팽창흑연을 활용한 건축물 외단열 바탕조정재의 역학 및 연소 특성평가 (Mechanical and Fire Resistance Properties of Surface Preparation Mortar in Buildings Using Expanded Graphite)

  • 외단열 마감 공법에서 사용되는 바탕조정재는 화재가 발생하는 경우 얇은 마감과 폴리머의 연소로 인해 표면부가 급속하게 붕괴되어 화재에 취약한 소재이다. 본 연구에서는 열적 성능이 우수한 팽창 흑연을 사용할 경우 바탕조정재의 성능을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대하였다. 실험결과, 팽창흑연을 사용한 바탕조정재는 부착강도 저하 및 물흡수계수 등의 감소가 발생하는 문제점이 있으나 플라이애시와 실리카흄을 사용하여 물리적 성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 팽창흑연을 사용한 바탕조정재는 복합 단열 시험체 표면의 페놀폼은 화염에 의한 표면 뚫림이 나타나지 않아 열원의 투과를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 나타났다.

  • We ensure a flat and regular basic surface by using part of joint waterproofing improved sheet method applying the upper slab of a concrete structure. We solve the problem of getting loose scale the general sheet by waterproofing of the sheet and improving adhesive strength of the basic concrete. Also, waterproofing sheet union to problem of joint have solved using of insertion type method so that, it improved a watertightness. It has improved in resist impact, resist abrasion and it is the effect of shortened construction period and cutting down on construction expenses. Here are the special quality and superiority of this waterproofing research. (1) Level material has the super adhesive strength so that it makes the basic surface without the gab of waterproofing sheet and waterproofing layer with the string adhesive strength. (2) We unite the sheet with the joining part between sheets by waterproofing sheet joint using of method. (3) There is the effect of shortened construction period and cutting down on construction expenses without waterproofing of protection.

  • Relative to the outer surface of the mastic coating, the reliability of the available waterproofing resource is determined by the ability to stabilize the structural characteristics in difficult climatic conditions. Organic components of mastic as a result of solar radiation, elevated temperatures and their alternating change, atmospheric oxidants, especially in industrial areas, have a tendency to self-polymerization and loss of low molecular weight components. This is the gradual loss of deformability and the transition to brittleness with its tendency to crack as the reasons for the gradual transition from normal to emergency operating condition.The presented mechanism of functioning of the coating surface indicates the expediency of increasing its components, able to stabilize the structure and prevent changes in deformability.Durability, hydrophobicity, water displacement, water absorption are accepted as estimating indicators. The main dependences of the influence of the lost additional components of mastic on the operational properties of the formed coating characterize the ability to provide successful resistance to environmental influences and longer stability. As a result, mastic acquires additional service life.

노출콘크리트 표면처리를 위한 거푸집 코팅재료 연구 (The mold form coating material research for the exposure concrete surface control)

  • 본 연구는 거푸집에 부착하는 코팅재료에 따른 콘크리트 표면광택도 비교 분석으로서 시멘트모르터로 제작한 시험체의 광택도를 분석하고 유동화제를 혼합한 콘크리트와 혼합하지 않은 콘크리트의 노출콘크리트 표면 광택의 특성을 분석한 것이다. 시멘트모르터를 이용한 코팅재료별 광택도 분석에서 광택도가 가장 높게 나타난 코팅재료는 7번 재료로 액체포장재의 일부이며 2번째는 3번 재료로 투명필름을 이용한 재료이다. 코팅필름의 소재에 따라 광택도가 다르게 나타난 것으로 미루어 소재의 표면입자 상태와 화학적 구성요소의 따라 다른 것으로 판단된다. 콘크리트의 표면상태를 매끄럽게 하기 위해서는 불투수성이며 매우 밀실한 표면을 가진 코팅재료를 사용하는 것이 효과적이다.

  • This study analyzed the effect of increasing the number of times using aluminum form to the surface quality of concrete through small sized test, and the result was summarized as following. At the early stage, there was no remarkable change between aluminum and coated plywood form, and the surface quality of concrete both forms slightly declined corresponding with increasing the number of times using.As void on the surface corresponding to the number of times, the voids ranged 0.1~1mm were increased corresponding to increasing the number of times using forms, and the other range voids were also increased according to increasing the number of times using forms. It was confirmed that the surface of concrete was damaged gradually. For comparison with aluminum and coated plywood form though this experimental results, there might be no difference, if release agent was used properly.

  • We give a construction of the second Chern number of a vector bundle over a smooth projective surface by means of adelic transition matrices for the vector bundle. The construction does not use an algebraic K-theory and depends on the canonical ${\mathbb{Z}}-torsor$ of a locally linearly compact k-vector space. Analogs of certain auxiliary results for the case of an arithmetic surface are also discussed.

  • Contemporary, architecture calls for a wide range of surface textures and treatments. A surface compatible with the architecture's design may vary from a glass-smooth finish to one requiring special sculptured ornamentation. These surfaces require many different types of form sheathing and lining. The purpose, of study development new design form and made elaborateness shape. Easy to used in field that architecture finish material not used expect effective reduce of working hours, personnel expenses, architecture finish material, cost, through this study, we have figured out the best mix proportion for durability and glossability of glossing exposure concrete.

  • The purpose of this study presents in Relations between cracks in self-leveling material and quality of floor groundwork surface are experimentally examined. As the first stage, the experiment to observe cracks in self-leveling material constructed on floor groundwork made from various kinds of concrete was carried. As a result, following basic findings were obtained. First, observation of cracks should be continued until an increase in width of cracks stop, without constructing any finishing material. Second, degree of cracks may be indicated quantitatively by the product of length and width. Finally, Cracks and separation is not be influenced by specimen size. Based on these findings, the method of predicting cracks by evaluating surface layer quality of floor groundwork will be established.

  • The finishing method of concrete floor using automatic surface finisher is one of new technologies in concrete floor construction. The development of high technologies in construction will increase in order to satisfy the demand to construct high quality building. Using this method, it is possible to increase the quality of building as well as to reduce the labor work in site. In this paper, a system which can be used to finish the concrete floor using automatic surface finisher, is presented and its structural capacities are evaluated. The system is composed of rail which guides the surface vibrator and absorbs the volume change of concrete, and a device supporting the rail. From the experimental work for these devices, it was shown that the support and rail had suitable strength to resist the automatic surface finisher. For design purpose, also, effective span of supports was tabulated.

  • This paper is dealt with the ways of the improvement of the surface glossing of exposed concrete through the construction field test. The field applied in this test is located at Daechon, Chungnam province where the service training institute of Chongju university has been built. The flowing method is applied. According to the test results, as water to cement ratio, or slump increase after flowed, surface glossing tends to be improved. As for the effects of the forms typer, following orders, which is shown to be better surface glossing values, are given; Acryle > fancy wood forms > steel forms > plywood forms.
