By committing to a long-term replenishment contract, buyers can purchase a product at a lower price from a supplier who is less pressured to find new customers due to the long-term contract and can charge a discounted price. We develop an analytical model from the buyer's perspective to investigate a capacity reservation contract. We are considering the system with a single supplier and a buyer. The buyer can purchases any desired amount from a spot market at a higher price in addition to the contracted amount. For such a system, we propose an algorithm to derive the optimal contract terms. The result of computational experiments shows that the algorithm finds the global optimum solution in a resonable amount of time.

Through collaboration between buyers and suppliers, their companies try to achieve their own objectives and competitive advantages. And it is known that trust between them also would influence the effects of collaboration, which would increase their performances. In this study, above three domains of constructs : trust, collaborative behavior, performance are handled. From gathering data about a mobile networks industry and building a research model, we acquire the results of the study. Through nine hypotheses, the study show the results. The end of this paper describes managerial implications for collaborative performance and SCM strategy.

This paper suggests that the profit sharing contract can be Pareto optimal for both supplier and the purchaser. It is shown that Pareto optimal risk sharing contract can be obtained even though the decisions are made in a decentralized manner. The effect of risk attitude of the members of the supply chain is discussed. We examined various aspects of the risk sharing contract such as risk altitude, bargaining power, and cost of information system. The different risk attitude changes the optimal parameters and decision variables. Especially, we proved that, when both the supplier and the purchaser are risk averse, the purchaser orders less quantity than when the one is risk neutral and the other is risk averse. If the fixed cost for the information system is big enough to satisfy a certain condition, it is Pareto optimal not to share the profit and the purchaser takes all the risk even though he is risk averse.

We analyze a transaction mechanism so-called the revenue sharing transaction model and its dynamics in a supply chain with two competing suppliers and a monopolistic retailer when the demand pattern is uncertain and the back-order is allowed in case. We assume that the products by the suppliers are substitutable each other with a certain degree even though their retail prices are different. It is proved that a supplier and the retailer in the supply chain have some room for enjoying the possibility of their increased profits comparing with the present ones by adopting the suggested revenue sharing scheme. Furthermore, such a transaction model is beneficial even to the customers by offering a lower retail price than before. On the contrary, we observe that another supplier which sticks to an existing transaction scheme is supposed to suffer some decrease in its profit as a result.

ERP is the key-enabler of enterprise's informatization. Seletion of a right ERP system is one of the critical issues. Previous study shows that since a very few methodologies of selecting ERP systems are provided, most of companies have difficulty in Implementing ERP system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of ERP system selection factors and develop the ERP evaluation methodology An empirical study is performed and shows that there are signigicant differences in ERP selection factors among ERP consultant, ERP developer, and system manager. The result shows that five factors such as general characteristics of software and supplier, technology characteristics of software and supplier, and Project management shills are significant. Based on the five factors, the evaluation methodology is developed. The methodology will help enterprises to make better decision in selecting ERP systems.

본 연구는 공급자(supplier), 중간분배자(retailer/distributor) 그리고 고객(customer)으로 구성된 2 단계 공급사슬을 대상으로 공급자가 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간분배자에게 일정기간 동안 제품대금에 대한 지불 연기를 허용한다는 가정 하에 중간분배자의 최적 재고정책 결정을 위한 재고 모형을 다루었다. 소비성 상품의 경우, 고객의 수요는 일반적으로 상품 진열대에 진열되어있는 상품의 재고량에 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 상황을 고려하여 고객의 수요가 중간분배자의 재고량에 영향을 받는다는 가정 하에 재고 모형을 설계하였고, 모형 분석을 통하여 이익을 최대화하는 경제적 주문량 결정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 예제를 통하여 제시된 해법을 적용하고, 그 타당성을 보였다.

As characteristic of construction industries, the Issues of construction management have been pointed out because of time and space limit among construction project participants (owner, supervisor, builder, experiment specialty institute, specialty construction company, material supplier and equipment supplier). To improve these issues, procurement system has been introduced by using internet and intranet. Procurement system that was developed by some of large construction companies was considered only internal supply on closed system method. They also restricted to article supply as supply concept. In this paper, we suggest a plan to establish integrated construction procurement system that expands to the article, service and construction work supplies by utilizing the bi-directional and real-time contact system and presents related following research program.

Supply chain coordination plays a critical role in improving the enterprise performance and the competitive advantage of fresh e-commerce. This study explores the coordination problem of a two-echelon fresh produce e-commerce supply chain comprising a fresh e-commerce enterprise and a fresh supplier in a novel framework. In this framework, the fresh e-commerce sells fresh produce and provides promotion effort; meanwhile, the fresh supplier deliveries fresh produce and provides freshness-keeping effort. Specifically, the optimal decisions under centralized and decentralized decision-making are compared, and it is found that centralized decision-making is more profitable. Based on this work, we created a cost-sharing and revenue-sharing combination contract. This study demonstrates that this contract effectively coordinates the supply chain and makes both parties achieve Pareto optimization when the parameters meet certain conditions. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the contract are presented through a numerical example.

Korea gas industrial because of received LNG in 1987 was converted by the Gas Safety Management System in relation to city gas, LPG and LNG. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.
