Many empirical studies are conducted in regards to protean career or boundaryless career. The concept and the notion of protean career and boundaryless career has extended so far. Yet, the gap in the literature exists. Previous literature focused on the relationship among protean career, boundaryless career, and subjective career success, but examined little about the influence of protean career and boundaryless career on positive career attitude or future learning readiness. Therefore, this study explores the moderating effect of supporting policy of career development among protean career orientation, boundaryless career, positive career attitude, and future learning readiness. There was moderating effect of supporting policy of career development among the relationships of protean career orientation and future learning readiness; the relationships of boundaryless career and future learning readiness. The moderating effect of supporting policy of career development implies that the intention of career development in self-directed way and learning are related. In addition, The role of HRD/HRM department which takes initiatives in career development can affect the learning readiness for future among workers.

Although team cohesion can be a double-edged sword, empirical studies have focused positive effect of team cohesion. This study claims that team cohesion can be divided social task cohesion, so we can investigate positive effect of social cohesion and negative effect of task cohesion on technological innovation. Cohesion emphasize homogeneity, thus creativity supporting team climate alleviate negative effect of social cohesion and increase positive effect of task cohesion. This study has used materials collected from 205 NPD teams The results show negative effect of social cohesion(${\beta}$=-.19, p<.01), positive effect of task cohesion(${\beta}$ =.18, p<.05), positive interactive effect between social cohesion and creativity supporting team climate(${\beta}$=.14, p<.10) and positive interactive effect between task cohesion and creativity supporting team climate(${\beta}$=.16, p<.05) on technological innovation.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether the entrepreneurship education through team learning positively influences the effectiveness of team learning and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship curriculum. To do this, we analyzed the questionnaire data of 149 students who took the entrepreneurship course that was conducted by the team learning method focused on problem solving task among the entrepreneurship courses opened in the venture autonomous major. First, we examined the effect of team learning effectiveness and entrepreneurial education satisfaction on the effectiveness of the team learning by individual's intention for startup, diversity of team members, and supporting activities of assistants as independent variables. For this, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine whether independent variables influenced the effectiveness of team learning, and whether the effectiveness of team learning mediates between these independent variables and entrepreneurial education satisfaction. The results of this study support the hypothesis that supporting activities of assistants will influence team learning effectiveness. However, the hypothesis that individual's intention for startup or team diversity influences team learning effectiveness was rejected. On the other hand, the results of the regression analysis show that individual's intention for startup has a significant effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. In addition, the effectiveness of team learning was found to be influential on the educational satisfaction, and it was verified that the effectiveness of team learning was mediating between the supporting activities of assistants and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. Especially, as a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that the significance of the supporting activities of assistants decreased remarkably. This suggests that the mediating path that affects the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education is very meaningful through the effectiveness of the team learning although the supporting activities of assistants are partially mediated. As a result of this study, it was found that the supporting activities of assistants are important in the team learning entrepreneurship education and it is also confirmed that the individual's intention for startup is also important. Especially, supporting activities of assistants were found to be an important factor affecting the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education through the effectiveness of team learning. Therefore, I think that it is essential to designing a practical education course that meets individual's intention for startup in the entrepreneurship education of university students and networking with the participation of internal and external experts or entrepreneurs. In addition, I think that it is necessary to think more thoughtfulness about the composition of team members in the team learning, and to provide more meticulous support to the effectiveness of the team learning.

Economic growth is influenced by various factors, including support from the banking world in channeling funds ownedthrough bank credit which will be a stimulus from economic activities as a source of economic growth. Purpose: Thisstudy aims to analyze the determinants of bank lending in supporting regional economic growth in South Sulawesi Province. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study uses secondary data taken from banking data and analyzed using path analysis Data analysis is carried out using the help of SPSS statistical analysis tools. Results: Non-Performance Loan, Three Partied Fund, Inflation, Exchange Rate directly affect economic growth. For the analysis of the indirect effect of Non-performance loans and Three Partied Funds have an indirect effect on economic growth through lending while the Loan to deposit Ratio, Inflation and exchange rate do not indirectly affect economic growththrough lending. Credit disbursement has a positive and significant effect on economic growth Conclusion: Economicgrowth of a region is influenced by many factors and these factors are influences from the banking world, the results ofthis study show that economic growth is strongly influenced by bank support through lending to support the economy by considering other factors such as interest rates and currency exchange rates

This study investigates the effect of technology outsourcing on the value of the firm in Korea. The result shows that the technology outsourcing in the high growth industries gives positive effects on the value of the firm. The results supports the investment opportunity hypothesis. With respect to the free cash flow hypothesis, this study finds no supporting evidences. The paper concludes that growth is the dominant factor for determining the effect of technology outsourcing on the value of the firm.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of burden of support for unmarried adult children on the depression of married women and the mediating effect of couple conflict in the process. To this end, 1,076 married women with baby boomer husbands and unmarried adult children were extracted based on the data from the 7th year of the Women and Family Panel (KLoWF) and analyzed by using a structural equation. Looking at the results of the analysis, first, the burden of supporting unmarried adult children had a positive(+) effect on the depression of married women, and also had a positive(+) effect on couple conflict. Second, it was found that couple conflict had a positive(+) effect on the depression of married women. Third, couple conflict was found to play a role as a partial mediator between the burden of supporting unmarried adult children and the feeling of depression. Based on the above findings, the study suggested the various programs to resolve couple conflicts and decrease the depression of married women.

This study investigates the effects on the performance of women workers' work-family relationship. As reduced conflict with maintain a harmonious relationship between work and family of women workers, improving the quality of work of women workers, look into an effective support system for maximizing the effectiveness of women workers. The final sample size for this study was 500. The results were as follows. First, the harmonious relationship between work and family have significant positive effects on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of women workers. This implies that companies should make an effort to maintain harmonious work-family relationship for women employees and can enhance individual atisfaction and ultimately lead to corporate performance. Second, according to the result of verifying the second hypothesis that conflictive work-family relationship will affect employees' satisfaction negatively, there was partial support. In other words, conflictive work-family relationship influenced job satisfaction negatively, but it showed no correlation with organizational commitment. This result suggests that it has direct relationship with the job that is being actually carried out and indirect relationship with the organization. Third, based on the result of verifying the hypothesis on the moderate effect of non-occupational supporting systems which proved to be partially moderate effect. In short, this study has proved the importance of women workers' work-family relationship. Furthermore, the study results imply that it is necessary to establish supporting systems to minimize women workers' conflictive work-family relationship. It is also particularly urgent for companies to make non-occupational supporting systems.

In an architectural construction, underground construction is a critical path forming a major part of the total construction period and cost, and particularly in big cities, its size has been increasing every year. A basement wall currently constructed in the field needs a large functional work force, and the construction is under progress by the Euroform and Soldier system, which is disadvantageous in terms of the construction period. Therefore, in this research, non-supporting forms which are applicable to the buildings construction were developed, based on the non-supporting forms partly used in some civil engineering works. In addition, the size of a form was assumed and its economical efficiency was compared to that of the Euroform and Soldier system which is used most in construction fields, and the results were analyzed. The study results showed that the construction cost of composite non-supporting forms was higher than that of the Euroform and Soldier system by about 8%, and the construction cost of non-composite non-supporting forms were lower than that of the Euroform and Soldier system by about 9%. However, in the case of composite non-supporting forms, the amount of concrete and reinforcing rods remarkably decreased in structural construction, so it has the effect of an economical cost reduction compared to the construction cost of existing walls by about 35%

This study aims to observe the impacts of entrepreneurship and market orientation of Seoul's business incubator (BI) CEO's on business performance, as well as investigate the moderating effects of BI supporting services. The main objectives of this study are as follows: first, to observe how the entrepreneurship of CEO's affects business performance; second, to observe how CEO's market orientation as a cultural factor attributes to business performance; third, to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between entrepreneurship and business performance, and finally to verify whether the utilization level of BI supporting services shows moderating effects between market orientation and business performance. Business incubators in Seoul registered with the Business Incubator Association were surveyed both online and offline to receive 127 responses out of 320 circulations. By filtering out insincere reponses, 117 were used for statistical analysis. Our results assert that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services does indeed strengthen the relation between initiative and financial performance. Also, it is interesting to note that the utilization level of physical BI supporting services supports the relation between risk sensitivity and financial performance. While risk sensitivity on its own shows no positive effect on business performance, a suitable utilization level of BI supporting services is likely to strengthen the connection. In addition, the utilization level of both physical and non-physical supporting services shows a moderating effect between initiative and non-financial performance. Based on the results above, risk-taking business incubator CEOs with initiative are likely to yield better financial performance in terms of increasing sales, if provided with various physical supporting services such as sufficient educational facilities including communal spaces and conference rooms.

In this paper an analytic discussion was made for a finite element analysis performed for the case study of Seoul subway NATM tunnel. The effects mainly discussed on the ground deformation analysis were the staged tunnel excavation and the excavated distance from a tunnel facing. The concept of ground characteristic line has been applied to properly consider the loading condition given by staged tunnel excavation so that the imaginary supporting pressure is applied on the excavated tunnel face. Discussions on the results of the performed finite element analysis were mainly made with respect to the ground settlement, tunnel displacement, earth pressure, stress mobilized in supporting members. And the three dimensional supporting effect due to the tunnel facing was evaluated based on an elastic closed-form solution and a result of two dimensional axisymmetric finite element analysis.
