchase intention were affected by individual innovativeness mediated by perceived enjoyment, and individual sociality by perceived ease-of-use and enjoyment also. Relational switching costs factor was only a significant control variable between purchase intention with consumer's expectation benefit factor. This result presents some implications for making the new smart car's detail concept and marketing strategy related to targeting the consumer as high innovative product and technology firms including smart car makers.

What is the Switching Intention from Existing Payment to Mobile Payment Service?

  • Recently, the use of mobile payment, called "Pay" payment, is increasing such as 'KakaoPay' and 'SamsungPay'. In Korea, various mobile payment services are running and emerging. The purpose of this study is to examine the intention to switch from using existing credit cards or check card to mobile payment service based on the two-factor theory. We empirically examined the effect of the two factors, the factors that enable switching and the factors that inhibit switching. Therefore, the study use switching cost and switching benefit as parameters to confirm the effect on the switching intention. In addition, this study intends to analyze the differences between two subgroups by the degree of personal innovativeness. We survey smartphone users and credit card or check card users, and analyzed the Smart PLS 3.0 using structural equation model to verify the significance of the research hypothesis.

의류쇼핑 웹사이트 전환비용과 사이트 유지의 구조모델 (A Structural Modeling for Switching Costs and Site Retention in Apparel Shopping Website)

  • This study estimates a structural model to examine the causal relationships among web browsing, switching cost, and site retention in the context of apparel shopping website. A total of 499 usable questionnaires were obtained from consumers aged from 20 to 49 years. For data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural model were used. The result showed that consumer's perceived switching costs consisted of three factors: relationship cost, search cost and benefit loss cost. In estimated structural model, the relationship cost was influenced by leisure browsing; the search cost was influenced by informational browsing and leisure browsing; the benefit loss cost was influenced by leisure browsing. Especially, the leisure browsing was the most highly related to the benefit loss cost, and followed by relationship cost and search cost. However, hedonic browsing was not significantly related the factors of switching costs. The search costs significantly affected customer's intentions for site retention. A managerial implication was discussed for e-retailers in order to develop strategic switching costs in building long-term relationships with web browsers on the apparel shopping websites.

온라인 쇼핑몰 전환비용의 영향 요인과 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Affecting Factors and Effects of Switching Costs in On-line shopping mall)

  • Long-term customer retention strategies with switching cost is very important for gaining a competitive advantage in on-line shopping mall environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the affecting factors of switching cost in terms of on-line shopping mall's quality and the effects of it on customers' behavior moderating commitment. According to the result, information quality and customized information were found to be significantly related to social switching cost, and also royalty program and product differentiation were found to be significantly related to lost benefit cost and procedural cost respectively. When it comes to the relationship between switching cost and commitment, results shows that social switching cost is not significantly related to affective commitment. Lost benefit cost and procedural cost, however, were found to be significantly related to affective commitment and calculative commitment respectively. Finally, affective commitment was found to bolster repurchase intention and control negative WOM, and calculative commitment was found to bolster both repurchase intention and negative WOM.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 결제서비스에서 모바일 결제서비스로의 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다. 2요인 이론(Two-factor theory)을 기반으로 전환을 가능하게 하는 요인과 전환을 억제하는 요인으로 구분하였으며, 기대된 전환혜택과 기대된 전환비용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 한다. 또한 전환혜택과 전환비용을 매개로 전환의도에 미치는 영향까지 확인하고자 한다. 스마트폰과 신용카드 또는 체크카드 사용자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 연구가설에 대한 유의성을 검증하기 위해서 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 Smart PLS 3.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 세 개의 가설이 기각되었으며, 총 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 본 연구는 모바일 결제서비스에 대한 수용의도를 연구한 기존연구들과는 다르게 기존 서비스에서 새로운 정보기술이나 서비스로의 전환의도에 관해 연구하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

화장품기업의 CRM활동이 고객의 관계편익, 관계몰입 및 브랜드전환 감소의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cosmetic Companies' CRM Activities on Relationship Benefits, Relationship Commitment and Brand Switching Reduction Intention)

  • This study examined the relations among CRM activities of cosmetic companies, relationship benefits, relationship commitment, and brand switching reduction intention. The participants consisted of 399 women over the age of 20. The results of this study were as follows: First, CRM activities were perceived as a concept of sub-components, and the customers recognized the relationship benefits and commitments. Second, CRM activities did not make a positive effect on brand switching reduction intention. Third, CRM activities had a positive influence on relationship benefits, and the relationship benefit affected the brand switching reduction intention positively. Fourth, CRM activities created a positive effect on relationship commitment, and also the relationship commitment had a positive effect on brand switching reduction intention. Lastly, relationship benefits had a positive effect on relationship commitment and it was precedent variables.

인터넷전문은행 특성과 혜택이 지각된 전환가치와 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Mobile-Banking Characteristics and Internet-Only Bank Benefits on the Switching Value and the Use Intention)

  • 인터넷전문은행의 출범은 많은 변화를 가지고 왔다. 기존 시중은행과 인터넷전문은행이 무한 경쟁을 시작하면서 고객과의 관계유지 혹은 신규고객의 창출이 중요하다. 이를 위해서 고객들이 어떤 측면에서 가치를 지각하는 지를 파악하는 것은 의미가 있다. 따라서 인터넷 전문은행의 출범으로 기존 폰뱅킹 사용자들이 어떠한 태도를 보일 것인지에 대해 실증 분석하였다. 첫째, 시중은행의 기존 모바일뱅킹 서비스특성 중 신뢰성, 이동성이 지각된 전환가치에 영향을 미치며, 반응성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 전문은행인 제공하는 다양한 혜택이 지각된 전환가치에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과, 경제적 혜택과 편의적 혜택은 지각된 전환가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로 지각된 전환가치가 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
