A high frequency and soft-switched AC-to-DC rectifier employing a series-type resonant circuit is proposed to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional peak-rectifying circuit. Using the proposed rectifier, the high power factor and low harmonic currents are obtained in the AC line. Furthermore, several advantages such as the high power density and wide output voltage range can be available. Through the simulation and experimental results, the usefulness of the proposed rectifier is verified.
A digital subscriber loop transmission is a key technology to provide end-to-end digital connectivity for Integrated Service Network. And the equalization of the signal is needed for a fully digitalized connection between subscriber's premises because of the limited transmission characteristics of existing subscriber loop. This paper describes the switched capacitor equalizer for the 2B+D data transmission in TCH on existing subscriber loops.
This paper presents a novel nonlinear model of Switched Reluctance Generator (SRG) based on wind Energy Conversion system. Closed loop control with based Proportional Integrator current Chopping Control machine model is used. A Power converter in SRG can be controlled by using PI-CCC proposed model, and can be produced maximum power efficiency and minimize the ripple contents in the output of SRG. A second power converter namely PI based controlled PWM Inverter is used to interface the machine to the Grid. An effective control technique for the inverter, based on the pulse width modulation (PWM) scheme, has been developed to make the line voltage needs less power switching devices and each pair of turbine the generated active power starts increasing smoothly. This proposed control scheme feasibility and validity are simulated on SIMULINK/SIM POWER SYSTEMS only.

In this paper, a 60 GHz bidirectional active phase shifter with 130 nm CMOS is presented by replacing CMOS passive switchs in switched-line type phase shifter with Common Gate Amplifier(bidirectional amplifier). Bidirectional active phase shifter is composed of bidirectional amplifier blocks and passive delay line network blocks. The suitable topology of bidirectional amplifier block is CGA(Common Gate Amplifier) topology and matching circuits of input and output are symmetrical due to design same characteristic of it's forward and reverse way. The direction(forward and reverse way) and amplitude of amplification can be controlled by only one bias voltage($V_{DS}$) using combination bias circuit. And passive delay line network blocks are composed of microstrip line. An 1-bit phase shifter is fabricated by Dongbu HiTek 1P8M 130-nm CMOS technology and simulation results present -3 dB average insertion loss and respectively 90 degree and 180 degree phase shift at 60 GHz.

This study began the study by instructing enterprises to change Batch Production into U-Line. This study suggested TPS U-Line building model process and applied it to some of their product line. By connecting concerned process elements into continuous operations. Outside orders were also switched to inside operations and executed in continuous operations, thereby about 100Km of transit distance became zero Km, Production lead Time was incredibly reduced. After all, 90% of Production Lead Time, 50% of handling fault, 3/4 of workers decreased and Productivity per Person enhanced which involves improving Batch Production into Continuous Production and applies it to the real world, so that small and medium enterprises can consult this study if the company is willing to make an improvement to their product line.

A microwave PIN diode 4-bit phase shifter is designed in X-band. A loaded-line type is used for the 22.5$^{\circ}$ and 45$^{\circ}$ bits, and a switched-line type for the 90$^{\circ}$and 180$^{\circ}$bits. The measured results show that the phase error and average insertion loss are less than $\pm$5.4$^{\circ}$and 7.2dB, respectively, over a 9.75~10.25GHz frequency band.

The author has examined the response of sting fish, Sebastes inermis and black porgy, Acanthopagrus schlegelii to the attraction lamps(1 W) line in an experimental water tank(550 L$\times$ 58 W $\times$ 73H cm). Attraction lamp was set up at intervals of 55 cm for each section. The frequency rate was investigated at the illuminated section in accordance with the intervals of lighting on and putting out that was 1, 3 and 5 minutes under two conditions of light stimulus. The results are as follows: 1. Frequency rate at the last section when each of the attraction lamps was gradually switched on and off: (1) Sting fish was 27.2 % in case of 3 minutes interval, and 17.4 % in 1 minutes interval, and 15.8 % in 5 minutes interval. (2) Black porgy was 28.5 % in case of 5 minutes interval, and 25.8 % in 3 minutes interval, and 12.0 % in 1 minutes interval. 2. Distribution of fish at the illuminated section when each of the attraction lamps was gradually switched off after they were switched on all at once: (1) Sting fish was much gathered in the section adjacent to the extinguished section under the condition of 1 and 3 minutes interval, and not regular trend under 5 minutes interval. (2) Black porgy was much gathered last section under the condition of 1 and 3 minutes interval, and almost evenly distributed under 5 minutes interval. 3. Each of the attraction lamps was gradually switched off after they were switched on all at once, and only the last one was on: (1) The frequency rate of Sting fish was 27.2 % in case of 5 minutes interval, and 16.0 % in 1 minute interval, and 8.0 % in 3 minutes interval. (2) The frequency rate of Black porgy was 10.7 % in case of 1 minute interval, and 8.9 % in 3 minutes interval, and 0.8 % in 5 minutes interval.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors can secure high power density and efficiency, but have problems in that the materials required for manufacturing are expensive and design is somewhat more difficult than induction motors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an optimal motor that considers both efficiency and maintenance convenience and related control research. In addition, driving by a practical motor leads to a request to increase the highest efficiency in a narrow rated range, an increase in average efficiency in the entire electric driving range, and an increase in average output. Due to this movement, a reluctance motor that does not require a permanent magnet is being considered as an alternative. In this paper, in line with the issues of the times that require the development of future technology that can replace rare earth permanent magnet motors and the technological preemption of rare earth reduction motors and rare earth motors, switched reluctance motors without permanent magnet For motor, SRM), modeling through machine language (C language) and the characteristics of SRM accordingly are to be studied.

It is necesary that analog buffer circuit should drive an external load in the VLSI design such as switched capacitor efilter (SCF), D/A converter, A/d converter, telecommunicatin circuit, etc. The conventional CMOS buffer circuit have many probvlems according as CMOS technique. Firstly, Capacity of large load ar enot able to opeate well. The problem can be solve to use class AB stages. But large load are operated a difficult, because an element of existing CMOS has a quadratic functional relation with inptu and outut voltage versus output current. Secondly, whole circuit of dynamic rang edecrease, because a range of inpt and output voltages go down according as increasing of intergration rate drop supply voltage. In this paper suggests that new differential CMOS line driver make out of operating an external of large load. In telecommunication's chip case transmission line could be a load. It is necessary that a load operate line driver. The proposal circuit is planned to hav ea high generation power rnage of voltage with preservin linearity. And circuit of capability is inspected through simulation program (HSPICE).
Sinbundang Line(SBL) Train moves the transition zone where is located between Jeongja station and Migeum station switched over from Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) system area to Automatic Train Control (ATC) system area and viceversa. The SBL train to move the between SBL and Bundang Line is needed to install the Specific Transmission Module (STM) on SBL Line for interface with Bundang Line; STM receives from speed code from Bundang Line. So we suggested the method to ensure mutual compatibility and reliability for train operation on each other signaling system.
