With the rapid development of both ubiquitous computing and the mobile internet, big data technology is gradually penetrating into various applications, such as smart traffic, smart city, and smart medical. In particular, smart medical, which is one core part of a smart city, is changing the medical structure. Specifically, it is improving treatment planning for various diseases. Since multiple treatment plans generated from smart medical have their own unique treatment costs, pollution effects, side-effects for patients, and so on, determining a sustainable strategy for treatment planning is becoming very critical in smart medical. From the sustainable point of view, this paper first presents a three-dimensional evaluation model for representing the raw medical data and then proposes a sustainable strategy for treatment planning based on the representation model. Finally, a case study on treatment planning for the group of "computer autism" patients is then presented for demonstrating the feasibility and usability of the proposed strategy.

본 논문은 혁신도시에 신재생에너지 도입계획을 수립하는 것이다. 최상의 혁신도시 계획은 경제성, 삶의 질, 지속가능한 개발을 가능하도록 하는 것이다. 균형잡힌 도시를 위해서는 환경 친화적이고 지속가능한 도시를 설계하여야 하고, 효율적인 빌딩을 위해서는 에너지 효율과 환경 문제를 고려하여 설계하여야 한다. 이 논문에서 우리는 다양한 건축물에 대하여 에너지 효율성을 분석하고 신재생에너지를 도입하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 각 혁신도시에 대하여 새로운 신재생에너지 계획을 제시하였고 분석하였다.

Many cities in Japan retain older city structures with buildings in traditional form and style. Visitors are fascinated by charms and tranquility of pre-modern life styles. Architectural features of olden days are well conserved or carefully restored on purpose. In the case of Kawagoe city near Tokyo, local residents are largely replete with visitors without being necessarily aware of slow commodification of historic spaces. Kawagoe is yet socio-culturally sustainable and financially fit. This paper intends to analyse conservation strategies, with focus on architectural heritage, taken for the historic city of Kawagoe. With the population of 300,000 in the suburb of Tokyo, it is one of the best known historic cities in Japan. Kawagoe grew as a merchant city since 1700s, and it once reached to a major port of silk trade en-route to Edo (Tokyo) from northen provinces. Tourism industry is discovered as a key element in the conservation strategies applied to revitalize historic city center, Ichibangai, an important cultural heritage site with special reference to kurazukuri. This paper argues that augmentation of conceptions in architectural heritage is not only advantageous for the conservation of historic urban environment but it also provides opportunities for sustainable urban renewal.

The innovation city, which meets the best innovation condition to cooperate with the public institution and the industry-university-researcher closely and the good environment of housing, education, health and culture, was promoted to make the local city characteristic and independent. The plan to make the locally independent base have to consider the economical condition, the quality of life and the sustainable development. First of all The balanced city-planning is demanded to build friendly environmental and sustainable city. energy-efficient buildings shuld be designed to deal with the energy and environment problem. So we analyze the energy demand plan and the method to introduce the renewable energy system. As a result, the reduction ratio of the energy demand are greatly imbalanced between innovation cities. and only the Gwang-ju Jeon-nam innovation city is planed to apply the renewable energy to 5% of total energy demand.

The aim of this study was to present the direction of sustainable urban regeneration through the study of planning characteristics of urban regeneration reflected upon 'SymbioCity' concepts. This study was carried out through theoretical review and case study. In the theoretical review, the theory of 'SymbioCity', one of Sweden's representative urban development models linked to the concept of sustainable development, was reviewed and the framework was derived based on this theory. The framework of this study was finally derived from 'energy', 'ecology and environment', and 'historical and cultural resources'. The case study was conducted by selecting three urban regeneration projects($V{\ddot{a}}strahamnen$ BO01, Royal seaport and HafenCity Hamburg) in Sweden and Germany. Based on the results of case analysis, the direction of sustainable urban regeneration is as follows. First, in terms of energy, we should pay attention to synergy between energy and waste and energy production. Second, in terms of ecology and environment, plans should be made to maximize the use of existing resources in order to conserve natural resources and reduce energy consumption and economic costs. Third, in terms of historical and cultural resources, it is necessary to consider ways to preserve and recycle existing buildings with historical and cultural values. Finally, for the successful application of the planning elements, it is necessary to find the most appropriate application method through steady R&D in the country or project unit.

This paper discussed community ecological approach for Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development(ESSD) and Sustainable Society(SS). Community ecology is composed of nature, environment and diverse species and is dynamic and sustainable system by interaction among those components. It is required long-term, integrating and eco-centric stances to achieve ESSD and SS such as eco-city and eco-village movements. This is integrated and complicated perspective beyond traditional dichotomy between human and environment. Community ecological perspective directs people toward ecological society system which creates and maintains adaptable life style under ecological situation in community. Building up eco-parts, eco-cites, eco-villages are crucial movements for promoting human's environmental living standards. These sustainable community movements require people to change their values and life styles suitable for their SS. It is required integrated and balanced perspective and participating endeavor of residents to maintain SS.

Purpose: Research on supply chain sustainability is important for exporters When the factor of sustainable development is considered by the businesses as well as governments of all countries. Research on supply chain sustainability is important for exporters. Sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamics will help enterprises adapt to changes in the business environment. This study analyzes the impact of sustainable supply chain management, and supply chain dynamic capabilities on the sustainable development of exporting enterprises in Vietnam. Research design, data, and methodology: The research model and survey are designed based on previous studies after surveying export enterprises. With 185 samples collected from export enterprises. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique is used. Data analysis is performed on SPSS and AMOS software (Reliability test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, SEM). Results: Sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamic capabilities all have positive effects on the sustainable development of businesses (sustainable development is measured by distribution: measuring economic efficiency, social efficiency, and environmental performance). Conclusions: From the results of this study, the authors also made several recommendations to help export enterprises develop sustainability based on sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamic capabilities.
