This study aims to identify the factors influencing the registration of managers or co-managers in agricultural management in the field of work and life of female farmers and to derive implications for expanding the registration of female farmers as managers and securing the status of women. In this study, binomial logit analysis was conducted with 1,043 questionnaire responses collected on&offline to achieve the research purpose. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the duration of farming, decision-making initiative, the experience of the supporting policies for farming activity, the activities of the crop group/research or female farmer's group, and the experience of supporting policies for self-development and leisure activities had a statisticallty significant effect on the registration of female farmers.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 대학도서관 정보서비스의 질적인 향상 및 이용자 중심적인 서비스를 구현하기 위하여 우리나라와 미국의 주요 대학도서관들에서 시행하고 있는 교수의 교과목 강의 및 연구활동을 지원하는 관련 프로그램을 조사 비교 분석 평가하여 이를 벤치마킹하였다. 그리고 우리나라의 대학도서관 실정에 적합한 교수의 교과목 강의와 연구활동을 실질적으로 지원할 수 있는 웹 2.0(또는 라이브러리 2.0) 관련기술을 적용한 학술정보서비스 모델을 개발하는데 있어서 필요한 제반 고려사항을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the types and causes of non-value-added (NVA) activities in nursing practice, and to determine the frequency of each NVA type and causes of NVA in clinical area. Methods: This study was conducted using Delphi technique. First, in order to identify NVA and their causes, 24 nurses with 7 years or more of clinical experience were recruited from medical/surgical units in six general hospitals in Korea. Then the NVA types and causes were tested using a larger sample of 130 nurses with more than 3 years of clinical experience at two general hospitals in Korea. Results: NVA was categorized into 6 different types, which are repeating, duplicating, waiting, reverse-proxy working, reworking, and searching. The most prevalent NVAs were repeating and duplicating works. Reworking and searching were less frequent types than others. The causes of NVA were classified into personnel-related, supporting departments, records, regulations, information, materials or instruments, and others. Among them, personnel-related and supporting departments were reported with the highest scores. Conclusion: NVA leads to waste cost and time. These results demonstrated the situations and causes of NVA occurred in nursing practice. Further studies on the typology and moderation of NVA activities are warranted to improve the efficiency and quality of nursing care in day-to-day practice.

본격적인 글로벌시대를 맞이하여, 지역수준에서에서의 자본, 상품, 문화의 초국가적 이동과 교류가 활발히 진행되어가고 있는 가운데, 이동과 교류의 직접적인 장이 되고 있는 지역의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 야기되고 있는 다문화담론의 주요 대상인 결혼이주여성에 초점을 맞추어 고령군에서 실시하고 있는 다문화 시책의 현황을 분석하고 문제점과 과제를 도출하고자 했다. 그 결과, 고령군의 다문화가정에 대한 지원은 고령군청과 교육청이 주축이 되어 실시하고 있었으나, 유사한 지원내용이 중점적으로 실시되고 있음에도 불구하고 관련기관간의 연계가 부족하여 지원내용을 개선하고 향상시키고자하는 노력은 나타나지 않았다. 지역에서의 다문화현상을 정확하게 인식하고, 그에 따른 적절한 내용과 지원을 하기 위해서는 지자체가 다문화가정에 대한 지원의 중심이 되어 지역 내의 자원과 인재를 적지적소에 활용하는 통합정책이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

그동안 문화분야의 성장과 발전을 위하여 정부뿐만 아니라 기업에서도 많은 기여를 해왔다. 그러나 기업에서는 주로 자선적이거나 시혜적인 메세나(mecenat) 활동을 펼쳐왔고, 기업의 업(業)과 분리되어 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 일방적이고, 업과 분리된 방식은 오랫동안 지속되기 어렵다. - 문화 분야를 지원하는 기업의 수가 점차 줄어들고 있는 이유도 여기에 있다. - 기업과 문화예술계가 지속가능한 동반자 관계(partnership)를 유지하기 위해서는 서로의 니즈(needs)를 파악하여 상호 호혜적인 방향으로 진행되어야 하며 특히, 기업의 업과 연계된 기업시민(Corporate Citizenship)활동이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문화를 통한 지속가능한 기업시민 실천방향에 대하여 모색하였다. 이를 위하여 문화와 지속가능한 발전에 관하여 언급한 글로벌 어젠다를 살펴 보았으며, 아울러 국내·외의 문화분야에 대한 기업시민 실천사례 분석을 통해 지속 가능한 기업시민 실천에 대한 방향을 모색해 보았다. 먼저, 문화를 통한 지속가능한 기업시민 실천을 위하여, 기업은 지역문화에 대한 지원은 물론, 그 지역만이 가진 차별적인 문화와 매력을 활용하여 라이프스타일 기업으로 거듭나야 한다. 이를 통해, 지역사회와 상생하고 지역주민들의 삶의 개선하는 데 기여할 수 있기 때문이다. 그리고 앞으로 주도할 시장에서 문화는 혁신과 창의성을 이끄는 강력한 무기가 될 것이며 이러한 문화를 적극 활용한다면, 내부적으로는 조직 내 창의성 개발 및 조직문화 개선에 도움이 되며, 대외적으로는 브랜드 이미지 향상에 기여할 것이다. 또한, 기업이 공유된 가치를 창출하는 문화예술단체(또는 예술가)와 파트너십을 맺어 지속적이고 안정적으로 지원하고, 문화계에서도 기업의 경영 목적에 부합되는 매력있는 콘텐츠 및 프로그램을 개발하는 등의 노력이 이루어진다면, 기업의 지원과 소비를 지속적으로 끌어냄은 물론, 기업-문화예술계-지역사회 간의 지속가능한 생태계가 구축될 수 있을 것이다.

This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system in Local Tax Law for venture company. And this study provides the directions for developing tax support system in Local Tax Law related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax supporting for venture company in Local Tax Law are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

The characteristic of this study is to compare and analyze costing information from ABC cost accounting system after ABC cost accounting system is designed and implemented from the manufacturing company's traditional cost accounting system through field researches. This is different from previous researches which investigate surveys or adoption procedures and contents of some companies already adopting ABC cost accounting system. Statistically, differences between costing information are not really similar. However, the advantage of ABC cost accounting system is to reduce some activities which do not well contribute creating value after analyzing productions and supporting activities of the company, and dividing into two groups, activities creating value and non-creating value. Therefore, the cost accounting information of ABC cost accounting system is very useful system to offer valuable information for the management of the company. The accuracy of information of ABC cost accounting system depends on setting up the central point of activities and implementing cost drivers. In particular, when it comes to supporting activities, choosing cost accounting grivers which are highly relevant to producing products and collecting data for cost accounting drivers is really difficult. This is the limitation of this study. In other words, when implementing cost accounting drivers of ABC cost accounting system, aconceptual framework is different from applying to the real producing place. Therefore, when implementing on ABC cost accounting system, future researches are needed to find cost accounting drivers which are more close to the theoretical model, and implement ABC cost accounting system which can collects relevant data.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the opportunities of close emotional support and communication provided by child-teacher dialogue journal writing activities are meaningful to the three subjects of early childhood education, children, teacher, and parents, and provide implications about how to utilize child-teacher dialogue journal writing activities in the field of education properly. According to the findings, first, to children, child-teacher dialogue journal writing activities are meaningful as asecret time between them and their teacher, time that their teacher pays keen attention to them, and time to enhance confidence. Second, to teachers, child-teacher dialogue journal writing activities are meaningful as aspecial time to be with children, time to understand children, and time to reflect on their educational process and figure out proper teaching or supporting methods. Third, to parents, child-teacher dialogue journal writing activities are meaningful in a way in which they can understand moreabout their children and is a meaningful time to plan and provide proper care upon their children's wishes or needs.

Recent trend of rapid growth in the basic research activities in East-Asian newly industrialized countries bring about the change in the world knowledge production structure. Particularly, Korea showed the changing patterns not only in the number of publication, but also in the aspect of structural change of basic research activities. The stylized facts of basic research activities in Korea can be summarized in three aspects; first, selective development patterns, second, reverse pattern of evolution, and finally, the rapid growth of basic research activities in major firms. This paper analyse the evolutionary patterns of basic research activities in empirical base and propose the policy implication for supporting basic research activity in newly industrializing countries.

With the continued evolution of third-generation cellular systems and the introduction of 3GP P LTE, there is considerable progress for the new mobile wireless markets. Recently, 3GPP LTE standards are accelerated by mobile operators supporting LTE deployment and special working groups such as LSTI are working for LTE IOT and trials. In this paper, we introduce the current status of LTE activities in the mobile communications industry.
