농업정책결정지원을 위한 국가간 식량 수급 모델링 및 GIS 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Import-Export Modeling and GIS Analysis of the International Provisions for the Agricultural Policy Decision Support)

  • In this study, a model was developed to analyze the capacity and the total price of the agricultural products marketing between nations through the estimation of the production and consumption amount of the agricultural products in each nation and the analysis of the price and transport cost to each nation. The method which can contribute to the agricultural policy decision support was devised. The main concept of the method is to compute the potential import-export amount and total cost among the nations. In the application, wheat was selected to evaluate the model. The application results showed that the model could analyzed the unit consumption and storage amount per capital of each nation and the price and transport cost per unit weight from each export nation, provided the policy decision maker with the basic data analyzed by GIS.

중소병원 간호단위의 간호근무환경이 간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Unit-level Nurse Practice Environment on Nurse Turnover Intention in the Small and Medium Sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the unit-level nurse practice environment on nurse turnover intention in the small and medium sized hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using a questionnaire survey with 308 nurses in 38 nursing units of 6 small and medium sized hospitals, having over 200 beds and under 300 beds and located in B metropolitan city. Data were collected from July 20 to August 10, 2011. Data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The mean turnover intention in nurses of small and medium sized hospitals was $3.52{\pm}0.53$. Factors affecting turnover intention in the nurses included age, work unit, monthly income, number of night-duties, work hours per day and unit-level nurse practice environment. The unit-level nurse practice environment accounted for 15% of turnover intention when other variables were controlled. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that nurse turnover intention is associated with the nurse practice environment at the unit level. Small and medium sized hospitals can improve nurse retention and lower turnover intention by changing the nurse practice environment of unit, such as creating better support services and nurse participation in hospital affairs.

  • 최근 OpenGL ES 2.0이 개정됨에 따라 모바일 기기에 Shader 3.0모델을 지원 가능한 프로세서가 요구된다. 이 쉐이더 3.0 모델의 지원과 관련하여 명령어의 길이의 증가가 필요하고, 이는 메모리 용량의 증가를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 가변길이 구조와 유닛구조를 채택한 새로운 명령어 구조를 제안한다. 이 명령어 구조는 쉐이더 3.0 모델을 지원하고 명령어 필드 낭비를 줄일 수 있도록 최대 4개의 32비트 유닛 명령어가 가변적으로 조합되어 수행된다.

FPSO 선의 PAU SEAT 강도 해석 (Strength Analysis for PAU Seat of FPSO)

  • This paper presents the results of the reliability analysis of PAU (Preliminary Assembly Unit) seat of the floating Production Storage and Off1-loading Unit (FPSO) The main aim of the analysis was to demonstrate that a sufficient safety of structural members is guaranteed against PAU loads, internal and external pressure, and hull girder moments. Topside loads for PAU design are based on owner's request. According to the seat type, topside loads are classified into maximum values of same seat type for design efficiency. Totally, 26 loading cases for each model are used for this analysis with the combination of the reactions of PAU loafing and the hull girder bending moments according to LR offshore (2). The analysis results are evaluated according to the acceptance criteria for yielding given in LR offshore and guidance note (3) and The panel buckling resistance is verified by LR offshore and SDA (4). For 900,000 bbls FPSO, the PAU support foundation analysis using 3-D F.E. model is carried out to verify the structural adequacy of PAU foundation and structure members in way of PAU. The modified structures in way of PAU support are safe against considered load cases and all stresses in way of PAU support are within design criteria.

  • The purpose of this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency of new renewable energy. According as weather change is serious problem now days, every people make attention to the reduction of greenhouse gas. The revitalization of new renewable energy creates the variety of energy source, stability of energy supply and reduction of greenhouse gas. In this study evaluates a feasibility and economical efficiency from new renewable energy of various photo voltaics, wind power, small hydro and biogas. Feasibility does in standard of technical characteristic, politic support, marketability, establishment present condition and development aim. Economical efficiency does in standard of developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost, interest ratio. The results of this study were as follows photo voltaics, wind, small hydropower, biogas in order feasibility is high. Developmental unit cost, utilization factor, equipment life, politic support cost and analyzed the relationship of interest ratio fluctuation and economical efficiency. From all new renewable energy the utilization factor most is important in economical efficiency but necessary utilization factor is difficult because environmental problem.

Development of the Base Station Controller and Manager in the CDMA Mobile System

  • The base station (BS) in the CDMA Mobile System (CMS) connects calls through the radio interface and is designed to provide mobile subscribers with high quality service in spite of mobile subscribers motions. The BS consists of multiple base station transceiver subsystems (BTSs), a base station controller (BSC) and a base station manager (BSM). This paper is concerned with the BSC and the BSM. The BSC is located between the BTSs and the mobile switching center (MSC) connected with the public network, and to mobile subscribers via the BTSs. The BSM provides operator-interfaces per the BS and takes responsibility of operation and maintenance (OAM) of the BS. Design of the BSC is based on two module types: functional module and unit module. The functional module is used to support new services easily and the unit module to increase the system capacity economically. Both modular types are easily achieved by inserting the corresponding modules to the system. Particularly, in order to efficiently support the soft handover which is one of CDMA superior advantages, the BSC adopts a large high-speed Packet switch connecting up to 512 BTSs, and thus mobile subscribers can be provided with soft handover in high probability. The BSM is based on a commercial workstation to support OAM functions efficiently and guarantee high reliability of the functions. The BSM uses graphical user interface (GUI) for efficient OAM functions of the BS.

호스피스 병동에 입원한 환자 가족과 사별 가족의 만족도 (The Satisfaction of Inpatient Families and Bereaved Families in the Hospice Service)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 강남성모병원 호스피스 병동에 입원한 환자 가족과 사별 가족을 대상으로 호스피스 병동에 입원하여 돌봄을 받았던 내용에 대한 만족도를 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 : 1998년 4월에서 6월까지 강남성모병원 호스피스 병동에 입원한 환자 가족 33명과 1993년 3월에서 1998년 3월까지 입원하여 임종한 사별 가족 30명을 대상으로 하였고, 본 연구의 자료수집은 QI(Quality Improvement)의 조사원이 시행하였으며 입원 환자 가족은 입원 $1{\sim}2$주 가족에게 질문지를 직접 배부하였고 사별 가족은 주소 화인을 통해 설문지를 우편으로 발송하여 회수하였다. 결과 : 1) 입원 환자 가족과 사별 가족의 만족도는 평점 최대 5.0에 비하여 평점 3.50 이상이었다. 2) 연령에 따른 만족도는 입원 환자 가족에서 호스피스 철학, 가족지지, 의사 진료, 간호사 돌봄 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(P=0.0001) 사별 가족에서는 가족지지, 의사 진료, 간호사 돌봄, 병동 시설 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(P=0.0001). 3) 가족관계에 따른 만족도는 입원 환자 가족에서 호스피스 철학, 가족 간호, 의사 진료, 간호사 돌봄 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(P=0.0001). 4) 종교에 따른 만족도는 입원 환자 가족에서 호스피스 철학, 가족 간호, 간호사 돌봄 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(P=0.0001) 사별 가족에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론 : 호스피스 돌봄은 말기 암 환자의 가족에게 몇 가지 측면에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다. 가족의 만족도를 높여주기 위해서는 각 분야의 호스피스 팀 접근을 통한 간호가 필요하며 사회경제적 특성에 따라 다양하게 요구되는 가족의 요구를 살펴보아야 하겠다. 또한 추후 대상자를 확대하여 연구할 필요가 있음을 제언한다.

Strategy forest planning based on forest management information system(FMIS)

  • This study purposes to present strategic forest planning that can support the identification of forest resources and the maximum uses of forest functions through FMIS combining GIS, RS and LP. Forest information such as compartment structure and forest road was entered into GIS to construct FMIS. Remotely sensed data were used to land cover classification, and then geographical attributes were identified. New grouping unit, so called 'arvest unit' was introduced as the forest management unit. Strategic forest planning based on the 'arvest unit' was proposed that considered together the economic, environmental aspect of forest.
